Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist

Matsu was watching the armor being formed and could see more parts of it, areas where it had been more and more enhanced, where it had been made prety with the gold and crystal for all of them. Watching some of the others around who were working on parts within the castle as well. it had everything here on several levels so they wouldn't have to go outside into the storm after all, that was helpful when she was going around now with the guide and could see a hanger bay where they had a few ships that had been weather worn compared to the others and she might have something. The shielding they had developed was better suited for handling storms so maybe that could be used as well as a number of other things to give them more connection with others. Matsu was led up towards the main chamber and level as a throne was seated with one of the storm lords, a short woman sat there mostly going over reports and her hand came up for them to wait then motioned them forward. "Sorry for the arrivial master jedi but we have been pouring over reports and the like. There is a great deal in some of the screaming caves to the south. More crystals as well as a few artifacts uncovered."

People were working on parts of this castle, and Josh had to wonder if it were repairs, or if they were constructing the structure and the structure was new. Regardless, he would remain silent as Matsu would lead the way with the other man, and he would remain quiet still as she would be approached by someone who claimed something about reports and the like. To be honest, he didn't know what was going on, he was still very much unfamiliar with the planet.

All he heard was something about artifacts and screaming caves.

Matsu was listening and she had a number of ideas about what they could uncover. Working here in the castle but she was also getting a chance now when she had a moments peace. To relax, sitting on the seat as she felt the cushions keeping her steady. She felt her mind relaxing for a moment and counted to ten when she was allowing the force to guide her mind. She motioned for Josh to be able to take a load off and relax. She was going beyond to a place many of the others couldn't go before she reached out with the force. To the realm beyond shadows and other realms within the force they could see, where she worked with the Aing-Tii on a number of projects and was even able to se the kingdom itself. Practicing the force as her body could sustain itself through the force for a lot longer then others could.

Not knowing what Matsu was doing, he simply shrugged his shoulders and took a seat when she motioned for him to. What was going on was beyond him at this point, and he just kind of watched and listened and tried to sense. Matsu was explaining nothing, the guide was explaining nothing, so he was lost. But he remained silent, and just allowed himself to relax, allowed himself to rest his body while his mind explored the world around him.

The planet, at the least, was quite interesting.

Matsu drifted off, counting backwards from ten until she was allowing the force to guide her. So that she would be able to look out across the planet and the system. She could see a whole lot more of it until her attention was on where they were. She wasn't in the storm she was riding upon it, able to see around and where it was located. A massive thing that covered most of the area and caused the ships in the water to crash so they avoided it unless they were realy brave. Her eyes going around until the jedi master returned to her body and looked at Josh popping away. The Aing-tii had worked with her to allow the force to take her away when she was standing on the edge of a cliff and could feel the rain around her. Hear the storms ragin but she looked out at the sea and was able to see massive protruding crystals. Sticking up like the points of a trident. Matsu sent herself back while she stood there in the damp robes but they were waterproof... so she was dry underneath the layer.

And yet he still had no clue what was going on. Matsu was doing god knows what, and using all kinds of likely illegal force techniques and all that, and he was just kind of sitting there without a clue. He should have brought his Holo-Boy, he thought, at least then he'd be able to keep himself busy. He found himself getting a bit antsy when he was doing nothing, despite his patience. He liked to keep busy, liked to keep occupied. Less time for thinking, he found. More time spent doing.

She looked up at him and raised an eyebrow. "You aren't curious about the place, it is something you could explore or I am certain they would have food if you wanted to get some." She remained there and seated allowing the force to guide her movements as she plotted which way to go from here. Where they were likely to find something special to try and do. Or hell she could see them finding something cool that they would all be able to see. She knew there was a lot here where she wanted to go and getting to look or understand some of this new species that they had discovered was also important. THey had adopted parts of some other cultures who had come here she could se. The atrisian style architexture, the clothing, the jedi like study fo the force, a very isolationist view of the galaxy but they weren't xenophobic and attacking everyone. Just more wanting and choosing to be left alone.

"Certainly, I'm curious to explore. But you seem to be the one on civil terms with it's people, thus why I've stuck with you instead of exploring myself while you've been doing your thing. I do not wish to alienate the people of this planet" He would explain. It was true, he didn't want to upset the civilians who seemed to know Matsu, or at least tolerate her, but he was a complete abnormality to them. He was new. And he understood that races could be apprehensive about new people walking around in their towns...

"But if you feel it won't hurt..." He would add as he would get to his feet, dusting himself off.

She just looked up at him from her seat. "How can they get to know you if they don't meet you Joshua." She said it less as a question and more as a matter of fact. Simple and true plus it would give her a chance to realy work on and see what the others were offering. She was curious about some of their histories and lore so she might better go around with it. Seeing some of the others while she was sitting there. Using the force to bring a book to her hands with a nod of her head. "I'll be here, maybe talk with some fo the locals, they have an interesting history and have cross bred over thousands of generations with different species. Specifically from the looks of it sephi and atrisians."

That was a good question, and he had to scratch his head a bit at that one. "I'm shy" He would admit softly, chuckling a bit. He was far quieter than he used to be, he could admit. He wasn't anywhere near as outgoing as he used to be. Married life, fatherhood... It had changed him. It had changed him a lot. It quelled that wild spirit a bit, and showed who he truly was inside, deep down.

Shrugging his shoulders, he decided he'd just go explore then. He would get to his feet, and begin to walk through this castle, curious as to what he would find...

She was looking at it here, JOshua heading off before she continued to meditate being joined by another. One of the beings here stood tall and thin but she could see a great deal from her. The lithe features made her look under fed but it was just the body tyoe. Her muscles were very defined, she was healthy and her ears were short but the points were there. Long hair that was on display and she had tiny bells in it. The scent of oil was there as Matsu opened her eyes watching her before she was speaking. "What are the bells so if I may ask?" She was curious and going off so that they would be able to learn everything about the culture. Her voice came out and it was soft as dark eyes shifted colors. "It is for our age. For each year that pases we add one small one to our hair."
