Once more why dont we? (Vulpesen)

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra looked back at the now apparent man and smiled widely as she waved her hand over him. "Huh, i think its working now, are you there Vulp?" She shrugged and laid back on the stone for a few seconds before speaking again. "And if you have an interesting story, lets here it, things are boring in silence anyways." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen would chuckle and shake his head, causing a strand of white hair to fall in front of his eyes. "I don't believe I've ever told you where I got this streak." To be honest, Vulpesen had never told anyone. It wasn't something so much off limits to him, it was just that he never got the chance. Not to mention the sting of embarrassment it often came with.

"Hmm... sure why not, i had assumed it was you growing old fast, i mean, if its not then thats great but you are looking a bit frail at times. Give it a few months and i could beat you with a blade." She smiled though it was clear she would listen to him attentively as her eyes remianed unmoving from him, curious and soft as they studied him for any hints as to the strand. [member="Vulpesen"]

"Yeah, good luck with that." Relaxing a bit more, Vulpesen place his hand son his lap, recounting the memories from several years ago. "Back when I was a street rat on Nar Shadaa. Well, I say street rat but I was more like a contracted vigilante. I would sneak into crime rings and break them form the inside out. In any case, I was doing a job and I ended up going undercover at a nearby bar. What happened during those times is unimportant as I managed to get what I needed, however once I was done, I decided to stick around a little longer. That's where the fun started." Vulpesen moved one hand up to place the strand back in its place. "I used the force to get myself a few drinks, and ended up with a few too many Correlian whiskeys. Call it an over celebration. In any case, I ended up trading a few words with a Gamorean and we didn't exactly get along. After a few insults, I decided that I was being rude. Deciding to make amends, I ordered him a drink. When it arrived, I also did him the courtesy of handing it to him."

Vulpesen paused, considering his next words as they were finally getting to the best part. "And I may have handed it over by smashing it on his head. To say the least, he wasn't incredibly happy. He was also barely conscious so I wasn't incredibly concerned with him. It was the rest of his gang who stood up that gave me a bit of a nervous jump." The jedi let out a small laugh as he remembered the ensuing conflict. "After that, I ended up being jumped by so many thugs that I could barely find any holes to slip in punches and the like. I managed to down a few, and start one of the biggest bar fights Nar Shadaa had ever seen. Of course, My party ended when my earlier friend came up and smashed me on the head with a bottle. I managed to stumble out and run for my life. After getting to the safe house, I passed out for about two days and when I woke up, the base of my hair seemed a bit lighter. As it grew out, I found the starting of my streak. Must've been something in that bottle and now I keep it as a reminder that even I can fall in traps and take off more than I can chew."

"Thats a shame, i thought you had a bit of a troubled period where you might have though yourself the wrong gender and attempted to bleach your head." She grinned and sat up as she looked about the area, thinking about something before looking at him. "Up for a run, im bored of sitting around." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen would grin and rise to his feet, giving his muscles a good stretch. "I've never been that drunk. "And yes, a run does sound enjoyable." Having Ace run into his robes, Vulpesen would dust off his clothes and wait for@ Alexandra Cinthra to get up as well.

She stood up and stretched alittle before smiling back at @Vulpesen. "After you my bleached hair friend, after all, im still the faster one." She smiled and started at a slow jog, making sure that Vulpesen was behind her after a moment. She would smile back, showing no impedement because of her pregnancy as she ran perfectly fine and at a good rate.

Vulpesen rolled his eyes and continued after Alexandra, easily keeping pace and quickly catching up to her. "Don't be so sure miss Cinthra. I've always been light on my feet." The jedi grinned as he continued on his run, bounding off the occasional rock on his way. Vulpesen enjoyed freedom and his current actions only proved to show that fact. "With this I must ask, can you keep up?"

