Conquest of Alderaan [One Sith vs Republic]

Ladies and gents.

Now it became a fun game.

November would move her hands away from the side-arms and reach behind her, pulling free two sticky grenades. The fun thing was, these weren't your normal sticky grenades, no sir. They contained a very powerful flash charge, more powerful than a solar flare. Before she could uncloak and throw, they were gone.

She moved forward and uncloaked, her hands reaching down to secure her weapon first. She then would secure the body of [member="Adele Adonai"] and the robes of [member="Boolon Murr"] that were left. She used the robes of Boolon to scoop up the poor girls head. The corpse was heavy and bloodied, blood splattering in her face and goggles causing her to groan loudly. She quickly made her way towards the hole which she created in the outer wall, stopping for a moment to secure the corpse to her own frame as gently as possible and the robes as well with the young woman's head. She grimaced at the thought of the woman staring up at her in such a manner as she lept across the gap and landed roughly. Her suit groaned under the additional weight, attempting to augment muscles and additional strength to her actual body.

She felt sorrow, somewhere with in her very core for their losses. She wished that she had done more or had been there. She would now atleast be able to bring them home.

Universal Medical Center - Top Floor
@Mantorok

As soon as they reached the roof top Mierin pressed a small key on the belt of her armor. She frowned as she heard the words of Alexander Cinthra, she didn't quite understand them. The rage was still heavy within her mind and she was lulled into something. Yet her eyes snapped up as Mantorok yelled into her ears.

“I will live.” She assured herself more than him.

When they reached the roof the whir of engines and sound of repulsorlifts was heavy, though there was nothing to be seen. Suddenly a man appeared out of nowhere, standing just a few meters above the roof. He signaled to Mantorok, and the Chistori rushed over, handing the injured Sith Pureblood over to the Pilot.

“Kill them all Mantorok.” Mierin said as she hobbled onto the ramp on her on leg, supported by the pilot. “All of them.”

Then the ramp closed, and the stygium cloaked ship disappeared.

He turned his head to the Sith Lord as they approached each other. The man was powerful, he could tell that much. In his thoughts his hand descended and brushed upon the Datacron in his pocket, making sure it was still in tact before nodding his head to the Sith.

"They escaped. Now we must secure the University."

The Eldorai spared a moment to incline his head to the Sith Lord before starting to hurry inside.

As soon as the Republic shuttles were gone, the One Sith transport shuttles were landing in the nearby Landing Zone. Thanks to [member="Darth Janus"]'s efforts there was a landing zone provided near the University, and they started to form up barricades in the doors and windows, with One Sith Troopers heading inside to search for any information left behind.

A shift in the Force,
A change in the balance.
Things moved on course
As limbs moved once more.

The Bushi relinquished the blade
And darted back as the burning
Beam of light swung and made
A ominous humming, thrumming noise.

Away from the strike, he
Concentrated on the Force.
A ball of energy, he could see
Forming in his hands.

He aimed the blast up, out,
At the hilt of the bokken.
Energy met wood, a gout
Of power, and hit squarely.

Between flipper, numb,
And blast, focused,
Bokken would slip between thumb
And flipper to the fore.

Torso or head it would meet,
Senshi Teima would do its task
And force the enemy to greet
The dark embrace of unconsciousness.

Tsolan turned towards the location of the woman who that Alex had discovered. Something was going on and someone was watching. "Ace." She was skilled in concealing her presence in the force and thus he turned to different means. A glowing blue nose poked from his armor and sniffed the air. A moment later and Vulpesen was locked onto [member="November Sinclair"]'s location as well. But even as he watched, he became aware of something strange. He could hear her. He could even smell her. Something was going on and when he got back to Myrkrr, he would need to find out what.

Alexandra blinked as she stood there and watched the woman collect the bodies and robes, all rage lost in that moment as she realized November didn't even seem to notice her. "Uh... Vulps, im not invisible right?" She looked at her companion, [member="Darth Tsolan"] and blinked before looking back at November with even more confusion. "Miss you can see me right?"

