After reading your submission a few things are happening:

• You provided no development thread, you're asking for immortality yet not providing any work.
• The description is lacking, I saw your note saying its hard to explain, but you must explain things to the fullest especially with something like this. It needs to be fully thought out and understandable in case someone wishes to use it and for some reason you're not there to explain it. Staff or Factory staff can't properly judge something if the submitter himself cannot fully explain it.
• The idea of immortality / raising the dead falls under the rule:

• Your character is not God, he is not immortal and he is not invincible.

• Also made me realize there are no guidelines for nanotechnology so I fully apologize for that over look on my part. That will be rectified as soon as I post the post.

Second chance will be allowed only if you agree to step away from "raising the dead/immortality" concept, which from reading the submission might prove difficult.

My wording was ... LOL bad in my submission. I should of knew the word "Immortality" alone was going to produce a sour taste. I plan on completely redoing the tech and Now i think I have a better way to explaining it.

Just need it pulled out, the requested extra posts were prior to the request not to include powers ruled by the factory admin as taboo and were the primary reason for additional discovery. I can edit out them and their references within simple enough.

Due to my company not having the proper operations for it to be approved/reviewed, this was archived. However, I made a request in the Company submission to add vehicles and droids to it, while I waited for the change; this Was Approved.

Ok, so the reason it was archived was because of the references to Rakatan tech and the witch hunt right now going around for that stuff. I understand you all are being very cautious around this since someone has been trying to sneak in Rakatan items disguised as normal technology.

These are the reasons above to why my droid was denied. However, the following solutions were given by [member="Sanya Val Lerium"] , who was reviewing my post.

'In honesty just say it is able to store massive amounts of data and it was designed after an ancient model of Droid ore maybe just cut it out. The image it's self is fine. Also when you do get approved for a second chance add it's weight and height.'

I humbly ask if my post can be unarchived so I can make the proper changes. I would like to stress this: the droid IS NOT Rakatan technology. It was merely made by a Rakatan. It has the same hardware and technology as any other droid in the galaxy.

I would like to request a different Factory Judge for this Submission: Reasons being that I do not believe this submission is being looked at by the current Judge fairly.

I was asked to tone it down....which I did. I provided canon crystals to back up the properties I have written up for this crystal. I was told that a 100 dev thread would be needed, the judge providing links to other approved submissions, however, after reading through some of the submissions, and seeing the content in those threads compared to the content in mine, 100 posts is highly unreasonable since the weaknesses outweigh the strengths of the crystal.

I had originally had Production set to Rare....was asked to change to Limit....then asked again to change to Semi-Unique. The cave in question sits on the planet Eclipse that is pretty much a dead world with little to no information on it. In my post, I wrote the cave was destroyed by my character's orders not because she is vindictive but she is protecting her species heritage. I feel because this cave sits on a planet in OS territory that it is being viewed as an attack OOCly....when ICLY that was my whole plan to begin with; to blow up the cave when she was still in the OS....as you can see the date stamp, the first post began way back in August.

MK 8 Powered Armor

I am requesting a Second Chance on this as the first judge's requirements, and rationale for those requirements, are in no way supported by science/metallurgy(real or in SWU), nor does prior Chaos Cannon/Submissions conform to her requirements either.

It is unfair to say further dev is needed when neither of those conditions exist. I am happy to speak in greater length and detail to whomever picks up the sub as to my reasoning why there is no need for a drop in quality to Class 9, but I believe I have explained it in great length in the thread as well.
