Talk Nerdy to Me [Red Ravens Dominion of Dilbana]

Location: Unnamed cantina
Objective: Locate Dilbert
Allies: [member="Cryax Bane"], [member="Patricia Susan Garter"], Jalek Sathora, [member="Erud'ryz'ladre"]
Enemies: [member="Eugene Leopold"], [member="Dilbert Cotton"]

Briefly scanning over what Patricia had written, Keira only rolled her eyes. It was true that she'd already been briefed, if it could be called that, on the odd infatuation this Dilbert had with her. It certainly wasn't the first time a man had displayed less than conventional affection for her, and she knew it wouldn't be the last, but this took things to a whole new level. But if they were to be successful, exploiting that would be the quickest and easiest way to go about things. So instead of protesting when her picture was snapped she merely rolled her eyes afterwards, forcing herself to avoid thinking about what the man's reaction would be upon receiving the message. Cryax, I hope you don't expect me to let you off easy for this one.

One hand dropped to the lightsaber at her hip, a deliberate move, and a wry smile quirked her lips. "I have to say, I'm looking forward to paying him a visit. I just don't think he'll be quite so in love with me, when it's all said and done." Dealing with any issues promptly and straightforwardly was the way she always went about things, and this was no different. She intended to remove all possible nuisances that had the potential to interfere with the mission, one way or another. It would be up to all parties involved in deciding the methods she used to do so. But from what she'd heard of Dilbert, he'd be the one to get in over his head. That was just as well.

"So, where do we find this guy, then?" Her tone gave hint of nothing more than that she wanted to get all of this business done and over with as soon as possible, and no later. Patience was not a virtue she had in abundance, or at all, when it came to people like this.

Muttering a string of curses in Old Corellian under her breath, she sighed quietly. Of all the possible followings the Red Ravens could have gained in the entire galaxy as a whole, it of course had to be people that were borderline psychotic in their obsessing over the criminal syndicate. But this was the first she'd heard of someone so dedicated in their fixation. And on top of that, the one she was after had made himself as difficult as possible to find. This was going to be quite the day, if she'd ever had one.

What the kark is wrong with people?

A few minutes of giggling and guffawing later, Dilbert finally opened the blast doors for Eugene, right before a Swamp Shark took a little chompity-chomp out of his foot. Of course, Eugene would never even thank him for that. So ungrateful! With a spring in his step, the Nerd King pootled down the corridor, whistling a little off-key tune, excited to meet his friend. He found Eugene in the foyer of the Stronghold, panting and practically in tears. The sight made him giggle again.

The Nerd King didn't get alot of visitors so he hadn't really bothered cleaning up the place. Oh well. It was just Eugene after all. To the disgust of the stronghold guards and presumably Eugene, the foyer of the Stronghold was literally covered in Raven poop. It was on the floor, the walls, every piece of surface and furniture, and even on the guards themselves.

At the sound of his Datapad's tinny notification, Dilbert held up a thin finger as he checked his messages. In his inbox was a message from one of the Red Ravens, a woman named Miss Garter, with a picture attached. The message was a simple request. The Red Ravens wanted him to stop Eugene from leaking more Raven dirt. Ha. Not going to happen, lady. Wookiee Leaks brought important news to the public, news that might otherwise be censored by authorities, or in the Red Ravens case, criminals. Dilbert hated censorship. He fancied himself a freedom fighter for the truth!

The Nerd King almost didn't detach the picture because he assumed it was just a Red Ravens logo, but out of habit, he clicked "open." When he saw the picture, he practically peed his pants with excitement. It. Was. Her. And there was cleavage! It was like the Maker had answered his prayers! Dilbert stared at the selfie for a few minutes until he noticed Eugene staring at him and then put his Datapad down.

"What a pleasant surprise to see you, Eugene! What can I do for you, my friend?" the Nerd King said, clearly still distracted by whatever it was on his Datapad.

He was so preoccupied with the picture of Keira Ticon, he didn't even bother to check the notification that told him that a slicer was trying to break into the stronghold's network.