Objective: Again, not die.
Allies: Scattered
---------------

Kiyron groaned where he lay sprawled at the bottom of the flight of stairs as debris bounced off the armor. Well, that didn't work. Time for the default plan. Lots and lots of undeflectable slugs. He double checked his slugthrower and took a deep breath. A million credits against him winning this round. Now he really needed to win, because if he died, he'd never be able to pay off his debt to himself. Let alone the one he owed the Republic. he sprinted up the stairs, using the infrared on his helmet to see through the dust and debris, stopping as he saw the Sith appear, and he squeezed the trigger, sending a spray of metal bullets zipping through the air. The recoil was really quite comforting.

He dropped to a crouch and then slipped back behind the corner. This area was too enclosed. He needed a larger room to maneuver in. Like the hallway outside the door. He dove through it, turning to face the door and backpedaled, extra magazine held ready in his left hand.

Location: Steps of the Aldera Royal Palace, Aldera City
Objective: Stop the Traitor
Enemies: [member="Darth Junra"], [member="Sciath"], [member="Darth Nexus"], [member="Darth Odium"] too (soon)

Allies: [member="Tracyn"] Ordo

Once more the Traitor exhibited an uncanny ability to escape death with mere inches to spare, but she seemed comfortable with those inches. Too comfortable. Ryan Korr reviled her comfort. He wanted to make her sweat, make her bleed, make her pant. Make her silent. The blissful quiet of her eternally resting heart would be as a symphony in memory of those he'd lost. He could count them. All of them.

He knew not the woman Isolda save in some correlation to the dark prophetess the Council oft spoke of in hushed tones. Nor did he care. His mind had found a singular focus full of faux calm. What words could one give anyway to a walking corpse?

Korr struck again, feinting a right handed slash at her left collarbone in order to draw her lightsaber up to a high guard and away from her legs. As the blue blade hummed through the air he raised his left palm. Pure radiance blasted from his hand, aiming to sear her eyes with the brilliant white light of Force Blinding. Both wielded precognition, which meant that they in essence more or less canceled each other out. She would sense the danger, but the distraction and pain of the light could prove just enough to give Ryan a temporary edge.

His saber abruptly changed trajectory, maneuvering from a slash into a low thrust as he redirected the tip of the blue lightsaber toward her right thigh.

[member="Alexandra Cinthra"]

November would turn to look back at the woman standing in the hole she left behind, she shook her head softly and brought Murr's lightsaber up to salute. "I don't think this is the day we'll fight." With that, again she would disappear with a flash of static lightning and a flash. Her force presence would be stealthed and concealed and she would rush across the rooftops with the dead Jedi and their belongings.

Location: Med Centre, Western Quadrant.

The Sith Knight glanced around, and then the slugs blitzed through the air towards him, and he blinked in confusion just as they hit the corpse that was floating in front of him. It was a meatshield, some of the slugs had actually come quite close to him, but he made no move to actually stop them.

Instead, he chuckled, and the Force carried his voice so that [member="Kiyron "]could hear him.

His lightsaber was in his main-hand as his off-hand continued t hold the dead corpse of a doctor ahead of him. Through the dust, he let the Force sight take his actual sight and he saw through the walls as the Republic soldier dived through a doorway. Glancing around, he stopped, and threw the body through the doorway of the room that the Havoc Squad Member had gone through, in hopes of scaring him with the corpse that he himself had marred.

Grabbing onto a chair with a telekinetic grasp, it was a big one, and he held it in front of him, as he pushed it through the wall where the soldier was attempting to hide (if he was against the wall), letting the Force blast the chair through the thin wall and hopefully knocking the soldier down.

Well this was certainly interesting, something that Myr had never seen before. An invasion of an entire world, a whole planet falling to the plans of the One Sith. He had come with Darth Junra and her attachment, the little apprentice had skulked his way through the crowds of soldiers and turrets to make his way to the palace, the steps was where he stood now.

