Thank you. In the future simply place the service threads with the Miscellanious threads and make a note that the company is a service company. A service company can replace a submission with a development thread that involves completing a service. As your company is primarily a service company, I would suggest simply doing role-plays that complete services for others in place of submissions (just let me know during modification requests that it is what you are doing). Rationale: Ugohr Poof founded IGR Brokerage as a means of putting the looted money from his campaigns on Malastare and Zaloriis to good use, away from the temptations of the dark side of the Force. He decided that, since he couldn't afford developing real estate projects, even on inexpensive Malastare, he'd simply broker real estate deals instead.

Description: Ugohr was taught that too much liquidities from battlefield loot would render a Jedi vulnerable to turning to the dark side of the Force, so he invested the money in a business venture to stave off the dark side of the Force. Unfortunately, because the sale of lightsabers is highly restricted, Ugohr decided to go into real estate instead. Because, unfortunately, as a Galactic Alliance general, he had a hectic life, Ugohr is simply a stake holder, and has very little actual interaction with the day-to-day operations of the company. Also, IGR Brokerage is part of the GMLS (Galactic Multi-Listing System)

InterGalactic Realty Brokerage, better known as IGR Brokerage, is, simply put, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, where clients will get the best deal possible for their property, either for sale or for lease. With the blessing of the Galactic Alliance, Ugohr was authorized to open the Naboo and Elrood offices, serving the eastern and southern Alliance regions respectively. IGR Brokerage also bought a failing real estate brokerage startup on Coruscant; the One Sith being desperate at the time for fresh economic blood, it looked past the buyer's connections to the enemy, and the nascent Coruscant office, as a result, was playing with fire, until Operation Blackout resulted in an Alliance victory, and now operates without fear during its reconstruction. It will not charge clients any fees until the sale is completed and all fees will be made clear in writing before a client chooses to do business with IGR Brokerage. With IGR Brokerage, rest assured that the desires of clients will be respected to the fullest extent of the law and that properties will be treated with care.

Since Operation Blackout several high-profile properties were sold through IGR, including several secret bunkers and the former IAI corporate headquarters on Kalee. It also sponsors the Outer Rim House Hunter's Show, aired on Gungan-owned Battleon Town News, and is also one of the major parties of the Galactic Alliance Planetary Development Project, with IGR Brokerage pledging to act in its name on Malastare and Dulvoyinn. Also, looking outside Alliance-land, it also opened an office on Arcadia-N-30. Nevertheless, in light of Ugohr's crimes (which have nothing to do with real estate), he felt he had no choice but to sell the stake he used to hold, forcing the company to change hands to Mandalorian interests.

Rationale: Naboo and the city of Theed have seen their share of turmoil in recent years. During the period when the Techno Union controlled the Naboo system, its leaders sought for stable and profitable leadership. The Mandalorian Clan Rekali reached out to Techno Union Foreman Draco Vereen with an offer to helm Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps. Alec Rekali, the Clan Father's granddaughter, was asked to take the reins of the small shipwright as part of her ongoing education, in preparation for the day when she might fill the same function for the Clan as a whole. She paid for a controlling interest in Theed Palace out of her own pocket, using the proceeds of a notorious heist on Nar Shaddaa some years ago. Her goal was to preserve and uphold copyrights entrenched in Naboo law, and to improve the venerable shipwright's profile on the galactic scene.

After a period of substantial growth, however, Clan Rekali's other interests came to the fore. Using Theed Hangar's Coreward expansion as a pretext, Clan Rekali stole a major Republic shipyard. In the ensuing public relations backlash, the executives of Theed Hangar banded together to secure new investment and stage a hostile takeover of their own company. They bought out Alec Rekali's share entirely.

Theed Hangar is no longer a subsidiary of Clan Rekali, and has not been for several years of exponential growth. Current ownership is as follows:
  • 60% - Theed Hangar executives and employees (5% held by Lady Ajira Cardei, currently Director General of Strategic Security Branch)
  • 20% - Held by the successive kings and queens of Naboo

Description: Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps (a.k.a. Theed Hangar, Theed Palace Hangars, or Theed Corps of Engineers) is a brand closely tied to the people and heritage of Naboo. Comprising R&D and manufacturing facilities in the Naboo system, Theed Hangar focuses on small production runs of elite, lovingly crafted starships. Aesthetically, it bases its modern designs on the vessels that it designed before the Dark Ages. Though it generally used many Nubian components in ancient times, the search for quality has led the modern firm to source its components from a variety of manufacturers. Art deco lines, gold and chrome, and handcrafted quality characterize Theed Hangar products. Theed Hangar does much of its business in custom designs and short production runs for elite buyers.

However, Theed Hangar also turns out high volumes of Naboo starfighters, as well as powerful capital ships with Naboo aesthetics. Theed Hangar’s orbital shipyards do a good deal of business in repair and refit for Galactic Alliance naval forces. Theed Hangar’s own patrol vessels work in conjunction with the Royal Naboo Security Force and the GA navy to protect the Naboo system comprehensively.

Theed Hangar maintains a research and development presence on Omwat.

