Wright the Ships [Siobhan - the Destroyer]

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

And so off they went into the classy restaurant. Nice decor, not too many guests and the waiter was kind of cute. "I'll have the steak, with mashed potatoes and gravy," Siobhan said after looking over the menu.

She tended to have a bit of an appetite. Then again, her girls usually kept her very...active at night. "And some Naboo wine." Pity the planet was run by the Techno Union, or whatever they called themselves today. She'd enjoyed going on vacation there. A finely dressed waiter soon appeared on the spot to take their orders.

All Coci hoped was that they did not have to wait long for their orders to arrive. A quick look over the menu she had soon found what she wanted, "I shall have the white sauce chicken in wine with forest mushrooms and onions, a green salad and some crusty beard .. make the serving of bread enough for two please. Oh .. and I shall have the Naboo wine as well, thank you". When Coci is hungry she is all business.

"This place looks lovely", she said to Sio as she readjusted her napkin on her lap. "Have you been here before?". The waiters are very efficient in this establishment and arrived with a icy bottle of water and their wine. It is interesting how people resort to small talk in such places. She supposed it was to keep a level of anonymousness.

Well, Coci had quite an appetite. This meant Siobhan would not have to be worried about her friend not eating enough. "Yes, it is. Haven't been here before," she responded. It did not take long before a waiter showed up again with drinks. He was cute enough to provide some eye candy.

Then they were left alone while the cooks prepared their meals. The restaurant was not packed at this time of the day, so presumably they'd get it soon. Like, maybe in the next post or so. In any case, Siobhan raised her wine glass for a toast and all that. "To a strong friendship that I value deeply." Aww, wasn't she being sweet?

An odd thing is Siobhan Kerrigan, so formidable in battle yet sweet of nature to those she values and loves. Reminded Coci of herself at little bit, without the ego of course but was that a veil to cover insecurities? most likely but what of it, we all have our insecurities we would not be sentient without them.

"To a friendship that will last the ages", now who would have thought that one day Coci Heavenshield would be sitting down to dine with dark sider? Years she had spend fighting against them and sith, with nothing but the zealot nature of a warrior hell bent on removing all darkness. But age and experience bend the best of them, and now she knows better. Having said that, if Sio 'batted for the other side', there would be no cordial toast.

The meal arrived and soon the two friends eat their fill. The best part of the meal was the bread, hot and crunchy which melted the butter when spread. There was not much talk over the eating, both of them hungry from the days work and soon they would get to have some .. fun. A walk along the beach so they could find a place to duel.

Can't get enough practice, even for masters.

Their meals were served and so the dinner passed in cordial silence. The wine was delicious, so were the steak and the potatoes. Siobhan was feeling like having a good time at the restaurant, so she had a piece of apple cake and some vanilla sauce after. After all, she was going to be burning calories on the beach in a couple minutes!

And so after paying - Siobhan gave the a waiter a generous tip, perhaps because she was pleased with the service, or because he'd been nice to look at! - they went off to the beach, soon leaving the city behind them. It was no surprise that at this time of the day, the beach was packed with tourists who wanted to enjoy sun bathing. However, eventually they happened upon a spot that was unoccupied and sufficiently far away from the sun worshippers.

Palm trees rose up to the heavens, the warm waters were an inviting sky blue and sand crunched beneath their shoes. Waves crashed against the beach, spreading themselves like fine lace. Further away, gulls could be seen feasting on a dinner of their own as if they had not a care in the world. There was a light breeze in the wind. All in all, it was a very idyllic location. When Siobhan was young, she'd always wanted to see the ocean. Her homeworld had been terribly polluted.

"I think this is a good spot, don't you?" Siobhan asked rhetorically. "I'll just get changed. Will only take a moment." After all, she didn't want her suit to get dirty. Moreover, it had become very hot. For a change, this is not an attempt at corny innuendo. And so she stripped down right in front of Coci, for she lacked a sense of shame. Her garments were neatly folded and then put into a bag, and she quickly put on more suitable attire in form of shorts and a tight fitting tank top.