His robed slithering figure looked upon the battling Jedi and Sith, his force sight penetrating their very souls. A grin spread across his face as he looked upon them all, so broken, so twisted, so deliciously...evil.

Myr's head shook slightly, and then he regarded the palace behind him. From his belt Myr pulled out a lightsaber, a single curved hilt blade that ignited in a buzz. Then he sprang forward. Like a snake Myr pushed himself against the Palace defense, slicing through troopers, droids, and turrets with careful serpentine movements.

He laughed as they fought him, laughed and laughed.

The Palace would fall, just like the rest of Alderaan.

Alexandra only blinked again and even rubbed her eyes as she stood there and sighed. "Did that just karking happen?" She looked at [member="Darth Tsolan"], so utterly confused she was too momentarily confused to remember about the fact that there was still a battle going on on the planet and her mind only registered what had just happened, and at that just barely. "Screw it, wheres Daeda, i need to make sure hes ok."

READY! FIGHT!

"That guy looks important."

Niamh nodded her head in the direction of [member="Darth Janus"], and Teria looked that way as well. The latter frowned and then groaned as well.

"Please don't say what you're going to say."

"Let's get him!"

"Damnit... Why do I even try?"

There was a Jedi standing next to her all of a sudden. She sized him up and then pointed towards her target as if to say 'See him? I'm gonna go own his face off.' Really she was saying something altogether not at all different. No really, she was saying the stuff about owning his face off. She had the confidence of a stubborn bull facing down someone wearing red.

"Attack!"

And just like that she darted off, not directly at her objective because that would be too much. No, the Firedancer swept around, her energy blade flipping on as she moved. Teria was right on her heels, her double-brand held at the ready as they approached the Sithies. Niamh spun in towards the Lord, knowing full well that he was probably aware of the attack, and moved to slice at his legs as she lowered towards the ground, intending to slide right on past him. Teria would be right on her heels in a whirling dervish of blade as they tried to pin the man between them.

Bottlecap's writer had no idea what had just happened. Suddenly everyone was attacking an institute of higher learning--oh, wait. That was not unusual in the least. Those places always seem to suffer in times of war. No wonder his tuition keeps going up. Bleaching the walls to remove the blood is really expensive. People should be more careful.

Anyway, TK-4441 was in the streets of Alderaan, wearing the shiny red and black armor that Val'Ry--Darth Hauntruss had issued for this fancy schmancy Black Lancers humanitarian unit. With guns. Bucketheads. Bottlecap was practically born in plastic, so this came naturally to him. He expertly timed his shots. His kill count was single digits and he rarely fired at anyone, but when he shot, he killed them dead.

Of course, Hauntruss was one of those Super Sith now and pretty much was clearing the way. Nothing really special about being pointman with her around. But this whacko Jedi female might cause need for assistance. The plastic army men seemed to be a little unstable. Umm... Whips? Moving speeders? Bottlecap raised an eyebrow.

Move along.

If anyone remembers Bottlecap from the days of the Imperium, they would know that he is famous for two things, one of them being his loyalty to the One True Empire that was somewhere out there, waiting for the One True Empress to reclaim her throne. The stormie could not care less about the Sithies. In fact, he made fun of most of them and despised a lot of them. If he could have been there, he would have shot that [member="Mantorok"] guy a billion times. Point-blank. With an E-Webb.

You don't kill civvies. You just shove them out of the way and tell them, "You're welcome."

The other thing TK-4441 was famous for was abbreviated speech patterns, with hot phrases like, "Diamond, four-oh, skid zero," and, "Fan five, post at mark seven." This man would get all the ladies if stormtroopers had relationships. This is not cliche. Bottlecap graduated from the school of badassery, and he taught the teacher.

Speaking of E-Webbs, that was kind of what Bottlecap did. So he and a squadmate plunged into the window of one of the buildings enclosing the street and went to work setting up the tripod and rapid-fire blaster. "Double rations for a Jedi's corpse," he said. Then he pulled the trigger and let a hail of red flak loose on the target. For the Empress.

