The room wasn't simply a room, it was large enough to provide the sort of arena appropriate for combat, the sort for which the Wrath was looking. Gabriel looked back to the unconscious body laying in the hallway, opposite the door that he had come through, extending out of the room into additional passages. Mentally shrugging, he was prepared for this figure to come through the door that preceded him, though finding a more creative way through would have made for an interesting surprise. Nevertheless, as the droid careened around the entrance and began firing, Gabriel felt the slightest tinge of disappointment.

With his left hand already up, the shimmer of the darkside manifested itself instantly in a near translucent sheen of black. It quaked and trembled as the shots dinged against it, a body of water amidst the rain. The ricochet sent bullets into the ceiling and floor, venom smacking the durasteel and eating away at the material. Gabriel winced as he felt the power drain from the kinetic impact and extinguished his chom-huun and palmed it. Reaching down to his thigh, he pulled a duo bug from the bandoleer and flung it through the projection of his shield, running in whirled fashion towards the droid. It would maintain proximity to the ground, Blast Bug and Thud bug flying together and at near 150 km/hr from the hatch, they would clear a distance of over 40 meters in a second and split from each other half away across the distance. Perhaps between the flash and attention of the fire, a distracted droid might feel the impact of vong biotechnology. Thud bug flying towards the head, blast bug towards the feet.

Nevertheless, he would take the moment of the fling to preface a strafe to his left, dropping the shield and feeling the sting of a venom bullet cut across the outside of his Voxyn Al'Do arm armor, though it failed to fully penetrate. The vonduun squealed as he came to a sliding stop, just behind a vertical durasteel column. He tapped it with his left hand placing his back against it, it felt solid and he sighed, re-igniting the vong saber.

"Ya know...I think we got off on the wrong foot." He wasn't particularly fond of these long distant battles, it felt akin to playing tag. And while games were fun, he had other business. He took this moment to collect himself, allowing the Voxyn Al'Do to keep track of the being and his movement into the room. The barrier was but a taste of the pinnacle, a chip from the top. He would need but two breaths to recollect from it, time quickly passed.

Fleet:

Lash watched as the last of the assault shuttles, drop ships, and bombers sped off away from the Imperial fleet and towards Contruum. The ship had began to accelerate and move into range of the Sith ships now bombarding the Rebel Fleet. The lead ship of the Rebel formation was taking the brunt of the fire from the SIth and while it was maintaining it's own steady stream of fire at the Sith ships, it was staring to show weakness.

"Captain, plot a solution on the smaller of the two sith ships and open fire. Have the Hermes fire on our target."

The officer nodded and relayed the order Flashes of energy lashed out at the Sith cruiser in the distance. Then the ship shook and a flash of light darkened the viewports reactive glaze as the the Beam crossed the distance and slammed into the smaller cruiser with a flash nearly blinding Lash. Smaller impacts from the weapons of the Imperial ships could be made out around the edge of the massive cornea of the beam cannons blast.

Off near the planet the attack wing of the Ravenous frigate broke from the Stilwart corvette and the massive assault force now entering the atmosphere of Continuum. The fighters and bomber formed up and moved out and circled around to make a bombing run on the Sith forces now moving up the mountain side towards the bunker.

"Reaper One to all forces. Target the two lead Mythosaur Walkers. Light them up Boys!"

The Bomber Squadron moved into the central prong of the formation now speeding towards the Large war walkers. Behind them the Stilwart corvette and the Assault force moved into the atmosphere heading for their assigned landing zones.

((OOC: Engaging Kaine while Coci is momentarily out of the fight after ooc discussion. Please don't step in without communication))

Objective: A
Location: Contruum
Allies: [member="Coci Heavenshield"]
Enemies: [member="Darth Veles"], [member="Darth Vornskr"]
Gear: 1x MKI bolter, 1x bolt pistol, 1x sonic shotgun, wrist-worn flamethrower, vibroknife, grenades, lightsabre, beskar'gam

Her absurdly brutal Force Crush had had an effect. The Mon Cal Sith Lord was down. However, the stream of lightning he had shot towards her before being taken out of the game did not miss its target. Lifting a Sith Lord into the air and smashing him back into the ground required energy, focus and stuff like that. This meant that Siobhan was not able to dodge or throw up a Force barrier to shield herself against the electrical onslaught. She was lucky to wear armour, though as fancy as her beskar'gam was, it lacked a Faraday Cage! And so she bit down hard on her tongue when the lightning cascaded across her body, with smoke coiling off her armour as she felt like she was being hurt and shook strongly. Rather than trying to suppress the pain she sought to turn it into a weapon as she pummelled the Mon Cal.