Eugene briefly looked around and was filled with the normal repulsion he felt when he visited Dilbert at just how unkempt the Stronghold was. Then he became anxious because he was away from his datapad for twenty minutes and with twitchy anticipation he said, "Not much, just give me a couch to sleep on and I'll be perfectly at home." He motioned to his datapad. He would camp out on the floor if he needed to. He was such a notorious figure in the galaxy that he couldn't stay in one place too long. He prided himself on being able to move quickly from one location, planet, ship, brothel, smelly hacker apartment to avoid detection.

He plopped himself down on a worn out couch and put his feet up on the coffee table, his datapad on his lap. He opened up Wookiee Leaks and typed out another entry:

"Listen up galaxy! I have a juicy bit of birdseed courtesy of one of the Red Raven's many enemies. It's a true fact that if you are a terrorist you can negotiate with [member="Cryax Bane"]. So take heed all of you thugs and radicals. Cryax Bane paid 50,000 credits to rescue his brother from a Syvris entertainer named [member="Mistress Malkite"]. So if you know any of Cryax's friends like [member="Jalek Sathora"] or [member="Patricia Susan Garter"] it's time to snatch them up. If you make those little birdies sing, the Big Birdy will pay you big bucks!" He snorted at his own witty writing.

When he was done typing he said: "Oh by the way, Dilbert. I have a date with [member="Chiasa Kritivaas"] of the Red Ravens." He did not look up from his datapad. But he listenend for the reaction from Dilbert when the spice-fund baby and Raven's biggest fan heard this information.

Flashing a triumphant, crooked grin, Jalek laughed quietly and shook his head. Outdated. It was almost disappointing, really. Even when he still ran with the Renegades the occasional challenge presented itself, but he hadn't found much of the same just yet. Of course, this was only his second or third real job with the Ravens that didn't just directly pertain to Cryax or his own simple will to bring in a few more credits here and there. In the end, this had turned out to be almost too easy. He could only hope that once they arrived at Dilbert's stronghold, the man himself would prove to be at the very least more interesting than his coding skills.

After another moment he moved that window to the side, pulling up the blog of [member="Eugene Leopold"], another of the adversaries the Ravens were facing this time around. It seemed the playing fields were even, as both parties favored a digital playing field. His jade eyes quickly skimmed through the text, and he couldn't help but give an amused smile. Not karking likely. It was entertaining to him, in an ironic sort of way, that the man assumed he and Cryax to be 'friends', when in fact they were far from it. The two had, unbeknownst to most, gotten married. Apparently that news hadn't reached their biggest fan, something he had no issue with. As far as he was concerned, the less Eugene knew of their personal life, the better.

It didn't take long for the entries on the site to bore him, and he returned to the recently cracked network, digging deeper. What kind of name is Dilbert, anyway? He didn't need to bother with the Blue Phoenix, it turned out, as after he wormed into things through his own sort of back door, the information presented itself readily. Their newest acquaintance seemed to have holed himself up in a remote location well outside of the city of Dilbana. Some people.

With nothing more than the press of a button he sent the coordinates of Dilbert's residence off to those it was relevant to, included Cryax, as he assumed the Chiss was interested in any useful information.

The screen of his datapad faded to black, and he exhaled another cloud of smoke into the already hazy air of the cantina. If the rest of the day was going to go this slow, he was tempted to head back to Antecedent and leave the dirty work to the people that it genuinely interested. To him, his work there was done.

Beer bottle in hand, Isaac pulled a chair up besides Jalek Sathora and took a squat. The Morellian was idly tapping on his datapad with a look of boredom drawn across his face. Isaac hadn't a clue about slicing. But he was a stick in the mud until his slicing compatriot could get a good lead on this Dilbert character.

"Anything good thus far?"

He had never met Jalek, but the boyish-looking hacker was assigned to his group. The Red Ravens only hired the absolute best-- slicers who could find a security flaw in any nook. Unfortunately, a number of them suffered from a sort of Savant syndrome. Their asocial nature could make it impossible to work with them. Isaac hoped Jalek wasn't one of them.

Blinking up at the man now seated next to him, his vaguely curious expression quickly faded into the same easy smile that he always wore. This was someone he hadn't met before, not that it bothered him any. And it seemed he didn't have any insight into the slicing world either, though that didn't surprise him. For all of their notoriety in terms of their hacking abilities, Jalek had only met two others that belonged to the Ravens exclusively, and that included Cryax. Most members were individuals were of a more physical nature, preferring upfront confrontations to subverting from afar. It appeared this new arrival was no exception, but they were a team for this objective, so he would make it work.

