While [member="Kami Meran"] deployed her mining drones, one of the tired soldiers in the cave handed her the very vibrocutter he used to mine crystals, for her to use. True, with her mining crew she would be able to extract some crystals just the right size for what she intends to do with those. Or rather, the end user. She realizes that a vibrocutter is just a little tricky to get used to at first, and the first cut is a little rough. And she feels her arms shake while the vibrocutter is active; then she would make attempts at manipulating it. For ships, perhaps it is best to parallel-run, or even serial-run, crystals in cloaking devices than to just have one big crystal onboard; then again I do not know much about the design of cloaking devices other than they use stygium crystals, she thought, while trying to get used to the vibrational modes of the vibrocutter. Poor Yula! She wanted stygium, she had no idea how to even use a vibrocutter before today, and she learned that for crystals, like stygium and nova, vibrocutters are better than beamdrills. Her face became red after her first few attempts at using a vibrocutter.

" Crystals have to be cut. i never understood the jedi's lets shove rough crystals in to our sabers. they need to be refined and cleaned later. " Kami yelled over " these things will need to be cleaned. i'll ask around see if i can find a jeweler." she sugested as she ordered a few droids to load up the freighter. "General, I hope that you know a good jeweler or two" one stormtrooper moaned.

"Jewelers? Why?"

"Stygium crystals need to be cut and then polished for maximum efficiency"

It dawned on Yula that the stygium crystals they are mining using vibrocutters are still a little raw. As she could hear [member="Kami Meran"] in the distance, she wondered why Jedi - and Sith - were using raw crystals in their lightsabers, most of the time. Yula was lucky that the blackwing crystals in her lightsabers were polished. But she had to hand in the few raw crystals that she actually mined using the vibrocutter into the hopper, which would bring the new batch of stygium crystals, freshly mined from the depths of the cave, into the transport ship. These crystals to be processed back on Geonosis or Hakassi, since Jessica informed her that the facilities on Ringo Vinda would need some time to rebuild after the hit-and-run attack led a while ago in the wake of the Christophsis campaign. Rumors placed the crystals as being used on either stealth fighters or carriers; the carriers would be almost 1000m long or so.

Kami entered the mine looking over the extractions.
she watched as droids gathered the crystals and load them up on to the ship.
" going well. [member="Yula Knezevic"] "

"How do we stop this thing?" Yula asked, while her body was shaken from the vibrocutter.

"You would never make it as a jeweler" the stormtrooper told Yula, while shutting down her vibrocutter.

Nevertheless, her warning was timely: a few more seconds and the vibrocutter would fall off her hands, which would mean that Yula would sustain cuts. And injured Sith would be no good for her. While [member="Kami Meran"]'s droids whizzed behind her, she began to fall on the ground with a deactivated vibrocutter, still trembling from the sustained vibrations from its use. Meanwhile, that very stormtrooper hauled a few of the raw crystals Yula managed to extract from the cave wall into their common cart, suspecting that his turn of using the vibrocutter is almost over, too. But what she didn't suspect was that jewelers used smaller vibrocutters for more precise cuts into the crystals, suitable for whatever use one gets out of them. Less vibrations and more shock absorbing materials built into the handle of the vibrocutter. Yet she suspected that, the more precision required when using a vibrocutter, the more time-consuming it is; she began to have double visions while laying flat on the ground.

"Stormtrooper... were you a... jeweler?"

Hmm who was that pink girl she knew? the beautician? " any you guys know a Crystal craftier? " she yelled over too [member="Yula Knezevic"] as she asked honestly trying to be nice.. was she doing this being nice thing right?
she hated having to converse with people. but she could judge people. and Yula Knezevic seemed to be a decent prople.

"Another person asking whether I know a jeweler. I used to be a jeweler, before the Republic press-ganged me into stormtrooper service after being found guilty of PUI" the stormtrooper yelled over to [member="Kami Meran"].

"That explains... a lot of things" Yula told the stormtrooper, still a little dizzy.

Darth Maladon equipped his force with standard issue One Sith stormtrooper armor. The only real change between Republican soldier armor and the One Sith stormtrooper armor was the helmet. Yula was a little disturbed that someone would ask if they knew a jeweler but then again, as she was, Kami was also mining for crystals. Yet another shipment of raw stygium crystal was ready to board the transport ship, but this time around it was surface-mined, rather than depth-mined. Perhaps that jeweler she called a stormtrooper would allow her to get her out of the cave and into fresh air, following her to Kami's position a short distance from the cave's mouth. Finally, some fresh air! I have been mostly on my own for my Sith training, but I'm training to become a different kind of Sith: the kind of Sith that they actually need, rather than those monsters we have now! The Sith Order's members are less than Sith to me, she thought.

" PUI? man after my own hart. bit its ok looks like you'll have you're hands full. " Kami joked as she cataloged the crystals being carted to her ship.
" remember what i said bout soil content. you'll find more up hill and down low. looks like i have enougth to get me on my way just a few more loads,"
she said cheerefully as she ticked off her manifest.

"Piloting under influence" the ex-jeweler explained to [member="Kami Meran"].

"How long have you been in service?"

"Six, almost seven years, stationed on Nubia this entire time until Darth Maladon needed us, in three years I will be out of service"

Stand-alone PUIs are often the domain of recreational pilots; while smugglers and other pilots-for-hire can and do get caught with PUIs, they often have smuggling charges and violations mixed in with their PUI charges. While the additional carts filled with crystals from the depths of the cave are being hauled to the transport ship, she knew that she would need one last load or two before she could depart this accursed planet called Maramere. The stormtrooper sergeant decided to ask his colleague for help to get Yula onboard said transport ship; the mining operation was almost over. In her fear of being found out, and also using her pains, she uses Force-cloak once again. It becomes almost hilarious that two stormtroopers are carrying an invisible Force-weight all the way to the transport ship. Building a stealth carrier is going to require a poodoo-load of stygium crystals... I never expected Sith training to involve mining for stygium crystals. Whereas some people are sent to Dxun or Korriban and left to fend for themselves in the wilderness, I am made to endlessly mine for restricted materials, she thought.

Thinking on the stealth aspects of this Kami called up a dattapad joting down some brife concepts of stelth armor

she remained semi undecided weather to go with the suit or go with the vehicals.
" Skev it ill decide later i'll need to look up lightbending tech first. and a few lightweight alloys maybe some sound muffelers. maybe some plastoids." still this was a ideas for another day for now the had a load of crystals to look over and inspect.
" soldier you know any Jewel smiths from your hayday?" she asked the trooper.