Then he was down and she slumped to the ground, breathing heavily. Actually more like panting. True, she had not suffered particularly heavy hits, but going all Dark Phoenix on him had been obviously tiring. With a pronounced limp she approached the prone body of the seemingly unconscious Mon Cal. For a moment she wondered whether he might be playing possum, but he seemed to be unconscious. He had truly been a strange Sith. A dull, numbing pain had set into her shoulder and her leg ached since her old inury was playing up again. Some Republic NPC minions...err, soldiers, seemed to be moving to presumably disarm the man and take him captive.

However, her attention was soon diverted elsewhere when the ground itself seemed to shake and crack beneath the step of a titan. Sio's attention had been so focused on her own fight that she had completely lost track of what was going on between Kaine and Coci, which was a shame because it was a very cool duel. Coci seemed to be recuperating after having taken a palpable hit, Kaine was launching himself towards her, red blade in hand. The last time Siobhan had faced him things had ended in a stalemate and she had almost died when their combined rage torched the forest.

Likewise she was no longer rested and had lost plenty of energy, but rage welled up inside her. Similar to a Sith, it was her own rage that gave her fuel. Truly ironic, when you thought about it. Sheer, unadulterated hatred rose up inside her like bile in her stomach, remembering what he had put little Abaigeal through. Presumably this would be something Kaine could torment her about if he discovered that she was girl's caretaker now! So, ignoring her increasing tiredness, she acted as he came closer and closer to Coci. Applying her telekinetic willpower, she sought to wrap it around Kaine's throat. No time for something as fancy as crushing a lung or trying to break his spine, she simply tried to envelope him in a telekinetic Wookiee-hug and lift him off the ground to throw him into a pile of rubble with brutal battering ramming force as she poured all her anger and hatred into the motion.

Snakes.

Why did it have to be snakes!!!?!

"Oh beans!" It was at that instant that Kira awkwardly slid herself back on the mud, then stabbed her saber down on the ground just as the Tsaisbola went wrapping around the heated blade. Because of the powergland, well, there was no burning sensation or cutting off of the wretched thing!

No, it would MOCK her! Mainly by turning into a bright yellow to match the blade as it would whip around it like a Rodian stripper to the pole on a hundred credit lapdance night. It would bare it's fangs and give a hiss!

"Oh geez!" enter the sudden snap, flick of her wrist to send the thing flying. Only, well -- in her awkward, mud slathered position now, it went back to the Sith instead. Yeah go back to your master! Figures.

Skittering on all fours, and slipping and sliding, there was little much else to do. Save send a massive surge of ionic energy at the woman. Mainly, it was an attempt to burn out the woman's lightsaber by overloading it's circuts with ionic energy. If she could dIsable it, welp, meant she couldn't use the saber.

ZAP ZAP ZAP!

Which meant this fight might get super interesting.

Mudwrestle anyone?

Just as his blade was about to strike he was suddenly yanked away by an irresistible force that first wrapped itself around his windpipe and then the rest of his body, before pulling him back with such ferocity that he was flung into a nearby cluster of debris from the greater battle. Various pieces of metal clattered about him as he sunk into the pile, but with a tremendous show of hate and power he flung them all away as a shockwave of telekinetic energy rolled off his body followed by a roar of anger that pierced the heavens and was as loud as a thunderclap. He emerged from where he had fallen, a look of pure loathing plastered across his face as his eyes stared daggers into Siobhan's very soul.

"Foul wench." he bellowed, "You will regret that." His eyes wandered to the limp form of Darth Veles over in the distance, and thick bile rose up in the back of his throat. Pure disgust washed over him and he was forced to spit out the terrible taste in his mouth, but he shouldn't have been too surprised. Veles' ideologies were misguided and weak, no wonder he fared so poorly against Siobhan. Then again he had half-a-mind to thank her for disposing of the weak link in the Sith genepool, but he still sensed like within the amphibian body and held his tongue. His blade reactivated and hummed loudly as the tension in the air mounted until it was finally broken as Vornskr flung his lightsaber through the air with pin-point accuracy towards Siobhan. It spun around and around like the reaper's scythe, seeking to reap Siobhan's life with it's crimson blade.