Without speaking he slid his datapad across the table, the exact location of one Dilbert Cotton still on-screen. Simply shrugging, he let his handiwork do the talking for a few seconds, cigarette hanging from the corner of his mouth. "Depends on what you count as 'good'. We know where he is, at least. All that's left to do is shut him down. If this is the best he can do, it shouldn't be a problem." Some of his talk was certainly cockiness, but he was telling the truth in that Dilbert's coding wasn't anything out of the ordinary or especially spectacular. Apparently a few people still didn't realize that the key to keeping information safe was good security, or at least a better password.

"Name's Jalek, by the way." He didn't offer anything else in the way of an introduction, though he did move his feet off of the table, perhaps a sign of a marginal amount of respect towards the other man. Never one to really give any kind of special treatment unless he believed it was deserved,, it was sometimes hard to tell the difference between how he treated his friends and those that were, for all intents and purposes, the enemy. Sometimes that sense of ambiguity was necessary.

Taking his datapad back once he assumed Isaac was done looking at it, the device switched off once more, and he regarded the other for a moment, silently thinking. "Well, I'm not an expert strategist, but I'd guess he has cameras up around the place, since he lives in the middle of karking nowhere. Shutting those down will be priority, before we get within sight of the place. Otherwise it should be a cakewalk." Another half-smile. "Figuratively, of course."

Asteria looked with disgust at the posts from Wookie Leaks, and hoped that no information has gotten out about her race, or her heritage, or the little life she now carried inside of her. She had stayed out of a few of the recent dominions and stuff, but when it came to secrets being revealed, she had a few she did not want posted in a public holosite. William, being the stubborn, protective archer-soon-to-be-father he was, had tagged along to make sure she didn't get herself, or the baby, hurt. Basically no one knew that she carried another life, but it would become apparent, eventually. Asteria was typing on her holopad as the hovertaxi they were in was stuck in a bit of traffic, and sent a message to Cryax, knowing she'd probably miss him by a mile.

Jarven wasn't a pilot by any means. It was a miracle that he had gotten to the planet's orbit in the first place. As he was coming into orbit, he keyed in the comm to an open channel so that everyone listening could hear. Besides, the Republic V-Wing Starfighter ship that he had to steal didn't have Raven frequencies.

"Hey, guys. It's me, Jarven...You know, Jarven Zexxel. Whatever. Only a couple of you have met me. Anyway---*Beep Beep Beep Beep!* What?...Re-entry shields?! Why do I have to activate those manually??! HOW do I activate them!!?" Jarven was frantically pushing every button that looked useful. "No. No. Not that button. THAT one changes the radio...Hold on, guys! This is going to be a bumpy---" The sound of an explosion sounded over the frequency before going dead.

The starfighter was on fire from re-entry when the explosion took place. "Kark," said Jarven to himself. "I lost comms and my dashboard lights." The ship soon stopped glowing with fire and started to trail more and more smoke. Some internal flames then started to snake from the holes in the ship. "Let's get the frell out of here." He pulled the ejection lever and was shot out of the cockpit. After leaving, he grabbed his seat belt and unbuckled it, freeing himself from the seat. After doing that, the ship spiraled beyond control behind him and exploded...because reasons.

While falling, he pulled out his Commputer (That's what I'm calling it. It's a communicator and a computer...GET IT?!?!?) and started looking for those Raven pings. It took some time of free falling (he had lots of open sky to fall through), but he soon locked onto a large group of them. After he took some more time to search the buildings. He soon spotted a cantina that was the most likely location. Activating his jet pack, it took very little time to land in front of the cantina. The cantina might have been perceived as closed. However, Jarven had noticed some lights inside: a couple of blurry datapads, a small light in the window of the 2nd floor, etc.

Jarven cordially knocked on the front door. He heard the scrambling of feet and a muffled voice inside say, "No one's home!"

"Don't worry! I'm not here, either!" replied Jarven before he opened the door. As soon as he did, a blaster barrel was shoved in his face. Lifting a finger to the tip of the barrel and pushing it out of his face, Jarven said "Careful, now. That thing's liable to go off and shoot somebody." He walked inside.

