Weekend Treasure Hunt 4: Cannibal Stormtrooper Death Star

HANGAR!

Aedan looked up as he heard the gunship land and his eyes narrowed darkly as he saw the woman get off it and leave. Next he saw technicians and repair droids get off. They were most likely after the prize he had his eyes on sighing he stood up once the woman had left and leapt to the ground performing a quick back flip on his way as he drew his lightsaber and ignited its silver blade. Looking at the people before him he merely gestured and muttered to them. "Stay away from the fighters or you will regret it." His other hand moved towards the shoto at his waist as he kept the force around him and alert towards the door way mostly sure that. Whether or not they listened he knew they would need a helping hand to get the idea and he darted forward bringing the weapons up and around as he sliced through a pair of repair droids and held the weapons crossed in front of him. His violet eyes raising to look the technicians. [member="Enigma"]

"You can keep the droids. We're here for the other fighters. Please don't start a confrontation." The power checks on the TIEs appeared good as the pilots stepped towards them.

Meanwhile, Circe continued to float on her skimboard towards the Imperial suite.

I swept out of the room, mental force lashing out around me to clear out a path further. For a while we just rode on to safety, until Sasha finally spoke out and I heard her voice through my earpiece. Asking me where we should go now, we had many possibilities… places that might hold treasures still and yet… we had the greatest treasure already, why risk our lives any further for whatever was out there? No reason at all, that’s what, which I told her.

‘ Think it’s time to leave, Sasha. We might have just acquired the greatest treasure this place has to offer, why risk our lives any further? I’d say let’s head back to the hangar and see if there are any worthwhile ships out there, what do you think?’

"Very well. I'll aid you. No, I did not come across any datapads Mr....?"

This was said by Jeff, but the last part was a question. What was the name of the individual he was talking to? Jeff did not know and that made him a bit curious. "I'm collecting all the heavy weapons, travel supplies, lightsabers and lightsaber crystals I can get my hands on. Some of this will be sold, but other pieces will be kept by me until I need them. After all, lightsabers are a dime a dozen these days. I think I'll keep 10 of the 100. 5 of which will be modified to become my custom lightsabers, and property. The rest will be sold except for the other 5 which will become backups. I also soon plan to bring salvage crews here when the opportunity presents itself. This much durasteel would come in handy for making more droids. "

As she pried the door open and stared at the small group of cannibals thatr awaited her, she grabbed the armor of one and pulled him thhrough as her grip squeezed his throat. He gave a gurgle and she gropped him getting through as her saber activated in a snap hiss of cyan light. Bellalika had lost a great deal of her grace and poise but not having fear of the fact she was going to lose a limb made her bold as it were with the saber being used more like a club to bash heads in then an elegant weapon used by the jedi. She slashed through the stormtrooper as one and then another grabbed her biting the flesh. No pain came as they pulled away chunks and exposed the metal underneath one grabbing and scratching her face as the eye of her eye shown. Belallika punched sending him down the hall and continued to walk forward most pretenses she is human gone until she was in engineering and grabbed a weapon. A plasma cutter that was sawing the cannibals to pieces. Her head looking down at the man who had held it and her glowing eyes reflected back at her in the helmet. HIs armor as well was different, made for the inquisition as she started stripping the body down looking at where the goop had hardened. She wore the armor sliding the helmet on to cover that she wasn't human and would have to return to Moira and Mae for repairs.

HANGAR!

Aedan narrows his eyes as he saw the pilots step forward and he calmly moved to stand between them gathering the force about himself for a moment before he channeled it into a push away from himself. As the push stopped he would dart forward drawing his lightsabers around him in an arc as he calmly came to a stop beside the two pilots his weapons held near their throats as he muttered darkly. "I said to stay away from the ships. Do you want me to kill you."

Screeching to a halt, the small group of nine soldiers would watch as [member="Enigma"] shot down a nearby corridor. She had come from the hangar's direction, perhaps she was one of the new arrivals. "Keep moving, we don't have anytime to waste! Who knows what's in store for this place!" Rusher would yell, waving his arm towards the group. Breaking into a sprint, the man would continue down the hall ways, holding his dual blaster pistols tightly. Eventually the squad would make their way through the blast doors, entering the large hangar once again. The Republic soldiers would run at top speed, heading for the drop ship that they had arrived in.