Pharma-Tech was formally a subsidiary of Blas-Tech Industries. Valik and Jacen Cavill formed the company after a few backroom deals between the Sith Lords. With this newest venture, the two Sith can further expand their cloud of influence into new markets via a new company. Valik himself will oversee the day to day operations with a massive investment publicly from Cade Lee that allowed the company to open on three worlds in such crowded territory. The company already has access to all of Blas-Tech's resources, and through this, the Master Alchemist will be able to further his schemes while appearing legitimate.

At the acquisition of Blast-Tech by Alric Kuhn, he placed the subsidiary for sale by auction. As of now Danger Arceenau won the bid, becoming the new owner of the subsidiary and putting it under the umbrella of Arceneau Trade Company and working in proximity with Browncoat Arms & Industrial.

Description
Pharma-Tech was a company opened by Blas-Tech Industries. A few product lines are currently in development as development centers have been placed on strategic worlds in the most populous factions. With access to Blas-Tech's massive amounts of money and supplies, the company already has a good supply line set up. With competitively priced pharmaceutical products being supplied for dirt cheap, the company hopes to squash the competition through mass production of cheap, efficient goods. Through the profits of this line, the company will expand to further markets while secretly developing a military line the galaxy has never seen.

That's the real purpose of Pharma-Tech, the innovate chemical warfare. Where most would let morals stop them, the CEO of Pharma-Tech, and his boss at Blas-Tech have no such thing privately. Through independent research and development done in secret on worlds with primitive populations, they strive to make weapons most governments wouldn't publicly touch. Jacen Cavill's business contacts in theTionHedgemony and Valik's skill in alchemy allow them to produce weapons with a dark side flair that most wouldn't notice. This will enable them to sell mass contracts to factions that will allow the risky venture to eventually pay off and let the company finally stand on it's own and become a galactic name of it's own.

Bryce Bantam upon his arrival on Biitu was appalled at the way his ancestral people were treated. The outsiders that inhabitants Biitu had subjugated the native Biituians, forcing the tribes to pay large sums of their harvest to satisfy their prosecutor's demands and raiding in a regular basis and they people taken as slaves to feed the other corporate needs of the other businesses.

The Bituians, pacifists by nature refused to fight back allowing this behavior to continue for centuries. Wanting to make a difference BB created a non-profit Co-op designed to give the Biituian people place to sell their agro-goods while also reinvesting the money into the tribes to improve their quality of life and safeguard their well being.

Description
Founded on the idea that one man can make a difference BCU takes the agro products from the native Biituian tribes that belong to it, collects and transports them to its’ production facility at Fort Ua,ua Leva and packages them into products suitable for mass marketing. Finally package products are shipped to headquarters and from their flown to the Arceneau Trade company for resale.

Current cooperative goals to be implemented are as follows. (One) to secure security for all tribes contributing to the collective by hiring outside security forces from Justice Shipping. (Two) increase production by introducing modern agro-techniques learn at the Garqi Agricultural University. (Three) begin designing and producing droids and other machinery to increase farm yields. (Four) search for additional husbandry crop / animals from other worlds and finally (five), research, develop and begin ocean agro farming.

Since then, Bryce Bantam's shares have been sold at auction to Danger Arceneau of Arceneau Trade Company. The winning bid was the following:

Bid will include expanding the holds of Bantam Cooperative to increase production by way of The Eden Project Biodomes. The Green Energy Project has spread across several planets via hydroponic farming and sustainable agriculture. Known consultants include Silk Holdings, Ithorian herbalists, Ho'din horticulturalists, and Morodin agricultural tending. Each Eden Project Biodome is less of a structure and more of a small city itself, housing anywhere from a small colony of researchers to hundreds of scientists, bio-chemists, and farmers.

Arceneau Trade is willing to offer the construction of the Eden Project Biodome to promote employment opportunities as well as a residence area for them to live in. The enhanced farming methods would provide a sustainable method of ensuring little carbon footprint and while also promoting green energy options.

This also includes the placement of Solaria Glasteel Panels. These panels were able to be used as roadway, walk paths, trails, and used on buildings for a 10% efficient solar energy convertor. When covered by special tempered glassteel, can actually replace roadways and parking lots. In addition to collecting solar energy, solar roadways also sport LED lighting, heating elements, inductive charging capability for electric vehicles while driving, and even some stormwater management abilities.

Also provided would be the placement of Solaria Globes. One can effectively power one Corsucanti Tower, allowing for maximum solar energy absorption even through the smog of an ecumenopolis.

Due to the Silver Jedi putting the onus on Jedi to provide for their own funding, after the announcement of [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] being called in to replace her old boss [member="Charzon Loulan"], control of Ringovinda Systems was placed in her hands, and under her watch, Ringovinda Systems expanded to become a major private employer on Glyss, as well as setting up shop on Tatooine, despite both planets being away from Silver Jedi space.

