I know of a few metals, but not what Dathomiri can and do use...
a ship that can only be used by a force wielder and is powered by their strength in the force, it would vary greatly, but it would be effectiveAllaina Mare said:Define 'force-powered'; if you mean a Force-generating engine, no. That is not possible. If you mean a ship that is imbued with, say Sith Alchemy and is a 'living ship'? Then, yes. Easily... provided you're an Alchemy-specialist Sith master.
How is that asking for a lot, I picture Ragnar going high speed due to his inner strength, but not much power due to his active strength in the Force, and I had a ship that used Vyperion's power cell and heat source as a dual power source.Allaina Mare said:God, that's asking for a lot. I'd say no just on the basis of complexity.
Just wondering, but how does it come close, if you can explain it in a way a newbie like me would understand?Karen Roberts said:Sith Meditation Sphere comes sorta close. But mostly, no.
I wanna say some Celestial tech was Force-based as well, but I could be wrong, and either way they're kinda ambiguous.Ashin Varanin said:The power source of Sith meditation spheres is highly ambiguous. At least one was sentient, and they're certainly powerful works of alchemy.
So far as I'm aware, the ONLY technology powered by the Force is Rakatan. It's at least 20-25,000 years old, and so rare as to be utterly impossible to find. Finding any piece of Rakatan technology in working order would require a substantive roleplay, and an entire ship would almost certainly never be approved.
