Silver Jedi Order Dom of Charros IV: Yo ho Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life for Me

Location: Charros IV orbit
Allies: SJ [member="Glade"]
Enemies: Pirates

"New instructions from the CIC: we are to escort the shuttle en route to Charros IV: distract any pirates so that the shuttle can safely land" Wallpaper indicated to Varindar.

"Roger, roger, weapons tight"

Luckily for her, there was a button for matching the shuttle's speed. With that said, both Wallpaper and her were following the boarding shuttle her allies were taking to get to the surface and rescue one [member="Asaraa Vaashe"], ready to disengage the speed following mode if hostiles were encountered. In addition, Glade was likely to be behind them, and the pirates are likely to take the shuttle as bait. In fact, the pirate contacts were edging closer and closer as the shuttles were descending towards the planet. Oh boy, pirates. They are nothing like the Sith we just fought on Kashyyyk. That was not going to do at all, she thought, while she tried her hardest to avoid rushing headlong into battle, and stick to escorting the shuttle. If the enemy fires first, however, the pirates were fair game to engage and it would no longer be flying under weapons tight ROE. As they made their approach towards the planet, she was nervous about how long it would take them to notice the convoy and fire at either her, Wallpaper, Glade or the shuttle. Or any combination of those: that was going to be an unpleasant surprise.

The Marines

The party had swelled, troops and Jedi seemingly pouring out of the rooms around them, seeming drawn along in the Marine's wake like a wave travelling towards the shore, building up in intensity and focus as it drew closer and closer until it crested, breaking onto the shore. Or in this case the hangar, the crowd breaking, streaming on towards the dropships, the dark hulled Luna's that filled the bay, in neat rows, the pilots already aboard running through their preflight checks. The master-sergeant paused in the hangar, looking down at the planet that grew constantly larger through the open Hangar bay, a sense of foreboding and a presentience of trouble touching him before he turned away, striding into the bay of the Luna. The armoured warrior settled down into his seat, gloves closing around his harness, pulling the straps tightly around himself as he nodded at the Jedi, Kei Amadis, as he settled into his seat, the man's finger's playing slowly over his gun, loading and unloading the powercell. It was a sense of nervous energy that seemed to pervade the entire team, legs tapping and limbs shifting. The shuttles lifted off with barely a shake, their engine's thrumming with power, vibrations travelling down through the chassis of the ships as one by one they escaped out into the cold vacuum of space, spreading out as they burnt down towards the planet, burning specs cutting through the sky, their fiery trails leaving patterns in the sky. A calling card for the sith, a sign that they were coming, that justice was closing on them.

The roar of alarms and the flashing of lights dragged the young woman out of her reverie, legs drawn up against her chest as she sat on her bunk, staring at the large metal sarcophagus. Even after all this time she still wasn't used to this body, it felt...more solid, heavier. There was no denying the power contained in this body, the sheer physical strength compared to her own, but it lacked the grace and finesse she was used to. There was a certain grace to her motions, but it was an animal's grace, all primal and aggression untempered by thought. Typical of the Jedi, acting without thinking, without any thought of the future. A cruel smile tugged up the Togruta's lips as she pushed herself to her feet, stepping across the room to rest her hand against the metal sarcophagus. "Well, it looks like your friends are coming," she spoke aloud, as if to the air. her hand tapping on the coffin before turning for the door, a pair of lightsabers floating off the bed to slot in her belt. "Aren't they just going to love the surprise we have for them, well those of them that survive." The door slid shut behind her, as she turned for the stairs, that cruel smile still pasted on her face as her ear rung with the silent screams of a girl no longer in control of her body, the sensation fueling her spirit. "I should have done this years ago."

Sukai did not really react to the presence of [member="Barinthus E`ron"] as he quietly slipped into the crowd, spurting some not so wise words in her opinion. "True the wild cards may be good at their job but that does not make them invincible, from experience I know that no matter how prepared one is there can always be something to". Though it was good to have someone around with confidence rash and reckless thinking would not win them the battle or save Asaraa.