The location was picture perfect, a nice isolated place for the duel and not far from the city should the need for medical assistance be required. Coci would have to remember to bring the children here one day, she knew Théo would love it and so would [member="Thurion Heavenshield"], not sure about Nina however.

Coci looked out over the sea and watch the waves swelling out on the horizon before making their way to shore to crash upon the golden sands. The sun was warm, not too hot to be unbearable so the day is just right. "Yes it is a beautiful spot", she agreed with Sio turning toward her, only to see her standing naked on the sand. Coci smiled at her freedom, so without restraints it was to be envied. But then so is Coci, but only in private with her beloved Thurion. The only person in the galaxy to know her truly.

She turned away to take in one last look of the waves before moving back to change herself. She did not have a bag of tricks, but rather she took off her outer lays and stood ready in her cream trousers and white shirt with saber clipped to the belt, however she had kicked off her boots. No point in getting sand in them.

"So, what are the 'rules of engagement'?". She asked unsure of what 'weapons' they would be using today.

It was quite accurate to say that Siobhan was a bit of an exhibitionist. Well, she'd call herself sexuall liberated or something similarly fancy! Anyhow, she was now dressed properly for their little duel and turned to face Coci.

"Lightsabre, if you want. Not set to kill," Siobhan said in response. She didn't have any toys with her beyond her glowstick, so she'd be largely limited to space magic. The Force was already building up inside her while she spoke. The Lady liked to play dirty. Then it was abruptly directed outward when she unleashed a strong telekinetic blast from behind Coci. It would function like an invisible hammer and was meant to slam into the woman's back. Unsurprisingly, Siobhan had drawn upon telekinesis, since it was her primary power and the one that required the least concentration.

Siobhan had taken care to not go too over the top with the telekinetic assault's intensity. So assuming it wasn't blocked or dodged, Coci's spine would not be in need of a surgeon to get fixed up. However, it should still hurt a good deal and, more importantly, unbalance her. "The Force."

The reason for this became clear when suddenly a wave of sand rose up into the air and was directed towards Coci's eyes. Assuming the telekinetic blast functioned in the way Siobhan intended, it would push Coci towards the sand.

It was not that late in the day to catch Coci out. Besides she had had a fantastic lunch and full of beans now. While preparing for the duel, she too had summon the force to her body, centering the power within her core and strengthening her limbs. She knew Sio had a preference for force powers, not the saber and she supposed this would be her first 'trick'. So and it was....

Coci sensed the pull of the force within Sio, the sudden build up strong but informative. As the wave of power unleashed from Sio, so too it did from Coci. She did not move save for her arms which straightened by her side and focused on the 'wall' directed toward her back. It would be meet with one of her own pushing the 'punch' away back toward Sio.

The wall of sand rose up and came toward her rapidly to which her eye closed and she spun in the sand to face her 'foe' now. Her hands raised before her now, summoning the sand around Sio's feet to rise up and began to spin in a vortex around Sio's body. The motion soon became fast and sucked the air out of the vortex as the wall past over Sio's head.

Siobhan using telekinesis was very predictable, since it was her main specialisation. Perhaps she'd underestimated Coci. After all, the Countess was quite confident in her own powers, sometimes to the point of arrogance. However, she was like an ox or bull. There were only a limited number of powers she was specialised in, but she knew those extremely well.

Abruptly the telekinetic punch was redirected towards Siobhan. Around her walls of sand rose up into the air, forming a vortex. With every moment it grew in intensity. White hot sand would seek to sear her skin, while with ever increasing speed it sucked the air was sucked out of the vortex as the wall grew to a point where it would eventually pass over Sio's head.

Siobhan concluded that Anakin, despite being an annoying whiner, had been right about one thing: Sand was coarse got everywhere! She was definitely going to end up having lots of sand in sensitive places! That was both unpleasant and stung a good deal. She could feel sand shearing across the exposed areas of her skin, causing a stinging, burning sensation. However, the Countess did not remain inactive.