However; it was merely a feint. Vornskr knew that Siobhan's power in telekinesis was nearly unrivaled, his own knowledge paled in comparison to her own, and thus he had to use other aspects of the Force to his advantage. Several moments after the blade had been flung he extended both hands forward and from his fingertips erupted tendrils of blue lightning that trailed after his lightsaber through the air, and were set on a collision course with Siobhan.

Vaulkhar's blade immediately went out, swinging a wide arch to deflect the oncoming lightsaber flying towards him and send it down towards the ground. As he neared Barrien, a tight grimace held his face. The Padawan was ready for his descent, so he decided to give him what he so desired. Vaulkhar immediately slammed his blade downward against the Padawan's duel bladed saber, releasing the amount of force energy he stored within it from the moment he began his charge towards him. The released energy sent Vaulkhar backwards, away from the Padawan in a retreating motion.

Though he kept his footing, the Acolyte slid across the fields, barely managing to stay upright. He raised his blade defensively, watching Barrien. This fight was going to be far more difficult than he had hoped.

He rejected her offer. So credits wasn't an option then. Despite how shabby he looked, the strange man must have had more money than he knew what to do with. Another thing she had noticed was the use of ma'am in his comment. It was usually used as a sign of respect for the recipient, but in his case he could probably using it just because he felt like it.

Money was not something he needed, like most people who looked like him usually do, but would he require something else? Man of his ilke usually do. The stranger then spoke, his voice spoke of reason, yet still manage a hint of desire behind it. “Give me a good incentive… and I might just join you, maybe.” An incentive? What did the he want? What could he possibly want? With plenty of credits, one could possibly get almost everything one desired, unless he desired something money can't buy?

"An incentive? Do you have anything in mind? Since I assume you need no credits, you would have everything you need. I would be willing to listen if you would propose an offer." Unknowingly a battle had already taken place between the two. Instead of one of violence, a battle of words had began, as the pair began trading words with each other. Would either prevail, or would they join forces? The result remained to be seen.

The plan seemed to work at first and as his saber ignited there were sparks of metal scoping out from the droids interior was proof of it.

But alas there was some sort of back up system that kept the machine going and it shortly afterwards unleashed yet more fire power against Mantic.

"Most disturbing..." he let out before he was forced to throw himself into a flip to the side to dodge the blaster fire, again his precognition kept him one step ahead, the searing hit of the beams brushed past and he could smell a burning sensation emanating from his beard. Rolling to his feet he proceeded but now he was without his saber. Other methods to combat this one would be necessary

He responded with unleashing purple lightning of ionizing effects. It was not a technique he mastered, but he knew it well enough.

The effect would probably only stun the main droid giving Mantic time to withdraw his saber from its clutches, but fore most it should easily destroy the smaller (repairing) droids that had popped out to mend their host.

As this fight continued it became increasingly more obvious the Jedi underestimated the abilities and advantages of being a superior being crafted by the greatest designers to exist. There was a reason that humans were weak, flawed, abominations while droids were strong, perfect, mechanical entities without sorrow, hatred, or mercy.

This jedi had disarmed himself in an attempt to disable the droid. He was lucky he had been so effective, the left shoulder sticking and slowing the speed of his left arms' reactions, perhaps the Force had given him some small input on the placement of the blade, but now he released some purple lighting. The mechanical brain detected, analyzed, processed, and reacted in a split second, sending the droid rolling out of the way of the lightning, forward and to the man’s left. It might take it a moment to struggle its way back into close combat with the Jedi, but the droid would make it back to him. And then, it was all over.

Processes streaked through the mechanical brain as the droid came up on its feet, taking two large steps still diagonally towards the jedi, sending another elongated white beam in his direction, while activating the energy shield set between its shoulders. The little personal energy shield flickered to life, set perfect to dual shock mode. That would make for a surprise once the Droid finally arrived back within striking distance, a point that would come much sooner than the Jedi expected.

ARMOR:
For a moment she thought he was really just jumping towards her. Her left hand raised the Dissuader up, firing off a few shots before something rather unexpected happened. The man vanished. Suddenly reminded of tricks that she had seen Circe pull off in the past, the woman let a bit of panic hit her. Move. It was as much a thought as it was an instinctual command. One moment she had been firing at a Sith, the next she was trying to jet backwards. In the end the motion was probably what prevented her from getting skewered by a lightsaber.