"Prep for launch, we're getting out of here." Rusher would say, as the engines began to hum loudly. The spacecraft would lift from the surface, moving backwards and out of the space station.

Still beside [member="Jeff Solaris"], Tugoro would turn his face away from the cyborg, rolling his eyes as the man continued to ramble on. "Taidarious." He would comment, having picked up on the questioning tone in the robotic man's voice. Suffering through the cyborg's plans, the boy would pretend to listen, mostly annoyed at the fact that there was no salvageable information. "What do you know of this place? What is it?"

Circe sensed that there was trouble, and considering that the skimboard she was riding down the long hallway had its safety precautions, she closed her eyes for a moment and focused, allowing herself to visualize being back in the hangar once more...

"Sir, it's a known fact that you don't have the pilots necessary to fly these TIEs. The droid fighters you'd easily be able to get out of here. I'm going to ask you kindly to leave us be and not harm us, as our employer is notoriously temperamental when her employees are killed." With that said, Circe's illusory form appeared behind Aedan. "Oh joy... [member="Aedan Miles"]. You know, you still owe me for attempting to feth me over when I tried to get back the Black Hex. Back away from the employee and take what's yours."

Hanger Bay

Sawa heard yelling and kicked one of the vents open as she looked. It was a hanger with ships and she starred at the purple haired man dropping down and letting her ponytail loose. The tight fitted thing had stayed in place the entire time and she put some grime and dirt on her face to dirty herself up. "Help me" Sawa ran out towards the man and the ships, she was mostly eying the Aleph so she could get herself out of there. The imperial suite had yielded for her the maniscript under her bodysuit and the datapad in her pocket. The dauntless blades were there while she stumbled over herself for show. "There is monsters inside." [member="Aedan Miles"]

HANGAR!

Aedan ignores the men his lightsabers held in front of their necks as he glances at [member="Enigma"] lightly. "You trusted someone you knew was a pilot besides it is easier then you think to deal with that problem R8 can pilot my fighter back to the ship to pick up a second pilot for one of them. I like them." He glanced at the men before him and smirked darkly as he looked at her. "Now that I know these are your men I can rest easy if I kill them. After all once a Sith always a Sith right?" As if to prove he was serious he pressed forward with his blades lightly cutting a narrow gash into their flight suits.

"Well judging from the look of the exterior, and accessible holo-net records I would assume this to be the Death-Star, but I am not presently sure whether or not that statement has proven to be true. Therefore, I am not sure what this place is though, I do have a hunch it is the Death Star. As such it would be wise to exercise caution inside of this place..." said Jeff as he started to load a box that an EE droid had brought him full of thermal detonators so that it could be taken to the ship to be studied and later made. Jeff sighed for a moment. "I don't suppose your soldiers would be willing to come back here and help haul everything to my ship and yours, and then go to Tatooine to drop off the haul at my base. I could use the extra help moving everything of any real value from this area of the ship. So Taidarius, you're a jedi right?" As Jeff said that, he smiled or did the equivalent of it with his optics. Later he'd invest in a holo mask to give him a more human appearance.

"Don't mess with my droids or my personnel." She sighed. "I really don't want to put a bounty out on you, okay? I know how that feels, and it's not fun. You will be hunted until dead or captured. Is that something you really want to risk?"

Meanwhile, she was still hoverboarding to the Imperial suite.

Sasha sped up on her segway as quickly as she could toward the hangar. Jared followed behind her. They had what they wanted, what else could this station hold for them except violent ends. It was getting awfully crowded suddenly with more and more scavengers coming to pick the bones of this stations carcass. They reached the turbolift shaft and Sasha noticed a few troopers standing around. She blew past them cutting at them with her saber and setting her scooter to hoover back up the shaft... "This was a productive run Jared," she said gripping the fething Emperors lightsaber... "A very productive run indeed."

Approaching the hangar
[member="Sasha Santhe"] [member="Aedan Miles"] [member="Enigma"]

We were approaching the hangar bay, couldn’t agree more with the assessment though. There were a lot of people suddenly showing up, I could feel it in my metaphorical bones and I ain’t liking that particular feeling.

‘Gotta do it more often, Sasha. It was… fun.’