She small amount off worry was soon dissipated though as the reassuring voice of [member="Kei Amadis"], "Follow my feeling, yes sorry for doubting slightly, I should trust in the force and let it guide my action, thank you for that". The small boost of confidence strengthen her resolve, a stern but coy smile across her face now more then ready to face what ever challenge the Sith may decide to throw at them.

As for what she felt awaiting them at on the darkened planets surface? "I belive we are in for a tooth and claw fight again pirates from every side of the galaxy, sum that would take delight in using underhanded tactics... though I am not entreily sure, but one thing I am confident in is my ability to adapt". With straight and promintent poise to her step she boarded the shuttle along with [member="Reggie Faayare"] and [member="Kei Amadis"], [member="Zavii"] joingin them at the last minute "nice of you to join us Zavii". Her pale hand grasping onto one of the food handles as the ships engines came to life, the shifting feeling of leaving the hanger bay floor engulfing her body.

"Ah yes my name, I am Sukai'ito Yumi, I have been with the order for a year and a half, only recently promoted to Jnight after the attack on the Temple, though I will admit this is not the first order I have been under", She replied to [member="Kei Amadis"] question about her and Reggie, though smiling a bit at the Zabraks teasing of the young man, something she had see all fairly often when around Tanasuki, come to think of it where was her brother?

Sukais wonder would soon be answered as Tanasuki voice came over the wrist com link, easy to hear for all those In the drop ship, "Oh rats am I late elder sister? well sorry for not keeping to your time table, I had... other stuff to take care of, but I am here now so don't worry your pretty little head". If anyone was to somehow look out side the drop ship they would see a Eta-2 Actis-class interceptor , painted in a white and red pattern flying along side, the pilot no other then the effeminate looking boy.

He gave the drop ship pilot a small wave before breaking off, forming the side and moving to a move defensive position, opening up a com line to Asyt, "Bit slow to get going but I am here, looked like you could use an extra wing in your party". His voice was humours but also with a serious attitude more the ready for the upcoming engagement, a little eager to put his piloting skills to use for once in his very long to be lift time. In the distance the pirate bogies slowly closing in, not much of a thread by themselves, but in a large warm devastating, still better odds the a few Sith ace's.

He gave a bow of his head and seeing others there turned to look at them, letting the necklace glow a little as he spoke. "My feelings master Amadis is, this will be dangerous... and fun. That we have a chance to rescue someone from the order who hasn't just joined the darkside.. is helpful. You'll remember Abigael just joined the One Sith when she was taken and then went with that fire order and denounced everything.. so this is all rather new and exciting." He said it while looking over at a few of the master. "You have no idea how rare a chance this is, so should have some special attention to go with it. If anything this might be where the fun really begins." He was walking and looked at the other two a zabrak female he really diodn't know and another boy.

Taking into account what [member="Barinthus E`ron"] and [member="Sky'ito Yumi"] told him of the danger he tried to sense what was best. Nodding as the Jedi and force users introduced themselves and giving a moment to each of the padawans. The Epicanthix reached a decision. While Kei was strapped in for a rough landing if needs be. He wasn’t able to reach the pilot physically. Reaching out through the force instead, Kei’s mindspeak was weak, far from his strongest ability. This close it wasn’t hard. He did this so not to alarm anyone else.

[member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

~Set us down somewhere far clear of any possible anti air defences, even if you don’t see them. I sense… that will be best.~ Amadis told the dropships pilot, but whether he heeded it or not, was on the man himself. Kei was far more confident on the ground, too much space travel often made him disorientated.

The dropship shot downward and he took this time to lead the padawans, and to offer advice to the Knights. Picking up a communicator and speaking to every dropship, every fighter and every jedi.

[member="Sky'ito Yumi"] | [member="Barinthus E`ron"] | [member="Reggie Faayare"] | [member="Tanaski Yumi"] | [member="Novan Kolski"] | [member="Zavii"]

“This is Master Amadis in dropship two. Support each other, do not get separated. Any Padawans stay beside a knight or me. This is a rescue. Focus on that goal. Be mindful of getting drawn into unnecessary conflict, else others must rescue you.” Kei told every ship clearly and calmly. Getting bogged down on the planet was the last thing a rescue needed, because then it meant going back to rescue the people that were separated, which often happened if people split up.