She closed her eyes, and a telekinetic sphere wrapped itself around her, shielding her when the wall of sand rose up into the air and the air was sucked out of the vortex's radius. While the vortex was very intense, vacating an area of air took a bit of time. She was shielded from the elements within the sphere as the vortex raged around her. Her vision would suffer as the sand walls rose, but she could still perceive Coci through the Force. The redirected Force Push crashed against the barrier and was punched away as if it had hit an invisible wall. Siobhan shook a bit under the pressure, but held her ground.

Then there was an outburst of power when she unleashed a massive telekinetic shockwave that surged towards Coci, aiming to slam into her with tremendous force and toss her into the ocean. At the passage of the wave, the ground warped, walls of sand were blasted in all directions as the vortex was dissipated, and the air twisted in strange shapes. Boom.

A grin crossed her face, Coci knew well enough that Sio would not stand for that nonsense for long, but what would she do to cease the vortex? Coci's mind raced over the possibilities, a jump or fly out of it? and powerful shock wave or something else. She could feel Sio pulling energy from the force a barrier erected around her, but her diagnosis and conclusion came to late.

The powerful shock waves radiated fast sending sand and air compressed through the force and hit Coci entirely. The wave lifted her off her feet and sent her flying through the air for at least a hundred yards and into the sea. As she hit the water the wind in her lungs burst out of her but as least it was a relative soft landing and she came up out of the water spluttering only to be hit in the back of the head by a crashing wave. Internally Coci found this most amusing and once she had regain her breath she laughed.

She started to make her way back to shore and stood up walking in the pulling water as the tide ebbed and flowed around her legs. Her palms flattened, the force gathering there pulled a funnel of sea water up like a column in the air as she continued to walk slowly, bending the water until it was parallel to the shore she speared the column of water toward Sio. It raced like a spear, a good distraction until she found solid ground once more.

And so Coci got very wet. For a change, this one is not trying to make lame innuendo. In all fairness, it was rather hot at the beach. Thus it was understandable that the Jedi wanted to return the favour and help Siobhan cool down a bit! After all, the noblewoman had just been bombarded with lots of sand.

Siobhan saw her opponent get tossed a couple hundred yards into the sea and allowed herself a thin smile. Not wanting to give her more time to recover, she took a deep breath and channelled the Force through her being. She was already preparing for an electrical onslaught, when Coci was so naughty to summon a big column of water and send it spearing towards her!

Well, at least this meant Siobhan would have to worry about less sand. Fortunately she had not been letting loose with lightning yet, otherwise she'd have been electrocuted. The large funnel of water slammed into Siobhan like a tidal wave, tossing her backward. Her quickly summoned telekinetic shield kept the damage down by allowing her to tank a portion of it, but getting slammed by the wave still knocked the wind out of her, as she was thrust down into the white sand. Sand flew everywhere, a small hole was blown into the ground.

Her head reeled, but she quickly managed to regain her bearings. The shield acted like a protective sphere that kept her from getting drowned inside the column when it flooded her. Water...this gave her an idea.

So Siobhan pulled upon the tangled web of the Force, harnessing its might in an act of willpower. As strong and powerful waves were created in the air, the column of water was suddenly driven towards Coci. The Jedi had already summoned a funnel, now what Siobhan was doing was strike back by intensifying it further to even greater levels and drive it in the opposite direction towards her foe.

The winds coalesced into a mighty storm, a raging tempest that swept across the blue sea with frightening power and a loud howl that sounded like the cry of a wrathful goddess, agitating it to create a powerful typhoon of water. What came into being was a cyclone of great power and volatility. The storm was such that even sun bathers enjoying themselves far away from this section of the beach would be able to see it. Siobhan would devote her strength towards pushing it against Coci.