Still, the energy blade slashed at her, easily tearing through the armor on her stomach. While the edge only cut through the Revenant, the force that was released was sent into the bodyglove. A very unladylike grunt was Ven's first reaction to having the breath knocked out of her. Only a moment passed before she felt the blood trickling down her abdomen. Cursing under her breath she wondered how the man had managed to cut through both layers of her armor so effortlessly. But she did note, as she continued backwards, that she had no idea how serious the injury was.

Knowing my luck, it's probably pretty bad, she thought.

However bar the wound was or was not, the mercenary's Firrerreo body would start to repair it, 'stitching' the flesh back together. Knowing this, Ven was going to keep fighting. It would take a deeper blow to get her to quit. So she used her left hand to fire a few more shots at the man, her right hand moving back to retrieve her electro blade. Admittedly she didn't think she was a good enough duelist to keep up with a trained Sith. Circe had taught her how to use a lightsaber, and before that the Republic military had taught her the basics of swordfighting.

Generally when it came to swordplay she was good at keeping her opponents just out of reach. She was good enough at parrying and countering to stop her foes from getting to close. The only problem was that she couldn't always land her own strikes. That problem was occasionally solved by doing what she was doing now: Dual-wielding. Her right hand would keep her blade steady while her left could fire off shots when she had a chance. Or at least that was usually the plan. It had been awhile since she had fought a force user... who knew if her usual tactics would hold up?

For now she just did her best to keep track of where her enemy was. Once again the next move was his.

So here they were again, standing upon the killing fields. Such a fitting name, truth be told, but then again the entire planet of Contruum had long been drenched in blood, misery and suffering before the One Sith even emerged on the galactic radar. Siobhan stood her ground while Kaine let loose with his rage after being tossed into rubble, with the shockwave unleashed by him and his massive roar sounding like that of an enraged titan.

Some pieces of debris has been flung towards her in the chaos but she simply redirected them. The look of pure loathing upon his features was matched by hers, though her face was hidden behind the admittedly damaged visor of her beskar helmet. So much hatred and fury was coursing from both of them, so much dark power welled up inside them, that it might have become a tad difficult to discern which Force aura was which, for they both drew from the same source.

The former Emperor's crimson blade shot towards her with pin-point accuracy like an energy spear of doom and death. It was coming at her with a speed that would have made it difficult for her to dodge. Presumably she could have deflected it with her telekinetic prowess, but she did not try because she wore beskar armour. But there was something that perplexed her a bit in the split-second or so before she acted. The Sith would know what armour she was wearing, so this had to be a feint.

As she shifted and manifested a protective barrier, the lightsabre crashed into her back, causing a sensation of pain from the impact, though her armour was not penetrated and thus the sabre did not roast her flesh. The weapon fell to the ground, deactivating. However, she felt a palpable shift in the Force and tendrils of blue lightning swept through the air towards her in an electrical blast of wroth and fury.

The lightsabre could not really hurt her much, but the lightning definitely could! Perhaps the barrier Siobhan had summoned had not been strong enough, perhaps the former Emperor was simply that astronomically pissed off, but as the lightning collided with it the shield flickered strongly, as both wills warred with one another. His to destroy her, her to obviously shield her body and hopefully crush him! Beneath the T-shaped visor of her helmet, strain was evident on her sweat-baked features. As the barrier weakened when his dark power crashed into it, agonising pain surged through her body and Siobhan grit her teeth as she sought to absorb the lightning. Under the strain she was pushed back hard and her entire body seemed to shake as she fell. Ouch. Pain was just weakness leaving the body...no, it was not weakness, it could be used.

Incandescent rage arose inside her and then Siobhan simply dropped the battered shield, no longer trying to blot out the pain. Rather she allowed it to fuel her. Her fury found an outlet as she managed to focus her mind upon Kaine. Specifically upon his chest as she visualised it. Yes, dear reader, you might have guessed what's about to happen now! His own lightsabre found its way onto her belt via a casual gesture, while she unleashed all her pain and hatred in a storm of telekinetic power. The aforementioned storm was directed against his lung as massive telekinetic willpower crushed down upon it again and again and again, seeking to brutally collapse it in revenge. Mentally she prepared herself to unleash a shockwave while he was dealing with this onslaught.