“Everyone is a hero here. Already. Stay together. Remember your training and trust in yourself. Knights guide the padawans. Padawns be there for the knights. We are counting on each other.” He added over the comms. Just for coming and risking their necks they were heroes. They didn’t need to prove it. The serious tone died away and was replaced with a grin to anyone in his current ship. He put down the communicator and readied himself for planetfall, and the door to drop down.

Kei hated speeches. But that one wasn't terrible, it still made his throat dry. Now all that remained was for the door to open, light to spill in and as soon as it did or assuming they landed, he disembarked checking everyone was accounted for.

Forward. Yeppers.

Before Glade. Natoline lived in nervous energy. Bubbly energy that broke out into color and motion at interesting and awkward moments. She was channeling who she used to be here, a younger freer version of herself. She could feel memories within the metal of her starfighter, which was giving her grounding also. The Kiffar woman settled a bit after unfolding that same uncertain anxious energy into her flying. Taking stock of where she was in relation to her wing and their escort. She picked out a point in parallel with the others to better cover their friends.

On. On. On. Things were quiet. Things were steady. Normal. Sad and not sad. "Hey." A quiet voice said to [member="Varindar Asyt"] | [member="Tanaski Yumi"] and nobody in particular.

About then she saw their first sign of the starfighters that Tanaski and Varindar had seen coming up to meet them. Glade started humming again to herself over their comms. Bringing the nose of her descent around slightly, not toward the fighters but off to the side of them. Was she fleeing.

Nope No Sir. This was piloting 101. She just knew where and how to move, that was what she was good at. Fyor AI kept yabbering on about this being their perfect angle to let them over shoot and come in behind them, but she just felt like it was right to move this way, to come around on this particular angle, in a curving motion. If their pirate friends were not hostile, she'd just carry on back around toward their shuttles.

Move Move Move. mmmm. She missed moving. Little tears tricked down her face underneath that stupidly big ball of hair in her stupidly big helmet. In her stupidly big life.
This was her best memory in years.

Glade might have found the descent towards the planet too quiet for their own good, and there were now two dropships to escort, the second one escorted by the last Jedi she had for a guest at her hotel, Tanaski. There were now four fighters escorting the rescue team, and that was a sizeable escort, perhaps large enough to arouse suspicions. But, on sensors, she could sense that they were approaching the destination and to be prepared against any anti-aircraft defenses the place might hold. They were now in atmosphere. Steady now, little pilot: a fighter is not like a hotel, she thought, while she heard the voice of Glade keeping her awake during this descent towards their objective. [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]. They were hoping to exploit the cloud cover generated by the numerous factories that dotted the Xi Charrian landscape to make their approach - under IFR conditions. But how long until that cover could last? She kept her fingers crossed, well, as much as it was possible to do so while keeping in mind that they may well need to maneuver at a moment's notice.

Location – Outside the Sith Temple on Charos IV

Charos, a planet that had been touched by war. It was no surprise to the young woman that she had ended up here. Such was the way of things in this galaxy. Where Sith would gather and plan, so would Jedi in return. In her mind this was not some grand scheme, all planned and intended by the force, these clashes. Rather, they would happen with or without it. People by their vary nature are creatures who despise the things that are the opposite of their views. Those were the kinds of thoughts and musing that played through Seras's mind as she looked up at the sky from where she sat on the ground.

This naturally lead into the next thought of the young woman. 'Where do I stand in all this.' The thought made a wry look come across her face as sat. 'Probably somewhere in the middle.' Was the only answer that came to her mind. She was taken from her thoughts as she felt something in the force. It was a simple feeling, a forewarning. The enemy was coming, which brought Seras's thoughts back to her main purpose here. It was highly likely that the Silver Jedi would find out what the Sith were doing here. For that reason, Seras had come here. Mythos had spoken highly of the Silver Jedi and their ability to fight, their honor and skill. And that is why she came. To test that alleged skill against her own.