Siobhan the tricky, decided to throw the water back at her, but Coci was ready now back on the beach. With a dodge, a nifty step to the side and with arms raised Coci guided the column to bend passed her and back out to see. It was at this point she noticed the raging storm rapidly approaching the beach and her. "I love storms!", she declared with a loud voice, and she did .. absolutely love them!

But this one was not nature built, but Sio built and directed toward her. A rye grin crossed her lips, she had to do something before it hit or she would be sucked up into it. That would hurt. A distraction was required, to break Sio's concentration of the storm and hopefully dissipate it. All of a sudden Coci vanished, pulling the force around her body she concealed herself in the force, not a sound or movement would be hear.

A Jedi jump would see Coci land directly behind Sio, what she can see she can't hit, not yet anyway. Telekinesis, a gentle grip around Sio's body enough to caress her and she began to tickle her. Not sparing any part of her body, cause Coci is unaware if Sio is ticklish or where. The force would play with her hair and pull it over her face, blinding her for a while ..

Hopefully this would be enough to distract her, or they would both be sucked skyward.

Well, Coci was a terrible troll. Siobhan finally got to experience her loving caress on a hot day at the beach! Just...not in the way Siobhan wanted. Before her eyes, the Jedi vanished from sight. No sound, no movement, no direct Force presence that could be traced. Classic Force Cloak. The uninitiated were fond of prattling of how this was a lost technique now known only to the Disciples of Twilight. Well, at least those fellows had a moderately cool name.

Fortunately for Siobhan, this was not a technique she was unfamiliar with. [member="Coryth Elaris"] was a master of stealth and through a moderately complicated series of events Sio had gotten all her memories stuffed into her head. This had been quite awkward at first. Like when Sio temporarily got the hots for Coryth's male (and long-dead) fiancee due to experiencing their happy times together.

Anyway, this allowed Siobhan a extremely brief moment of logical deduction. Coci was concealed from her eyes. If Sio had the time and focus, she would have probably been able to track her. She did not have either. However, the Jedi had to be close. Probably preparing for a sneak attack.

On instinct, Siobhan spun around. This also meant she could see the footprint the Jedi must've left behind when she landed, as Force concealment didn't get rid of that. In the same moment as Coci launched her tickling offensive! That was...not the way she wanted the Jedi to touch her. The wind dramatically flipped Sio's firemane away from her face in a moderately cheesy manner. Waves of sand was blasted away as the strong winds raged around her.

When faced with the choice between letting go or not, Sio simply pulled harder at the tangled web of power that was the Force. She was intentionally driving the storm towards them. "Oh, Coci, darlin', you're such a troll. Let's go flying," Siobhan snarked, giggling like a schoolgirl. Then the titanic storm slammed into them with truly over the top force and speed. Both would be gripped by the large funnel and sucked skyward as the tempest raged across the beach.

Before Coci could react to Sio, she found her body lifted off the sand and into the air. This cause her to immediately drop her concealment and concentrate on living. The storm sucking the air from her lung, she found it hard to breath for a moment. Eventually she was able to regulate her breath, at least that was a start. She could see nothing, but had a location on Sio through the force. "Are you serious?", she yelled out a little disbelieving and laughing at the same time. It was kinda fun.

Mean while back in space ...

The shipyards were coming along nicely without them, a few minor hic-ups that the supervisors soon sorted and work resumed. On the surface of the moon, the construction of storage and facilities began to take shape and looked like buildings. As buildings do.

And so Tornado Siobhan swept across the beach. Pillars of sand rose up high into the sky, being raised by the raging tempest alongside columns of water. The howl of the wind was almost deafening, like the roar of an eldritch abomination or wrathful goddess. The sight was both beautiful and terrifying, which was a good summation of the Force in general. At distance, storms were a beauty to behold, but it was very different if you experienced them up close and got caught in the maelstorm.

