Circling the Nest [Open]

Owain

Lord High Grand Commander Esq.
Owain grinned at her boldness. Such a dedicated actress! It was touching really. Well, she was touching him, and that was pleasant. As she glanced at her communicator he leaned in and kissed her cheek. "Alright then, Coruscant it is," he agreed, following the captain aboard and pulling Felicity along by the hand. As the man vnaished ot the cockpit, he wandered the hallways for a bit before finding somehting akin to a passenger cabin. SMiling in victory, he turned to the girl he was meant to be kidnapping. Kind of. "So songbird, ready to fly the nest? There's no going back once we're off..."

Coruscant. She was going to Coruscant. In all her life, she could not ever remember seeing Coruscant, although it is possible that she had when she was a baby. Even if she had, of course, that was nothing like seeing it now, fully grown. She could remember it now. See it for how it truly was. Her heart raced as she followed her... 'betrothed' to the passenger cabin.

"I know," she replied, "I said I wanted to fly and I meant it. Thanks for, err... this. Taking me, I mean."
She leaned in to give him a quick peck on the cheek.
"I owe you."

Oka was suspicious of the other man with the royal. Glyph's description seemed to be a little... different. Either way, it was time to go. He pressed a button on his com link that would sent coordinates to his starfighter. Without any warning, he close the hatch and lifted off. "Why does bad things happen to Jedi too often?" he mumbled.

Glyph sighed as he was now busy asking people for the description of Felicity, very few giving him helpful information. Up until one mentioned a description of the man who must have messaged Glyph with Felicity's comm. Using that information and... borrowed Security footage, he was running through the starport, really really hoping the ship had not took off.

Oka laughed as he looked behind the ship in the star port. Glyph running towards the ship he borrowed, well at least it looked like Glyph. Lightsaber, determined look, and worried face. He played around with thoughts in his head, let him in or not. He decided to yell out something throughout the ship. "Not to ruin the moment but someone's, hero, is coming to save the day." Now it was clear the fellow wasn't Glyph. You could tell the difference when you saw it. Now getting intimidated, he reached under his cloak and held his hand onto a light saber made out of a permafrost crystal. Held great power to him... hopefully using it wouldn't be an option. With the hatch closed and the boyfriend on the loose but smokey on their trail, Oka had a temptation to open the hatch. But then again, he could simply force jump onto the ship, cut into it, and maybe spend a hour trying to find them.

Sebastion was sitting on the ramp of his ship, looking out on the busy spaceport of Naboo. It felt like he had only just left Coruscant and now he had to go back. Sebastion didn't want to go back he hated life in the underworld, Coruscant was a world that kept people like him down in the steps while gangsters and drug lords draped themselves in riches like kings. "Well I guess I don't really have a choice, money doesn't grow on trees." he muttered to himself. Sebastion decided to take on last stroll around Naboo to take in it's beauty before he had to leave.

"Yes you do, and I intend to collect," he replied to the girl's thanks with a grin and wink. He wasn't going to make this easy for her, oh no. He stepped past her, heading back out, but pausing to whisper into her ear. "Though I suppose that'll have to wait for now," he breathed, just as the captain's voice cackled over the PA. He glanced up with a grin. "And here comes your boyfriend to save the day!"

Owain was sure it was Glyph. Otherwise there would have been more than one person coming to apprehend him. He was probably trying to get Felicity back before her mother realized what was going. "What do you think? Shall we take him along? Or leave him in our dust?" he asked, turning away to shout down the hall. "Take off captain! Extra credits if you get us to Coruscant post haste!" he yelled. Glyph was a Jedi - he'd find a way to catch them sooner or later. But Owain was under no obligation to make it easy for him. He was the villain kidnapping the princess after all.

He coughed into his fist and glanced at the blonde girl with him, shaking his head. "Want me to send a ransom note to your mother too? This is meant to be a kidnapping as well as an elopement after all," he shrugged with a laugh. Felicity knew how to take care of herself. She'd fought in a war for goodness sakes. If she didn't want to be here, she wouldn't, and there was nothing he could do to stop her.

"Oh please... credits are as useless as a- on it." he said taking off. He cut off himself because he almost revealed who he really was. That was close....

[member="Owain"]

Glyph. He was fast. If he caught her, this little adventure would end before it started.

"Leave him in the dust."

She entirely ignored his idea of leaving a ransom note to her mother. It was bad enough he was traveling with her. If he did that, mom would probably send her father out to hunt them down. If that happened, there was no telling what he would do.

She retreated into the cabin, sitting down on the only bunk. ...Only bunk. Great. Well, she hoped Owain liked to sleep on the floor. She certainly wasn't going to do that, and there was no way she was sharing.

He jumped, why he jumped when he knew he couldn't reach the ship he had no idea but he was not ready to quit yet. And Before the ship was able to go anywhere past up, he tossed a tracker at their landing gear, watching as the tracker would be hidden until they needed to land, and even then it would be small. His body on the landing though, was not a soft one, having sacrificed stability to get the tracking device on.

Tumbling to the ground he soon laid there and watched, the ship vanishing into the sky.

The ship displayed a message on his shield screen. For some reason, something attached to the landing equipment. "You don't need a tracker to catch me. Cat and mouse... we shall play." he said assuming it was a tracker. He wouldnt bow up the ship with his girlfriend aboard. He could've shooked it off with the force using telekinesis but he could tell fun was in games.