Azurea felt the same about Darth Pyrrhus. He had been her captor, her lover, and her Master, but he was now her life partner. She had pledged to die for him on Mindabaal, and these weren't just words to appease him. Through her body and soul, she felt this bond. She would sacrifice herself if need be.

The brunette Sith Knight chuckled at Taeli Raaf's taunts. Did she realize how many times her own Master had cruelly insulted her during training? Disparaging her form, demanding perfection time and time again. Pushing her so that she collapsed in agony at the end of each lesson. Only to forcibly drag her up by her arms and dictate that she do it again. The Togruta was a punishing tutor, but this only meant that Azurea had the stamina and drive to fight to her very limits today. And beyond.

Darth Azurea absorbed the insults as though they were nutrients. Her hatred and anger towards the Jedi began to climb to astronomical levels.

After her blade was diverted by the Jedi Master, she dodged the feints instinctively as her body was taught to do, while the lightning attack soared towards Darth Pyrrhus. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw him move beside her, a flash of Vonduun black like a giant bat swooping in. He had expertly dodged the lightning.

But Taeli was not finished with Azurea. She protected her right side now from the Jedi's strikes, with a series of shifting hand motions to parry her blade and block each incoming attack. As Pyrrhus lunged at the Jedi Master from the other side, his blade high towards her shoulder, Darth Azurea sprung down, crouching and swung hard at her opponent's legs, her channeling her building Force Rage to enhance the blow. It would feel as though she were swinging a steel beam at Taeli Raaf's knees, the goal of which would knock her off balance and cause damage to her armor and person.

His saber was batted away, but that was what he expected. It was a more a deflection of energy than an actual attack. His opponent had just as much intent on self preservation as he did so he'd known that the Sith would counter the flying blade, dissipating some of his built up energy in the process, and making it more difficult for him to land a strike upon Barrien. Which wasn't to say that it stopped the Sith from coming down with his blade and slamming it into his, releasing the remaining built up energy which sent Barrien skittering backwards, barely maintaining his feet as he did so.

The Sith had skill, but was that enough?

"I am driven by the desire to defend lives, and to end thy reign of terror upon this galaxy."

Twirling his double-blade, he moved it in front of him and held it in one hand, slightly crouched and waited for his opponent to make a move.

The droid rolled to the side dodging mantics attempt in disabling it.

This was an impressive machine with several key components installed to fight jedi. No question about it and Mantic took this fight just as setious as any other.

[member="Agamemnon"] was a deadly foe. But it was becoming clear to Mantic that it lacked some of the evolved programming that some droids he had encountered previously posessed. Simply alterations in their processing units to better adapt themselves to current situations.
To most this would most easily be translated into experience even if this was not an entirely correct comparrisson.

With his force valor active Mantic could follow [member="Agamemnon"]s movement despite them being of super human speed and the machines next action was to be expected.

As it closed in he raised both his hands and let the force flow through him. He meant to quickly lift the droid up into the air and then hurl it toward the rocky ground beneath, crushing and bombing the machine with the full might of his power over immaterial matters. While doing the same thing to a living concious being was a challenge it was of a small effort to control material without breath, no will power to resist, and no connection to the force to aid him what so ever.
Unless the machine had trusters or the like installed, Mantic realized. But he had not detected anything resembling such a device on the robotic body.

And so Mantic reached out with his full capacity, tossing the metalic body around and up into the air - there was no holding back from the jedi - this was meant to be the devastating end for [member="Agamemnon"]

If one blow was not enough, Mantic would repeat the process until the droid was scattered and utterly destroyed against the harsh surface of the battle field.

P-4 & P-11

The two Parkeljni soon left their Lord and her odd chiss associate behind, speeding down the maintenance tunnel as if fire itself were lit beneath their heels. Stopping only when they had to consult the blueprints to pick the right branch of the shaft, the pair of elite warriors intent on fulfilling the task entrusted to them by the Hand.

Echoes of their chitin boots hitting the metal floor would follow them as they ran deeper into the bowels of the derelict shipyards, eliciting many a moan from the old, abused alloy. It was more than a little unsettling, listening to the creaks and groans resounding with their strides every few steps, and if they had been lesser people, the two would've undoubtedly hesitated to complete their purpose.

They were, not, however. Vrag had chosen them for a number of reasons, but chief among them was loyalty. Ironically enough, really, considering that the woman herself didn't care much for the sentiment, though she could certainly appreciate its upsides, which came in more than handy in situations like this. Where others would've turned back, Og'riq Shai and Darth Kahlor continued without pause, only slightly out of breath when they finally reached the appropriate exit.