No surprise that the Force was often frightening to the average commoner who was blind and deaf to its call, yet had to live in a universe dominated by space wizards. Siobhan was pulled through the sky by the storm she'd generate, but was also controlling to a degree. The storm had sucked the air out of her lungs, which made it difficult for her to breathe for a moment, but she was soon able to control her breathing.

The first tornado she'd summoned had been on Alderaan, when she slaughtered her way through an absurd amount of Vong monsters in order to get to a netherworld portal to find her wifey and kiddo. That had been an unpleasant experience since the Force had been wonky and she'd ended up buried beneath a building. Oh, and she'd chopped her arm off since a pillar had kept it immobilised.

That had been unpleasant. Anyhow, she was blown hither and thither through the sky at a truly absurd speed. The wind howled and a rush of air kissed her skin, tickling her despite the massive turbulences she was forced to endure. Fortunately, she was able to steer herself away from crashing into trees, gaining in altitude. Despite the obvious dangers both were in, she could not help giggling like a naughty schoolgirl.

Continuing combat while the storm raged and they could go splat any time would be...awkward. Through her power Siobhan managed to gain a measure of control, steering herself closer to the ocean. Her telekinetic power wrapped around Coci. To visualise, one could think of it as a invisible hand. For a change, this was not about trying to cause her harm. Or to cop a feel.

While Sio obviously wanted revenge for that naughty tickling onslaught, she didn't want to risk her friend possibly falling out of the sky and going splat on the beach. Never mind the fact that the strength required to pummel the Jedi in the first place would leave herself at risk regarding the storm. So instead the grip was meant to catch her. "Want us to go down over the ocean and get wet again?"

"What!", she yelled out. "I .. I can't hear you!", she laughed even harder. The storm whipped debris and sand against her body and skin, the wind howled loud in her ears and for the live of her she could not see Sio, let alone hear her. Coci could sense Sio through the force, distance wise she is not far away but the speed of the wind that held them in the air, made it impossible to keep a constant connection.

She covered her eyes with her hands trying to shield them from the sands, she squinted and looked around for her and only could make out a figure in the wind on the opposite side. Alive and well. The strong wind tried it's best to rip the clothes off of her, Coci's hair shrouded her face most of the time and lashed at her face. It was then she felt the grasp of Sio through the force, a secure touch to keep control of her and not have her flying upward and out of the funnel.

But then again...

"Sio let go!", she yelled and pointed upward. "You want to fly?, lets fly!". Lets let 'nature' take control for once and throw them to the Fates!

Siobhan frowned slightly, after having just gained Light Side points, which was horrible! She could fly, whereas she was not sure Coci could. She debated for a moment, then assented. Maybe she was wondering whether [member="Thurion Heavenshield"] would go all Space Viking on her if something happened to Coci. Of course, that might be fun, too!

"Ok. If something goes badly, tell your man I warned you!" she exclaimed cheerfully, having to let loose a Force-amplified shout to make herself heard over the howl of the wind. Then the invisible fingers holding Coci in place abruptly dissipated, freeing her from the space magic conjured grip. Instead Siobhan gave her a good push on the butt to shoot her upward. That totally didn't count as groping!

Then Siobhan shot upward into the sky, ascending partially through her own power and partially due to the power of the wind. Up here it was fairly cool and she shivered, for her clothes were not very covering.

Far beneath them, massive waves swept over the beach, covering the sand in water. The stately palm trees bent in the wind, but did not break under the pressure. Far away she could make out tourists packing their belongings and quickly running from the beach when they beheld the epic tempest. From her lofty vantage point, they looked like ants scurrying away.

The cold wind swept across her skin and blew her glorious firemane into her face, before she brushed it away. If she hadn't been a tiny spec in the sky, someone might've gotten a good view of her shapely butt since the wind blew her shorts around.