Description:
Before Merger:
The Umbrella Interest Company, originally was a Healer Guild project in search for a molecular cure all, Project Cleansing. Admiral Jaster Awuad lead the project as lead project manager to the Guilds Councle. He followed a lead and legend of a talisman that could create a Sith spawn that is resistant to all physical illnesses, the Sith Spawn Artifacts. Though after a year of searching he found a lead and requested further funding. Funding a Sith object would have placed a bad position for the Guild being a neutral political organization. In secrecy though the guild leader, set Jaster on a slush fund balance to fund the project. In return through Jasters company was to be a cover pharmaceutical provider for the guild, providing medical equipment and factory's.

Jaster agreed to these terms and was given secrete permission to continue research as a private organization on the planet Monastery. After several years as an independent company, it became a leading partner of the United Trade Conglomerate where Jaster became Viceroy. He neglected the company for a couple of years after that. Little to no real large projects were coming out of the company. After the conglomerate base worlds was taken over by the First Order, Jaster made a drastic change. He killed the board members and took the Conglomerate for himself merging his own company with the larger conglomerate. Merged, his company and the larger conglomerate into one unit and him as the leader, the company changed its name to the United Trading Conglomerate and became a production company for the First Order.

Rationale: Leos Palle is a political mastermind with a very persuasive tongue. As a Sith, he has joined in with a group that operates under a system of basic feudalism. The more property and holdings you have, the more power you have. Additionally, it becomes necessary to keep your political enemies on their toes and second guessing what they may be up against if they choose to challenge you for property and power. In order to facilitate his ability to amass wealth, and curry favor with outside forces that may be useful to him, he has crafted the elaborate setup of a public corporation to craft goods available for purchase to anyone and everyone, which can also skew the public perception of his persona into good favor for him.

Description: Ignus Industries exists as a public company specializing in weapons, armor and small vessels. By public, it means that it is open to purchases from any and all parties, regardless of alignment or political nature. It is an equal opportunity company which makes no effort to endorse anyone or any action, merely providing goods. These goods are openly purchasable through the holonet or in person at one of the two, current locations.

Managed by a team of specialists from throughout the galaxy, brought together by Leos Palle himself, the company initially began as an armor making entity, for practical purposes of accruing the necessary capital for expansion. The initial location of headquarters and manufacture was decided upon Telos because of its rich history of being business friendly. The move proved a good one, and capital accruances soon allowed expansion into arms and small space-faring vessel manufacture.

A new shipyard will be operational above the planet Surron, allowing the company to produce larger starships, as requested by their clientele. Future expansion plans call for the expansion into custom terrestrial facility design.

Rationale: Ugohr Poof founded IGR Brokerage as a means of putting the looted money from his campaigns on Malastare and Zaloriis to good use, away from the temptations of the dark side of the Force. He decided that, since he couldn't afford developing real estate projects, even on inexpensive Malastare, he'd simply broker real estate deals instead. Cathul bought the corporation in the wake of Ugohr's arrest, on behalf of Clan Lok. Since Cathul owned the corporation, she greatly expanded their sphereof activity. Now the corporation is also a general contractor as well as a land reclamation company.

Description: Ugohr was taught that too much liquidities from battlefield loot would render a Jedi vulnerable to turning to the dark side of the Force, so he invested the money in a business venture to stave off the dark side of the Force. Unfortunately, because the sale of lightsabers is highly restricted, Ugohr decided to go into real estate instead. Because, unfortunately, as a Galactic Alliance general, he had a hectic life, Ugohr is simply a stake holder, and has very little actual interaction with the day-to-day operations of the company. Also, IGR Brokerage is part of the GMLS (Galactic Multi-Listing System)

InterGalactic Realty Brokerage, better known as IGR Brokerage, is, simply put, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, where clients will get the best deal possible for their property, either for sale or for lease. With the blessing of the Galactic Alliance, Ugohr was authorized to open the Naboo and Elrood offices, serving the eastern and southern Alliance regions respectively. IGR Brokerage also bought a failing real estate brokerage startup on Coruscant; the One Sith being desperate at the time for fresh economic blood, it looked past the buyer's connections to the enemy, and the nascent Coruscant office, as a result, was playing with fire, until Operation Blackout resulted in an Alliance victory, and now operates without fear during its reconstruction. It will not charge clients any fees until the sale is completed and all fees will be made clear in writing before a client chooses to do business with IGR Brokerage. With IGR Brokerage, rest assured that the desires of clients will be respected to the fullest extent of the law and that properties will be treated with care.

Since Operation Blackout several high-profile properties were sold through IGR, including several secret bunkers and the former IAI corporate headquarters on Kalee. It also sponsors the Outer Rim House Hunter's Show, aired on Gungan-owned Battleon Town News, and is also one of the major parties of the Galactic Alliance Planetary Development Project, with IGR Brokerage pledging to act in its name on Malastare and Dulvoyinn. Also, looking outside Alliance-land, it also opened an office on Arcadia-N-30. Nevertheless, in light of Ugohr's crimes (which have nothing to do with real estate), he felt he had no choice but to sell the stake he used to hold, forcing the company to change hands to Mandalorian interests. Ironically Cathul owning the corporation on behalf of Clan Lok caused the corporation to return to Alliance interests since her operation of the corporation caused her to undertake a journey due to it having developed construction and land reclamation, using it for the greater good of the galaxy.