“Took them long enough.” Seras remarked to no one in particular as she stood, dressed in Atrisian styled robes. On her left hip hung a heavy blaster pistol, across her back at her waist rested a double bladed lightsaber. Even as a Jedi, Seras had always enjoyed combat on a instinctive level. She heard the Amber Alert, but Seras did not pay it much heed. She would help as far as fighting Jedi, but beyond that she had little interest in this conflict. That was not to say she was interested in letting the Jedi win, but Joon's victory over these Jedi was not her main purpose. By her own estimations and if Mythos's words were to be believed, she did not expect this to end well for the Sith Lord, or at least now how Joon desired it to end. The young woman kept that particular thought to herself how ever as she started heading back into the complex, letting her senses open up to the force and waiting for the Jedi to come.

----------

For someone that had been rightly nervous - barely trained, barely known, barely armored, and barely armed - Novan had wasted absolutely no time getting his boots on the ground of Charros IV. The time for fear had passed. It had passed when the senior Jedi had given his speech. It had passed when the transport lifted away from the ship's hangar. But in a way, the time for fear had passed well before that; it had passed when his mother had given him the kyber crystal that still hung from a brown leather loop on his neck and told him what it meant when he - and he alone - heard it sing. Novan Kolski was a Jedi now. And Jedi didn't have the luxury of being afraid.

Not that he would have been, naturally.

The air scorched his lungs as he breathed, lush with heat and tainted with evil. It took Novan a moment to get acclimated to the sensation as each breath torched his lungs. It was painful. More painful that he thought it would be. But while the heads were being counted, it did present the ever-experimental Pantoran to try something he'd read about. From what he'd gathered in his research prior to first leaving on his adventure, a Jedi could wrap the Force in a protective shell around themselves, almost like a personal shield generator that some people wore in combat. It wouldn't stop a blaster bolt or a lightsaber, of course, but such protection largely kept the monastic warriors of legend from the more minor effects of a Sith's telekinesis, keeping them from being thrown about or even strangled in the heat of combat. Would such protection extend to the environment? Novan hadn't read that far into that particular text, but he hoped that it would; if it came down to a fight out here, his lungs would probably burn to crisps before the final blow could be struck.

Novan closed his eyes and took a deep breath, clenching his fists as the fiery air ripped through his body once more. He tried to shut out the rest of the world; the sound of soldiers yelling and readying, the sensation of their boots shaking the ground nearby, the smell of brimstone lingering in the air. He directed the entirety of his focus and the full attention of his mind's eye to simply feeling them. The soldiers. The Jedi. What was left of the world around them. The Padawan's breathing slowed. As it did, each breath was less painful. The acrid air of the planet singed his skin less and less. Seconds crawled past, each one hanging in the air as the Force came to bear, each instant washing over his body like a balm.

Novan opened his eyes, feeling no less comfortable than he would be back on his pseudo-homeworld of Naboo.

"...nice."

Another figure joined her as the fort was placed on alert. Joon’s amber eyes looked to the dark skies. They were coming. It was inevitable. It was wonderful.

The young woman beside her started to talk, and already Joon didn’t want to hear it. Talking as if she wanted some confirmation she was important or she was needed. None of these pirates were needed. After this, Joon would seek the pursuit of the Jedi elsewhere. For now, the bait had brought some to her doorstep.

"Stand between the Jedi and the girl. So yes. In the middle," she said bluntly. "They’ve been waiting for their time to strike back. Let them do their worst."

Joon’s pale skin bristled with anticipation and pointed to the sky.

"There."

Tiny dots broke through the still clouds – transport ships coming in. The Silver Jedi. So brave. So foolish. So typical Jedi like.

"Red alert. The Silver Jedi are here. Lock down the target and make sure Asaraa Vaashe isn’t left alone or else I’ll kill any of you who offer me an poor excuse for failing to serve the Dark Side." The Knight turned to the girl. "Time to roll out the red-carpet."