Another hatchet blown open, another ladder revealed.

The pair descended quickly, swinging over the railing below to land with a dull thud in the empty room. The viewports opened to the vista of the assaulted planet far, far away, laser fire and the occasional starship interrupting the wondrous panorama. There was no sound, and it was jarring. The two killers were so used to associating death and war with the unholy din of battle that looking upon it with the sound completely absent felt almost… fake, somehow. Artificial, like turning down the volume on a holovid in the background.

Still, they both knew it was all too real, as did the armies of the Sith flooding the corridors of the station. Ramust hailed one of the Subalterns with no ado as the pair fell into a jog again, unison and synchronization ruling their movements.

"Subaltern Kamir Val," she uttered between breaths as P-11 led their progress towards the target location. "Have you secured the outer corridors?"

"Affirmative, Commander," the Hunter replied in the distance, and the sound of nang hul breaking bones could be heard under his voice. It would seem they had encountered some light opposition from the Republic, but nothing that any of them had to worry about. Good.

After a few quick updates, the Darth would sever the line of communication established through the oggzil in her horned helmet and rejoin Og'riq by his side, weapons at the ready as they neared their destination.

Once Mythos was locked into an objective and smelling the kill it was near impossible to deter his concentration from his target, this was perfect for assassinations but it was a mentality that did not transfer well in his case to other engagements. He Concentrated on chasing his enemy and finishing him off with slice after Thrust of the Furious Juyo Fighting Style. After just a few swings his Enemy darted to cover and Mythos in Hot pursuit did not even notice the explosive he now banked behind him.

When it exploded Mythos was sent flying off in the direction of his Axe but only to smash against Vong Bones and Old Metal of Ancient Wars... The Rain dropped onto him as he recovered from the impact slowly, wiping off the the dust and dirt off him he intended to rise from the Metal and bone that broke his fall but he realized one small detail when he tried to rise... His Armor was gone, he stood now in his Boots and War Leggings...

"Rebel, Republic Soldier, Jedi or Admiral... You Do not see the truth of everything... I was there in Csilla and in Coruscant... Your attacks caused the uprising of a movement against the Republic, Almost every Rebel who attacked Coruscant was Captured, Killed or Tortured to death" His voice was somber and low toned as he stepped forward into the Battlefield again, this time slowly... "I will be part of the Cog of the Machine that will crush and kill everything you love.... The Republic's Death begins today, here, with you"

Myth ignited along side Pride in their Black and white dance of death, and Mythos charged into battle once again ready to face death, Carbine or Blaster fire for the One Sith and to Destroy the Hated Republic.

Her serpent whip had not struck true, but at least the Jedi appeared frightened as she backed away spurting seemingly random words while the Tsaisibola wrapped around and adapted to the yellow plasma blade. When Kira Talith tried to flick it to the side, the serpent was flung back to its master and curled up around her left arm unobtrusively before adapting its' camouflage.

Before Darth Ophidia could retaliate with her lightsabre, however, she recognised a motion, which triggered every expectation of Force Lightning in her mind. While she knew the dark power was beyond Jedi, there were rumours of a rare emerald version. Her sword-hand moved the scarlet blade into a defensive position and readied to parry the incoming attack. Then, as the ion ray stuck, she found her blade vanishing as though intercepted by cortosis. Inside her enclosed helmet, her eyes widened in disbelief, and she threw herself back into a roll to separate herself from the Jedi.

As she rolled, the Sith Lord's hand gripped the eviscerated Acolyte’s vibroblade and set it in motion. It was damaged from the Jedi’s prior parry, but still dangerously operational. The assassin rolled up to a knee stance with her lightsabre hilt in her right hand and vibroblade in the left. However, the Sith did not assume some stagnant position. Rather she immediately flipped the active vibroblade around and flung it at the Jedi. Her right hand then quickly aligned itself with the vibroblade's trajectory and assumed a blaster-like gesture around the deactivated hilt. When the vibroblade came approximate to her opponent, lightning surged from her extended fingers and connected to the flying weapon in order to overload its energy cell and sonic vibration unit. Which in turn would explode. Shrapnel was expected.

No mudwrestling yet... yet.