I wasn’t even able to finish the sentence before we cruised into the hangar bay and came around a… peculiar scene. Aedan freaking Miles confronting scavengers and droids... who were trying to take apart what seemed to be Santhe Tech. Which wasn't entirely fair, but I am a Sith Lord I don't do fair.

Anyway it was an interesting scene to say the least. I don’t really know the lad, but he helped me out when I was in a pinch with the Bane and there was one thing I always said. I pay my debts, and I would do it now too.

'Aedan, you need some help there, man?'

Enroute to the Death Star and docking.

It would take a bit, and granted, their ship had a few scuffs of proof of their endeavours before finally, the half spherical shape of the would be derelict of the past would come into their viewport.

"Take us in... but be careful... looks likes others are here to play," she told them. The ship would then be flown just out of reach of sensors, moving to an area where little activity had been read. One of the many hangers yet remaining on the death star would be used to dock. All matter of precautions would take place.

With over twenty individuals as well as salvage droids, Aeron took the first steps out of the access hatch and into the past.

You had to take a moment to really feel it. To grasp that you were within an icon of the past.

Had to give a couple of moments of silence.

The lead pilot turned to [member="Jared Ovmar"]. "This man is an acquaintance of yours? We're here to salvage the TIEs and nothing else, but when we moved to do so, he threatened to kill us. Even tried to decapitate us already! Please help us..." The droids were already in their proper positions, the pilots were nervous, and Circe's illusion was nowhere to be found.

-

Finally, the Imperial Suite. Circe stepped off her board, and looked around - there were datacards, but of them all, one caught her eye - it has the symbol of the Sith Empire on it. While she had no idea that this was the location of a research base on Styx, it was still important, and she put it into her datapad for uploading to the Subach mainframe. "Let's see..." Was there anything else? Well... She sense some residual resonance from one of the panels, which she soon unscrewed to unveil a tome detailing the construction of holocrons. While she knew these skills already, perhaps it would give someone else the knowledge they would need to make a holocron.

Thus, she was on her way back to the hangar.

Sasha walked up to the ongoing display and looked around. "Hmm..." she said looking at the two Exalts and the Aleph starfighter docked there. She reached out with her chip and the force and began to tamper with the systems. Normally such an act would have been hard, but having designed both craft she knew all the ins and outs of them. No, these craft wouldn't be going anywhere, not without her say so. They were locked down mentally. She walked up to the Aleph fighter and put her hand on it feeling the smooth frame of the craft. It was a marvel of engineering. "So You know this man Jared?" She asked.

She gave [member="Aedan Miles"] an appraising look. "I see you are working on those Raptor droid fighters. Do they strike your fancy?" Sasha asked trying not to give away that they were yet another design created by her.

Main Firing Control

With the majority of cannibals drawn to the noise Bellalika moved quietly letting her eyes scan the area from under the inquisitor stormtroopers armor and almost smirked. The plasma cutter in her hands while she came to firing control and saw it. A massive crystals bolted to the wall and she spoke into the comlink. "Send a message to Maelion. Encrypted channel." Bellalika looked at the plasma cutter and the crystals and started speaking while she moved towards the wall. "This is Unit Bellalika reporting in, I have something that might be useful to goals of ascension but will require other units and a ship. Sending the coordinates to you now and wanring that other organics are going to be drawn we do not want this falling out of our grasp."

"...Death...Star?" Tugoro would say slowly, trying to comprehend what [member="Jeff Solaris"] was saying. Was he mad? If this place truly was an incomplete Death Star, it definitely needed to be destroyed. Was it possible to do so, though? Remaining silent as the cyborg spoke, the young Jedi would look around the massive room in horror. This place was pure evil. "Yeah, yeah, sure." The young Padawan would mutter, knowing that his soldiers definitely would not come back. Closing his eyes, Tugoro would begin to concentrate, extending his arms forth at the crates. The cyborg had managed to take everything in the camp, it was a rather impressive catch, though Tugoro did not care.

Opening his eyes, the young Jedi would focus a mass of force energy around the boxes, causing them to slowly lift into the air. Using his telekinesis abilities, the young Padawan would easily carry multiple crates of loot, walking slowly as he moved them along. As the group moved, Tugoro would eventually make his way towards the exit, obviously wanting to leave towards the hangar. Walking along the corridors, the duo would slowly but surely make their way to the main hangar.