Fighters tore from the hanger to engage the transports. Pirates armed with rifles, batons and pikes and even stolen lightsabers started to fan out and lock down the fort. There was a sense of disorganisation to the pirates, and it made Joon sick.

"Enemy contacts inbound; protect the shuttles" Wallpaper warned the other pilots present.

"Roger, roger"

As soon as she spotted enemy fighters, she disengaged the speed following mode, and began to accelerate to attack speed, diving underneath the smoke cloud in an attempt to cause surprises to the enemy fighters, and later loop around; however she wasn't quite sure as to how to go around and make loopings, how much speed she needed to do so, how hard she needed to pull it. She could maintain level flight, sure. Or climb/descend. Or basic turning. But more complex maneuvering? She had to get started learning those now. And be grateful for the inertial compensator, too. Slowing down as to avoid collisions against the Xi Charrian buildings underneath her. And then pulling up, to complete the looping so as to get behind the engines of an opposing fighter, or perhaps its radiator panels, since the enemy was flying the octagonal TIEs as flown on Kashyyyk, in which case the engines are not as visible as the radiator panels are. So these monsters that attacked Kashyyyk on a whim are equipping those pirates that Asaraa sold the convoy to? she thought, before firing guns on a trajectory that would, hopefully, lead her to hit a radiator panel. In such a situation, the craft would lose control and crash on the surface.

Location: The Dropship

As the shuttle hit the atmosphere, the once smooth flight hit turbulence, the cabin shaking, wrenching from side to side as the black dropship settled down through the atmosphere, the heated air bursting into flames over their wings as the dropship spiralled lower and lower down into the atmosphere. "Thank you for riding Moonflight air, we ask you keep your hands and feet inside the flight at all times. We know you have no other choice in your travels but we appreciate..." the Pilot's voice cut off as his console started beeping at him, the radar spawning a host of red does, a wave of threats that flew up at them, threatening to overwhelm them. For a moment the pilot could only stare in horror at the fighters boiling up at him, the blasters which filled the air around them as he wrenched the controls to one side, sending the dropship into a tumble, a spiral spinning towards the ground as he toggled the comms again. "They have fighters in the air this is gonna be a lot bumpier than we thought." Up and down, to the left and right the controls were wrenched around, blaster's sparkling off the shields, shaking the cabin as the lights flickered. The pilot wrenched the yoke in his hands around, desperately trying to weave through the fire of the fighters dancing around him, first one shot then another slipping past the shields as he pushed the nose down into a dive, pulling up at the last minute as the dropship's nose ploughed into ground, skidding along the surface as one of the marines dropped his rifle, the weapons rattling around the deck like a toy. "Good thing they build these like bricks, ok rise and shine back there, we're here and looks like we've got some friends out there who want to say hello."

A feral, almost eager grin lit up the face of the Togruta as she watched the 'surprise' her allies had so carefully hoarded racing up and outwards, the fighters diving straight into the incoming landing forces as a silver laugh split the air around her. "Did they really think that we wouldn't be ready for them. That we didn't have a plan?" She rested a palm on the stone of the temple, feeling the Darkside energies coursing through it flowing through her body at the touch, a beacon of the dark side, lighting up the area with the strength of her aura. She could feel the minds of the pirates around her, the Jedi forces dropping in towards them. The clash between these two forces would be filled with anger, desperation and fear, it would be filled with the dark side.

The blinding clouds that filled the atmosphere of the planet made spotting the enemy much harder, even with modern instruments and technology, for a regular human, a Jedi did not have that problem, Tanasuki reaching out with the force feeling the pirate craft coming closer and closer as they made their decent through the clouds. Puling up suddenly Tanasuki kept to the clouds, flying above the enemy fighters, sensing them long before the command came though, then suddenly his fighter dropping, entering a nose dive, flying above one of the enemy fighters poised of an attacking run on the drop ships.

Getting closer his fingers slowly squeezed the trigger, emerald blaster bolts aimed at the fighter cock pit "chew on this eating green is good for your health, and boy do you pirates need to eat better". If not destroying the fighter right away he hoped the blinding energy bolts slamming against the ships cockpit would blind the pilot long enough to make him pull up from the attack run, force know how much trouble Sukai would give him if her failed to protect the drop ships.