Owain stuck his head down the corridor, int he direction their captain had gone. "Alright Cap'n, how long until we reach Coruscant?" he shouted, before glancing back towards the cabin he was sharing with the girl. Well, as their cover at least. He somehow doubted Felicity would agree to share the room with him. No matter, he could easily keep imself entertained in the common areas of the craft if it came down to it. Besides, elaving the blonde alone with her thoughts for a while might improve her mood somewhat, get her to calm down and think about their next move. Becuase Owain was a felon now. Well, again. It was complicated.

Hearing the question, Oka spoke up with a rather questionable answer. "I would say a jump to hyperspace but that would be lying." he hollered back jokingly. "I'm Oka by the way." he added. He suspected telling his name would be more beneficial than him calling him just captain. After all, he is a Jedi.

Calm Felicity was not. Not even close. Her heart raced. Her throat was dry. She sat on the bunk, her knees pulled up to her chest. She'd left her homework unfinished in her bed room. Maybe she should have brought it? She was going to have an imperfect grade now. Funny how after running away, she was most concerned about her own education.

But she was not afraid. She did not feel ashamed, not guilty. Every fiber of her being was filled with excitement, anticipation for the adventures ahead. Nothing would stop her now.

"Owain," she called, rising to her feet, opening the door, "'Honey', come here. I'm lonely."

Owain sighed. "That...really doesn't answer my question," he pointed out, before shaking his head. "Well, Captain Oka, thank you for your aid in our hour of need," he called with a smile. Truly, the man hadn't had to have helped them, but he still had. Of course, this could all be a nefarious trap, but if it was, he wouldn't live to regret it. Then he heard Felicity calling for him and cringed. She had called him 'Honey'. That was not a good sign. "Well, let us know when we near our destination!" he called before sweeping back to the cabin he was nominally sharing with the blonde princess.

"Well hello there, songbird~" he said pleasantly, walking up to the girl stnading in the doorway. "Sorry for leaving you, I had to take care of business. But now...well, we have a long journey ahead of us," he continued innocenlty, stepping past her into the room, inspcting it closer now. "What should we do, my dear, to pass the time?" the youth asked, unable to stem the few thoughts that popped up offering many ideas as to what the two of them could do. He swiflty reigned those in. There was a time and a place for that. Besides, Felicity was with Glyph. Even if she had run away, she'd never expressed any actual dislike for the young man.

Felicity on the other hand was too excited to have any... improper thoughts. She was practically bouncing on the spot, her cheeks hurt from how long she'd been smiling. She followed him into the small room, settling back down to sit on the bunk.

"Talk to me," she urged, patting the spot next to her for him to sit, "When are we going to arrive? You spoke to the pilot right? What's the plan when we get there?"

She was having a hard time just sitting still without fidgeting. Her fingers twisted together in her lap, her foot tapped a steady rhythm against the floor. She was trying very hard not to look as anxious as she felt, but she knew she was failing. Spectacularly.

The girl was so eager, so excited. It was like watching a young puppy knowing it was going to recieve a treat. He couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. He sat down on the bed next to her, but not too close. Best not push this little farce they had going. He leaned back, propping himself up with his arms. "We'll get there when we get there. Though I suppose it'll only take a day or so. Naboo does have very good links with Coruscant after all," he explained with a shrug. "As for the plan...well, that's on you. You wanted this litte trip, you organise it," the youth said, shooting the girl a satisfied smirk. "I only got you off-world and away from your family. i think I deserve a break from planning. Heck, I deserve a medal for successfully kidnapping the fair Princess! Or something at least," he continued, looking away from Felicity.

[member="Felicity Mason"]

Oh. He did have a point. She really was on her own. Well, it wasn't like she needed a plan. That was the point of running away! Being able to try a little spontaneity! She leaned back with him, resting on her hands.

"Oh? What do you want? I do owe you, right?"

Out of the corner of her eye, she watched him, a tiny smile tugging at her lips. She played with Glyph like this when they were alone together. Teasing. He didn't like it. He didn't play along. But Owain...

"Better off that some questions are unanswered." he replied but the man slipped away. They were getting close to a smuggler/pirate route. As soon as he hit hyperspace and came out of it, a battle was going on. For once in his life, he was seeing a pirate ship fighting smuggler transport. This was incredibly worrying Oka. Not only was there two people onboard, but there was a royal onboard. He switched a com ready. "Okay boyo, gonna need you to aide the smuggler in this battle. And I'll break through. Got it B7?" The droid in the starfighter shortly replied, "Beep Bloop" Oka stood up out of the chair and awaited B7 to engage, but as soon as he stood up, a shot hit one of the wings. He fell down as the ship went sideways but got back up. Coruscant was only a hyperspace jump away but the hyperdrive was blown after another shot. "This is really starting to piss me off." he mumbled taking a saber from his belt. He expected them to try and board the ship. They didn't realize who they were messing with.

He could hear it in her voice. His smirk turned predatory as he looked at her, letting his eyes wander her body. "Oh, I want so much that you could give me," he said in a low voice, leaning over to whisper in her ear. "So much," he repeated before clarifying. "But why not start with sharing a bed, princess?" the youth asked before leaning back, away from her. Let the games begin.

And then he felt the ship tremble as something hit it, ruining the mood. He sighed in annoyance. Damn timing.