Isaac nodded as the Morellian introduced himself. "Pleasure. I'm Isaac."

The Cantina, closed to business, was full of syndicate members, but the atmosphere was subdued. Except for Cryax, who was barking the occasional orders to random Ravens in the room as a sort of Conductor. His blue face had turned a shade of red, so fuming with anger was he. Isaac turned to make a joke of it, but before he could get a word in his boss and his Chiss colleague [member="Erud'ryz'ladre"] were out the door, the back-draft of air left in their wake sufficient enough to send napkins and documents flying. Bugger... Isaac mumbled as he leaned forward to scoop up a few of these loose papers.

"Lights eh? Lights are bad" he said, cocking his head back to his new partner in crime. "This Dilbert character has something up his sleeve, I'm sure of it. Even with the lights out, we'll be walking into some sort of trap." Returning to his beer, he quickly downed it and set the bottle aside. "Bring up what you can about security detail," he said, scooting his stool in closer to Jalek and his datapad, "the ins and outs-- as in, who goes in and who comes out. Time tables, schedules. We don't have enough men for a siege. Why don't we just walk through the front door?" Isaac leaned back a bit and ran through possible ideas and outcomes in his mind. "We just need our 'in'..."

But what could be their in? He stood up and turned to the barkeep for another beer. Out of the corner of his eye he saw poor [member="Keira Ticon"] looking slightly flustered by all this attention. His mind raced and he connected the dots.

"I think we have our 'in'."

The residence turned out to be a small, unassuming domed structure in what seemed to be a middle class suburban neighborhood outside the Dilbana capital. With Dryzl and two security droids following his every step, Cryax cautiously approached the entrance way. With an erratic character such as Leopold, it was likely the place would be under heavy surveillance and outfitted with military grade security systems. As he poked around the entrance way, the Chiss slicer didn't see anything of the sort. The home seemed to be protected with the usual home alarm systems and security Holo cams that every civilian residence had.

Code-breaking the system was a piece of cake, and in no time, the four were making a slow sweep around the interior. It was glaringly obvious that no one was home. They didn't yet check the basement, however.

Upon descending down into what was obviously the Wookiee Leaks' founder's dingy nerd lair, they found no sign of Eugene. Littered around the place were empty cans of some disgusting-looking soda and half-eaten grilled cheese sandwiches. It also looked like Eugene was quite the model pod-racer hobbyist, too, as the little plastic hand-painted vehicles lined every shelf.

With all of Eugene's computer equipment lying around, Cryax figured it would be a matter of time before he found the man's whereabouts. Sweeping papers, datachips, and a dirty pair of socks off of Eugene's desk, he sat down at the man's work station, plugged his Datalogger right into his hard drive and started to slice.

"Wait, I have a brilliant idea, Dilbs. You and I should go on a double date tonight. How fun would that be? Do you have any one in mind that you can call? It would be great to have another gal around in case I run out of small talk." Not like Chiasa won't be hanging on my every word, Eugene thought smiling.

But it was time for yet another leak. He really got his jollies from thinking about the Ravens and their indignation at being made fools of all over the Holonet. He quickly dashed off another entry to Wookiee Leaks:

"Listen up galaxy! The next piece of information I have centers around the new Raven Sergeant at Arms, [member="Tmoxin Temi"]. Do you know that this Raven cutie once served the Queen of Hapes as a Secret Commando? What a fall from grace. From noble Hapan protectorate to slimy crime lady. Don't worry that I called her a cutie, Chiasa: subject of Wookiee Leaks entry number 9736, you are still number 1 in my heart" If there were a holocam in front of him he would have winked at it.

"Oh and one more thing. Tmoxin's brother is part of the Rebel Alliance. Can you say awkward family dinners?"

Anyway, I have some very scandalous leaks coming up as well as a live text stream of my date with Chiasa. Over and out."

Eugene had so much dirt on the Ravens that he wasn't about to run out of leaks and unless his hands were literally tied he would be posting it all day and into the night.