Vulpesen let out a small sigh and reached into his armor. "I believe she was taking the body and robes for funeral rites as she has the right to. I see no reason to stop her." He pulled out the green Ashlan and handed his sleeping form over. "It seems as though the day is ours, but then again, we haven't seen everything now have we."

"You seem to forget the giant sith monster outside the Medical center, with Balaya the endowed Sith riding it?" She made sure that Daeda was fine before attempting to rouse him and let him into her own robes. "How about we help Balaya with Havoc squad, im pissed and i need someone to take it out on and i think you would prefer i not do so on you?" She grabbed her sabers and looked out the hole for anyone in particular for a target, and then she felt [member="Veino Garn "]touch her mind and she looked at Vulpesen once more. "Nevermind, mind helping me save another idiot on the planet, looks like i have another friend in the wrong place at the wrong time." She would jump to the other roof and pause for a moment, waiting for Vulpesen before heading in Garn's direction.

"Hmph. A pity." Janus remarked, casting one last gaze at the destroyed ship before turning to follow Astraios back inside.

One Sith transport shuttles began landing on and around the university. On the rooftops, AA guns would be placed. Sith troopers would enter the building and weed out whatever soldiers remained. For all intents and purposes, this seemed to be in the bag. Perhaps Tyrin could finally relax as the soldiers did their work fortifying this place against recapture. There ought to be something worth reading around here, somewhere nice to sit.

"Attack!"

Janus turned to see a pale woman running towards him, an energy blade in hand. Yelling out that she was attacking was a rather poor idea, as it left ample time for Darth Janus to exploit the sheer amount of space in between them. A rather annoyed grimace took over the Umbaran's face. A futile gesture considering his mask, but nevertheless. He sensed this one was vaguely Force Sensitive, but completely unrefined. Untrained. She held that mock lightsaber less like a Jedi and more like a swordsman of a different stripe.

He extended his hand, sending a powerful Force Push for the Echani. A wave of concussive Force that would likely send her sprawling back down the hallway where she had come from. He could sense she was not alone. A pity, he liked it better when he outnumbered his foes.

"Handle the other one." Tyrin remarked coolly to Astraios.

Vulpesen let out a small growl and ran after her, quickly leaping off the roof to follow. Last time he did something like this, he almost died. Still, this wasn't Myrkrr and even as he descended, he allowed the force to fill his body and slow his descent. "Don't die. Float like a mynock, jut don't die!" The force filled his body as he hit the ground, causing his body to take the reduced stress of the landing without any serious damage. "Annd, I'm alive. Alright Alex, he's your friend. Lead the way."

He heard the word 'Attack' too. Did people really did that in the heat of battle? Scream and announce their attack so that you know they are coming and destroying your attempts at stealth? He figured it was meant to be something to shock and confuse your enemy, but the only thing that was happening at the moment was Astraios shaking his hand, and then starting to run at [member="Veino Garn "]when Janus gave him his orders.

A Force push erupted from his hands at the clearly stronger Force user.

Medical Facility Exterior Atop Glitter

@Everyone inside

Balaya continued to pump mist and tendrils over the area far below and into the second floor where more were. She could hear screams and looking upon the priests who were sending her their energy and channeling the darkside through the force into her. She spoke. "Glitter destroy the facility." Balaya felt the large beast move and swipe, the mist destroying walls and supports while a large arm struck the facility. It tore into it and pulled away a section as personnel screamed and were flung away. The sith having disappeared mostly but this was the time to break the medical efforts of the Republic, to make sure they bled deeply now while another arm came down to swipe at it. Balaya kept pouring the mist as sections started crumbling and falling, glitter roaring and sithspawn popped or fell away. She let out a resounding laugh deep from her throat and sent an arm from the beast towards the Havoc squad and jedi members who had been below her.