The rumble of the atmosphere soon engulfed the drop ship as they made a final approach, the pilots following Kei's orders, steering clear of a direct landing in front of the base, meaning it would take long for the enemy fighter to reach them, buying more time to land safely and deploy their troops. "Arlight [member="Zavii"], best you stay behind me on the attack, wouldn't want to make my brother upset now would you", she remarked to the Zabrak upon hearing Kei's order that he and the two knights take the front. Though that was not all in addition to her higher skill level Sukai wore her armored robes, combined with vampiric healing abilities and it made for one tough knight. Not to say the Padawan could not handle herself, but better safe then sorry, and then again she was not a knight just yet, merely going through her trials, though putting them on the side to deal with this pirate problem.

Though having a stoic and clam face Sukai was a little worried about the coming battle, not about the actual fight, not about being shot down, knowing full well how good a pilot Tanasuki was... no her worry came from how the Sith would treat Asaraa. Despite being almost over a year ago Sukai fully remembered her training under a rouge Sith knight, not very pleasant mind you, how much more would it be for a prisoner, one that the Sith could use as a meat shield or who know what. It was a thinking that sent shivers up her spin, but would have to be put aside for more pressing matters, dealing with the pirates and Sith that would come to face them in the open field.

The content beeping of alarm around her awoke most pirates from their antsy gaze, sheathing weapons or double checking their blasters one last time, rapidly finishing their drinks with such little effort - only a pirate could possess it. Of course...the alarm was for them to take flight. Take to the skies and fight back. Despite Beatal's own willing-ness to assist, the warrior couldn't pilot. Speeders let alone fighters were mysteries to her, and she sat almost torn as everyone around her in the shipyard fled to the ships. Some already waiting in their cockpits, the massive gust the ships created when lifting off almost pushed Beatal out and away.

She finally chose to retreat back to the temple her master had gone when they first got here, the image of her trying to turn their yacht into a fighting ship with her horrendous piloting skills at the wheel was unnerving. Besides. The temple was where this supposable 'jedi turned sith' was stashed, even she couldn't resist such a feat. With a soft grunt, the warrior began to jog to the stand-outish building not too far away from the shipyard, forced to watch her step at times when the path turned into something resembling lava.

If there was going to be a fight, no doubt Beatal was going to be a part of it.

Strapped in place Kei moved with his dropship and felt the bumps and jars with the metal. Sounds of searing fire hit the hull. The lights went black and flashed on and off to red emergency lighting. Another combat drop like the old days. Not the landing he was hoping for, but you rarely got what you wanted in these situations. The bump and skid as his dropship hit planetside braced him against the cushioned seat behind him. Glad he'd stayed seated that was for sure. Rocked forward and back against the restraints. As their door came down to exit, red emergency lighting broke for the rays of the sun coming in.

Amadis’s training took over, he stilled his mind and went around the marines and padawans checking them over for any injuries. “Any concussion, headache, how many fingers?” Looking for the basic signs of any head trauma. All too common, he’d checked for it before, asking for their names if anyone was dazed or telling them to grip his hand to see if they were lacking strength.

The Marines in this dropship were piling out the door soon enough and only after he was satisfied everyone was alright to move, did he follow them out at a stride. Squinting as his eyes adjusted to the light below. His grizzled face leveled upward at the sight of another Sith temple. Feeling the pull on the old leg wound to remind him of the danger, he looked back at any padawans.

There was a slight limp on his left leg as Kei moved, only till he caught himself. He’d got good at shifting the balance, and walked more upright. The marines began moving into search parties and Kei being Kei decided to head for the front door while they fanned out to begin their search for the missing Jedi. "Keep comms open at all times. Use your feelings and judgement."

Looking to see if anyone was with him and they were ready, he approached the front door directly. As was his way.

