I have some questions about the Personal cloaking device

1.When you complete the objective , can I just use it to cloak myself or do I have to use it in a sub?
1.a) If I have to use it in a sub could I put it inside a lightsaber and have a second button to activate it making myself , the lightsaber and the blade invisible?

Also could someone please link me to a dev thread where they do the stuff for the PCD? I'm kind of confused about the instructions.

What are the rules regarding minor factions' possession of non-combat ships? Can they possess more than one non-combat ship longer than 1000m?

We know that the maximum legal length for non-combat ships for corporations is tier x 500m (it's a common template-caused misconception that the maximum legal length for a corporation-owned non-combat ship is 2000m for tiers 4-6) and major factions can basically possess any non-combat ship up to 3000m in length.

It is for the use of cloaking devices in submissions. A personal cloaking device would probably not work in a lightsaber.

Yes.

The only rules are those listed on the starship template, site rules, and company rules. If you do not see any regarding your inquiry, then there are none.