"Dont think yourself too great, still pregnant over here... but i think i can go a bit faster... hope you dont plan to jump alot though." She breathed slowly, making sure to regulate the breathing more than anything as she moved over the earth below her, her feet impacting softly on the ground as she worked to keep up. [member="Vulpesen"]

"Please try not to push yourself too hard." Dropping his pace, Vulpesen would move back to [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]'s side. He had almost forgotten about the baby and he was hoping that his friend wouldn't overdo it. Life was a precious thing and he really didn't want to cause any problems with the little one. "I'd rather not have our fun end in something rather unsavory." [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]

Alexandra at first didnt realize what he meant then looked down and frowned for half a second, she had almost forgotten and sighed. "Right, i forgot about that, opps." She lowered her pace back to a regular run, not sprinting or pushing herself but not a jog, her eyes glancing at him. "It certainly would be unsavory if things were to end in a bad time like that." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen chuckled and stayed by [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]'s side. "I would find such a thing hard to forget. Then again, i'm not exactly eligible for such processes now am I?" Holding out his hand, Vulpesen would watch as Ace dropped from his sleeve to run by their side. Sure the fox enjoyed his rest within the Jedi's robes but even he needed exercise. "About time I got Ace some time to move his muscles. I was afraid he'd grow fat and lazy inside of my ship."

"Very true, such things are hard to forget. And dont worry Ace, you aren't fat, if anything your buddy here is." She grinned at Vulpesen as she ran, slowing down a bit more to keep herself from exhausting herself too fast. "So, what else have you done in the recent times, im sure you have another interesting story to be heard. Or perhaps you have a new student?"

Vulpesen rolled his eyes on that last comment. Of course, there was no way if could be true. Vulpesen had always been lightweight and even now, there wasn't a hint of body fat on his body. "Actually, I've got several. One of them happens to be a zeltron. As spirited as she is, I'm wondering how I'll be able to get her on the true path. Her heart is in the right place, she just seems to rely a lot on her emotions. What about you? How are you're students working out?" [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]

"One is like that of the old master yoda in the times of the old republic... i dont know the name of his species... anyways, she is a very kind individual, who i might have stolen from the Jedi which is my bad. Next there is a Zabrak who is struggling with emotions himself so im helping him find a balance but not locking them out as some emotions even anger can be used in the right way as long as he is taught to deal with it rather than seal it away. Then there is a man named Zander who... is a bit of a over confident one, i am trying to figure out how to show him that power is not everything, but the process is slow." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen nodded, familiar with Yoda's species. In truth, he wondered if he had taught her once. Knowing of only one female member, he figured that it may have been Minna. As for the Zabrak, he guessed Krest. He didn't know many of them, but he had met the man before and wouldn't be surprised if this was where he had went. Zander however, was a a name he was rather unfamiliar with. It was the circumstances that set him off with that one. "It often can be. Patience is a must in such circumstances." [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]

"Ya, him and my Zabrak student, his name being Maleus, are going to need the most time spent to get them into the mindset, i even get to teach the latter on how to focus and truly become someone from ground one. The padawan i uh... stole, shes a bit more experienced and sees to have had a dark time in the past, a little obsessed with balance and so on, but she has a kind heart so its nothing that bad... oh her name is Minna, do you know her?" She looked at him for a moment as she ran beside him. [member="Vulpesen"]

So he was wrong about Krest. No matter, such things didn't really affect him anyways. As for Minna, apparently he wasn't completely wrong. "Yes, I taught her the basics of Ataru during a training session. Bright gal and quick on her feet." Having been engrossed in he conversation, Vulpesen failed to notice a large imperfection in the ground which managed to catch his foot. Falling forward, Vulpesen sprung from the ground with one leg, using only a few fingers for balance as he flowed into a smooth flip to land back on his feet and continue his normal pace. "Oops."

Alexandra blinked as she watched him and laughed as she watched him tumble and recover and spoke up. "You know, i have enough problem with another part time student of my who falls on his face and back alot. What were you too busy looking at me?" She smiled, she knew it sounded a tiny bit vain when she said it, but it was more of a joke than the other option. "As for Minna, im glad she had a competent Jedi teacher, you did a good deal of my work with the basics thankfully." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen roleld his eyes but started paying a little more attetniotn as to how he was running. Falling over was something he'd rather not do again. The embarrassment had already faded, banished by his fairly smooth recovery. "Very funny, Alex." He had a hint of amusement but not much more as he continued moving. "Thanks for the compliment. I hope you teach her well. She may have disippeared from the order, but I'd still like for her to stay somewhere in the light. Then again, you don't seem to have much trouble with that."