As the ship approached the planet, Padawan Zavii took a pair of earphones from her belt and plugged them in. They would shield her ears from any extremely loud noise, but let most sounds through so she wouldn't be caught unawares on the off chance that her other senses failed her. Little did the others onboard know, they also played music from her commlink, which she always enjoyed during training, and really at any other time. Just as they were both snug in her ears, the ship itself started to rock erratically, with the pilot explaining their plight. A Marine across from her actually dropped his rifle, but the Zabrak kept her weapons close and held onto a rail above her seat to stay steady.

When the Knight gave her instruction and the Yumi twin turned to her, Zavii looked a little surprised and asked a little louder than necessary, "Wait, you're a Knight now? Why didn't I hear about this?" She almost asked what [member="Sky'ito Yumi"] meant about her brother, but thought it better to have that conversation in private, preferably somewhere she could kick that boy in the mouth.

That was when the landing got really rough, more of a mild crash, really. Zavii's harness had done it's job and she unbuckled it quickly before going through [member="Kei Amadis"]' checks to convince him that she was perfectly fine to go ahead with the mission. Looking around for a moment as she stood, the armored woman cursed under her breath, realizing that she'd left her helmet back in the hangar, probably on that crate she'd been sitting on. "Oh well, nothing for it," she sighed and stepped outside with the others. The Marines all fanned out into fireteams that searched in different directions but the lead Knight knew right where to go, the giant looming spire of darkness in the distance. Looking to Sky again, she asked, "Should we follow him?"

"Roger" Glade confirmed alongside [member="Varindar Asyt"]

Glade’s upper body sunk into her seat. Too late to do much about one of dropship s'plosions, fuzznuts she thought as it skidded down. Others needed them, more were landing on their own and their skies needed their help. Her wasp kept swinging around as their pirates not-so-friendly friends came up towards their escort. Decelerating now hard. Natoline was pushed backwards with a wild laugh. Feeling energy buzzing through her because of the sheer speed she slammed on her reverse thrust, closing her angle of attack quicker than any pirate would, jolting her body, jolting her wasp. It hurt but so what. She felt alive again.

Shooting by [member="Tanaski Yumi"] [member="Varindar Asyt"] she engaged one of the fighters looking to get behind [member="Tanaski Yumi"] and it broke off to engage her. "Gotcha backs."

As a result of her slamming on her reverse thrust, the leading fighter ahead of her overshot right by the Kiffar’s own turn, not able to match it. Even though it was trying to turn outside of her, she’d been turning for a while, coming up on his inside and now behind him. Tsk Tsk. Too slow. Glade hmm’d.

Letting Fyor AI get a lock B b b b bpppppppeeep. “There you go spitfire.” Fyor said warmly. As warmly as a mechanical dead AI engineer could.

Wooooooosssssssshhhhhhhhh a proton missile screech off her wing. Ahead her target began trying to dodge, and its tail gunner began shooting at her nose, missing the missile but hitting her. He tagged her missile eventually, and so she tried to reacquire him, both ending up in a downward dive toward the planet, scenery rushing up to meet them. What a rush. It was like her old days with Fyor at the clubs, the music, the noise, the crowds, the life. Taking a look to see how the others were doing, behind her mask of curly hair, glade was smiling.

"Deceleration Warning. Caution Advised. Impact imminent." Fyor AI Yabbered. Even as the ground was getting closer, closer and closer still, neither of them were pulling up.

Worse what she didn't see is another fighter had come out of the cloud and was now racing toward her back, three birds diving fast toward the earth. [member="Varindar Asyt"] | [member="Tanaski Yumi"]

He was listenign to Kei and his plan.... more then hapy to be one of the people leading the assault with a small grin appearing on his face while he took the hilt off of his belt. Standing there for a moment as he tried to get to the entrance and they were coming down. Standing still for a moment and then bracing himself with the force before the doors were opening. His instincts came to him, muscles tensing, the force going to the limbs and he reflexively clenched his fists several times to test the firmness moving forward quickly. The other one was.. different for being a knight but he wasn't really figuring it out yet. maybe later if he had a chance in private ojr outside of a fight. He can try to see what she was all about as a jedi his saber didn't activate bu the jedi knight moved like Rasu had been teaching him.