High up in the sky, Siobhan was tossed hither and thither. She could dimly sense that Coci was on the other side of the funnel, but for the life of her could see her. Moreover, the connection was faint and not enough to pinpoint her with accuracy. However, despite the danger - or probably because of it - the Countess was enjoying herself a lot. And so she allowed the wind to carry her, sweeping through the sky like some sort of pagan goddess who'd come down from the heavens to survey the puny mortals beneath. "Wanna continue or just fly?"

"Sorry Sio I can't hear you!", she yelled out again, but this time lied her backside off. "Tell Thurion what? that you want me? Not sure he would like that". Coci shoudlers shuddered with laughter and her voice opened up to the joyous jest. But then she left her body pulled upward with a speed not only frightening but exhilarating and she let out a "Woo hoooo", as she was shot high into the sky.

The mouth of the storm was left behind, the blue of the sky was the only thing in her eyes and the warmth of the sun had returned to tickle her skin. The air whipped around her face pushing back her long black hair as she reached the zenith of the 'flight'. Then, came the free fall. Coci twisted her body until she was in a dive, the ocean and the beach began to rush up toward her at an alarming speed. The air ripping her clothing, stinger her face and body but she did not care. Coci pushed her arms forward, her palms facing toward the ground and she waited, not yet. The free falling was just too much fun.

But all good thing must end and the ground looked large in her eyes now, only second would be left before she would have to pull up and land. The force pulled around her body, the tendrils grasping her and pulled her up to slow her falling. A cushion of the force formed under her body and as she turned feet first the force protected her descent and she landed feet first on the sand in a thud sending sand flying around her as if a small bomb had gone off.

Coci brushed off the sand and looked up waiting for Sio to make her impressive landing.

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

The chance was too good to pass up. Siobhan was not sure whether Coci had misunderstood her or was just trolling, but decided to roll with it. "I'm totally cool with Thurion joining in! Not a fan of the beard, but he's hot. And you're gourgeous," There, she was so inclusive these days.

However, then she shot upward high into the sky, ascending above the massive funnel. The speed was beyond exhilarating, as she felt all-powerful. The people beneath her on the beach were so far removed that they looked like tiny ants scurrying away. At this moment she felt indomitable, like a warrior goddess.

Above her was the blue sky and the warmth of the sun kissed her skin, tickling it as warmth swept across her body. Laekia seemed to lie to her feet, prostrating itself before her. In the far distance she could make out the city's buildings rising up into the sky, as if in supplication to her undeniable majesty. Even the towering skyscapers seemed beneath her. The air whipped across her face, blowing away her glorious firemane as she arrived at the zenith.

If this description comes across overly flowery or egotistical, then that is intentional. Siobhan did kind of have a massive ego. She saw Coci fall, and soon after Siobhan likewise began her descent as gravity pulled her down. The ocean and the beach began to rush to her at an alarming speed as she twisted her body, using the Force to stabilise herself enough that the wind could not blindly toss her around. Her clothes ripped, her skin stung, but she laughed throughout.

At least in her own self-perception, she gracefully descended down from the heavens like a goddess. With seconds remaining before she impacted, the Force wrapped itself around her like a protective cocoon, shielding her. Then she crashed into the ocean with the force of a bomb blast, creating massive waves that swept over the beach, flooding it. Siobhan seemed to vanish inside the warm waters, diving down further, then suddenly surged upward, riding upon one of the waves towards the sandy beach.

She had been trolling, never trolled before meeting Sio, but she is learning fast. Coci laughed as she watched Sio land in the ocean. The woman was one of the best force users Coci had ever seen and she was very please she is a friend and on their side. Whether Sio puts it on or not, the was no doubt she is elegant and graceful when she puts her mind to it.

The storm still raged around them, but had began to move off along the beach. The people that had been on the beach enjoying the sand and sun had long gone now and there was not a soul around. "That was amazing, I enjoyed that flight". Coci had not forgotten the first time she had experienced this and that too was because of Sio, this time she had done so solo, well to a point, and landed under her own skill.

"I think we had better get back and see how things are progressing with the shipyards". And it was getting to the stage where they would have to return to their loved ones.
