New suggestion : Less planning on Skype. Its unorganized and leaves many people out, either because they are not online or do not have Skype. I think its great to brainstorm and bring it back to the board but not to inact ideas.

I have been big against Skype for a long time. It forms cliques and then you have only a few people making the decisions without consulting those who do not get on Skype or use it for personal plotting. It is OK to do personal plots on Skype, but huge board decisions and planning, they need to be done here. I have been seeing it a lot and it is really quite annoying. Faction discussions on Skype are going to happen, that isn't the issue, but if you have it on Skype then could you do us a favor and update us on here?

its not the worse thing in the world for quick communication. Staff uses it frequently. But people need to be on top of getting everyone in the faction in the chat that wants to be in it.