Patricia looked over the table and saw the exact location of Dilbert and made sure to take a picture with her data logger. She had to get out of here, the nerd was strong in this place and it was giving her a headache. If she heard one more word about coding or how "Uber" something was she was going to snap and not be held accountable for her actions. So like any responsible parent she came prepared for the occasion. Moving back to her spot on the bar grabbed a decent sized suitcase and slammed it on the table with a small thud.

"You people and your computers, I swear. I haven't the slightest idea how you all find entertainment in looking at numbers on a screen. Hey maybe you can slice into a job application and-" a steady steam of curse words were flowing from Patricia as she opened up the case.

Inside was a small terminal and monitor and joystick. On the screen was a grey flickering camera and it was of a hanger of the cruiser that took them to this crappy planet in the first place. So she wasn't going to wait around for everyone to just talk and figure out a plan when they had the guy in his home. She was certain the guy didn't leave the house what with all the Cryax sex toys available on his blog for sale. So he was going to take down this person, she would rather shoot him but the location revealed was a swampish area and she did not want to get her new heels dirty.

The camera began to stir and was on the move. And it became clear she was piloting a remote controlled Archer Class Gunship provided by the late Subach industries. She got on her comm unit and hailed [member="Cryax Bane"] who had gone on some solo mission to vanquish the One Ring to rule them all or whatever nerds of his caliber did.

"Cryax, we found them and I have a gunship that's five mikes out. Please tell me I can bomb the @&$% out of them." She said with a hopeful voice.

Tmoxin wasn't on Dilbana with the rest of the Ravens. She was conducting business on the factory-planet of Balmorra at the Gaillard Corporation Headquarters. But quickly her datapad lit up with messages from friends and family "concerned for her well-being" now that they found out she was in the Red Ravens Criminal Syndicate. Her mother T'qa in particular was quite histrionic about it, threatening to send out the Hapan Royal Guards across the galaxy to search for Tmoxin and bring her back to Fountain Palace. What so they can program me into a perfect little Hapan fem-bot, she thought? No thank you!

The Wookiee Leak about her brother, Armand Temi bothered her the most because she was worried about Cryax Bane's reaction. The Red Ravens were literally at war with the Rebel Alliance and now her boss was going to know that she was related to one of the freedom fighters within its ranks. She grimaced and shut off her datapad for awhile tired of hearing the pinging noises and the distraction that Wookiee Leaks had forced upon her day. She recalled the company profile holo pic of the WL founder. If she ever got her hands near Eugene Leopold she would slap that smug grin right off of his face.

When Eugene asked him to go on a double date with him, Dilbert's first thought was: Eugene had to be yanking his chain. "Who's your date with, Eugene, your hand?" he guffawed. It certainly wasn't the most original joke by any stretch, but it was an oldie-but-goodie. Like, when was that joke ever disappointing? On the off-chance that Eugene was miraculously serious somehow, Dilbert definitely wanted Keira to be his date, so he fired up his Datapad and, his bony hands shaking with anticipation, sent a heavily encrypted message back to the Red Raven named Patricia Susan Garter. The message read:

“Hello Miss Garter,

I would indubitably like to arrange this aforementioned meeting with Miss Keira Ticon. However, I would like to humbly request the meeting with Miss Ticon be fulfilled first, and only after she goes on a romantic date with me, then will I convince this certain person to stop the Red Ravens leaks.

Tell Miss Ticon to meet me at the Dilbana Radisson at eight. And to come alone.”

The Dilbana Radisson just so happened to be hosting the Outer Rim Holocomic and Model Toy Convention that weekend. What better place to wine and dine his dream woman than in a room full of sweaty nerds. He only wished that he could bring along the other Keira, but unfortunately the last time he had tried to bring his birds into the Dilbana Radisson, it ended with in a very unfortunate mass shooting of all of the Radisson’s desk clerks. As fun as it was, it would be a terrible way to make a first impression on Miss Ticon.

Habitually looking up when she felt eyes on her, it only took Keira a few seconds of scanning the establishment for her to locate the individual responsible, another Raven. Though Isaac wasn't a man she'd met personally, she'd heard enough of his reputation to have a sort of respect for him. He was one that had belonged to the Ravens since the beginning, and that spoke volumes about his character already. And from that she devised his looking at her met something, whether it was for better or worse. Given the circumstances of this mission and the man they were trying to find, she wasn't entirely sure how much she would like what he was cooking up. But there was only one way to find out.