Varus had become a conduit for the force, which was presently flowing through him freely, choking out the darkness around him and broadening the hold of the light in the area. It must have been an obnoxious presence that was now washing over everyone in the area, and as Varus continued to grow his connection to the brighter side of the force, he grew closer to accessing one of the most powerful abilities at anyone's disposal. Force Valor, a form he was no stranger to, would be something into which he would slowly sink as his strength, speed, and connection increased. For now, though, he would continue the fight as he had been for hours on that blood and dust ridden battlefield. The very same battlefield on which brothers and sisters of both a light and dark path had fallen that day. Brothers and sisters dragged into a disaster that none of them had ever needed to be a part of, but as fate had decreed, their lives would be their price for the paths they'd chosen to follow.

With or without his skill set and abilities, Varus was one of the most agile Jedi, and he was all too aware of the tricks that could dwell in the sleeves of Sith. That was why, the moment he saw the infused amphistaves revealed he darted back, one leg sending him ten feet from each area that the poison would land in places that he had been only moments before. When he finally stopped, the poison barrage having come ended momentarily, he knelt down and rested his left arm across the top of his knee as his blue eyes studied the practically writhing dirt that the poison was now seeping into.

"You allowed them to mutilate you in order to gain some kind of momentary advantage in moments such as this one?", he asked softly, wondering how someone could let this happen to themselves willingly. This young Sith was becoming a monster, and one day would resemble something horrifying and nothing close to what he used to be as just a man. A sad thing, in truth, and to Varus it was something that made no sense. He would never let anyone change who he was as a man in order to better suit him for combat. Not when there were other ways to gain advantage over the opponent. Not when there were other ways to simply push yourself to become stronger and more cunning. He, in fact, preferred hard work and used his determination to combat his enemies and did not rely on tricks, gadgets and traps.

"That's sad...", he said solemnly, not sure what to think of it as he pushed off of his knee to retake a standing position while pulling his flask from beneath his jacket. When he did he took his time in unscrewing the metal cap and turning it up to take a rather large and well deserved sip to refresh him, the alcohol stinging him just lightly as it did it's work to sooth him. It relaxed his muscles a bit and calmed the way that only it could, and when he replaced the cap to the flask and slipped it back beneath his jacket he glanced back over to the Sith as he finally realized where he'd met this Sith before.

It was on a mission to retrieve holocrons on a Kel Dorian planet long forgotten, and on that very same mission he'd met Seraphina Shel'tah for the first time. Someone whom he wasn't entirely too fond of at the moment, but this Sith he remembered. This Sith, as he recalled, had been exactly the thing he was referring to during his insult. "That's interesting you should refer to me as a dog, seeing as the last time you and I met you were nipping at the heels of a real Sith.", he told the man, not joking or playful in tone. He wasn't meaning to taunt the man but instead was being entirely serious. "The way I remember it, you were nothing but an eager little pup, barking and wagging your tale as you bothered your betters while fervently pursuing relevance."

Ah.. The thrill of slicing through flesh. He could feel the burning blade rip through. A normal killing blow. The girl would probably spill out her intestines. It was sad though, sad that such an enigma was so easily killed.

Then the shots came. The first clipped him across the cheek, burning through the flesh and possibly some teeth. A pain yelp escaped his lips as his saber swung around, knocking the other shots away from his form. Red eyes that had glanced away from who should have been dead focused back in on Sekairo.

The wound across his face began to fold back together, black ichor replacing the lost flesh. Slowly the skin once lost was repaired, regenerated. She could regenerate as well? Good, this just became that much more interesting.

"Very well." Back into the fray he went, bursting across the ground with the power of the Force. The saber was thrust out, a quick jab meant to impale the female along it's edge. Quick, clean. She needed to die.

With a grunt, the Mandalorian fell flat on his face, his helmet falling against the durasteel floor and both his weapons went sliding along the tunnel's walkway. Cursing under his breath he put his weight on his left elbow and pivoted from his core, bringing up his right elbow into the wrist of his Chiss attacker. Letting the Force flow through him he called on the strength of the mystical power to attempt to buck the Chiss male off of his back. Even without the Force Davin had enough strength to lift the man, but with the Force it was almost a non-issue.

This Chiss was begining to become an annoyance, more so than the two soldiers that had left the battle, no doubt to cause more trouble for the Republic within. He wanted to say he didn't care about the outcome of this battle, but he knew that the further the Sith got and the more momentum they achieved, the more difficult it would be for future factions to combat the aggressiveness of the Sith and their lust for conquest.