Sighing quietly she looked to Patricia, "Let me know what he says." And with that she made for the table Isaac and a red-head she recognized from his accompanying Cryax to a number of Raven events. It would only be the four of them, including her, going after this Dilbert character, someone she wanted as little to do with as possible.

For a brief second she studied Isaac, a half-smile on her lips. "Alright, you're thinking of something. I'm not entirely sure how much I want to hear what you're going to say, but if you have a plan, it's all we've got at the moment. I'll just have to grin and bear it, this time around." At any other time she would have drawn the line at anything past a conversation with someone like Dilbert, but with the best interest of the Ravens in mind, she would do what was necessary for the syndicate to survive on. Even if she had a few creative ideas in mind to get rid of both of their adversaries at once with little effort on anyone's part.

"I draw the line at having to kiss him."

The Chiss saw his commlink blinking, and he opened up the encrypted channel. Patricia's high-pitched voice came on the line. "Cryax, we found them and I have a gunship that's five miles out. Please tell me I can bomb the @&$% out of them."

His first instinct was to tell her, "Abso-karking-lutely!" But wait, she said 'them.' That must have meant that Dilbert and Eugene were together. He didn't care a lick about Dilbert. The Ravens could drop a dozen bombs on him and Cryax wouldn't bat an eyelash. But Eugene. Cryax wanted him alive. That fact that Eugene had so many galaxians willing to give him secrets about the Red Ravens meant that he most likely had secrets about the Ravens rivals as well. The Chiss wanted to unleash a few interrogation droids on the Wookiee Leaks founder until he squawked. Somehow, the two men had to be separated.

He flicked his commlink to an alternate channel, one that all Ravens could hear, and said, "No, don't bomb them yet. Get them separated. I want Eugene alive. Dilbert, on the other hand, he can die. Send me their location as soon as you can."

Foebacca didn't have any type of slicing skills or any other use besides killing and flying. His piloting skills were exceptional. So with nothing to do to help he waited in high orbit. Then the call came through to not bomb the location of the 'Bad' guys and this peaked his interest. "So one was needed alive and the other could be killed. Choices choices. He chose to kill [member="Dilbert Cotton"]. He fired up the secured channel that the Ravens used and sent out a message. This message of course would sound like Steven Hawking had sent it. " Ravens. I want to kill this Dilbert guy. If ya can set it up I would like to kill him alone. Plus it would be great entertainment for you all. Also it would be a way to prove myself in combat to you guys...and gals. If you all want in on it I understand we are a team after all right? " As he let go of the talk key he thought..nay fantasized about all the different ways he could kill the Dork King. Dismemberment, braining, decapitation, blaster bolt to the chest , a particularly bloody thought was to rip his still working organs from his body and force feed them to him then leave his bloody husk of a carcass for the 'King' to feed his pet Ravens.

When Dilbert Cotton made that crude and juvenile joke, Eugene narrowed his eyes at the spice-fund baby. Then he chuckled in spite of himself. He didn't outwardly admit it but it was kind of true. But when his best friend suggested they take their ladies to the Outer Rim Holocomic and Model Toy Convention he said, "Brilliant, Dilbs. Just brilliant!" What woman wouldn't want to spend a romantic day looking at small models of Czerka CR-17 Incendia Speeders?!?!?

Eugene rose quickly and waved to his friend. "Meet you there. Oh and I'm taking your private shuttle from your landing pad on the roof," he added. He didn't want to have to exert himself by running through the swamp again. He wanted to save ALL his energy for Chiasa. Dilbert followed Eugene and decided to ride with him rather than staying in the lonely mansion surrounded by avian fecal matter and his creepy wall'o Raven pictures.

He made his way to the landing pad and entered the small shuttle which he programmed to go straight to the landing pad roof of the Dilbana Radisson. In the meantime he needed to let Chiasa know where to finally meet him. He couldn't wait!

To: Chiasa Kritivaas
From: Eugene Leopold

My darliing Chiasa, I have a special location for us to meet. You are going to love the date I have planned for us. But I don't want to spoil the surprise. Meet me at the Dilbana Radisson in one hour, penthouse suite, 455.

He stopped typing and gazed out the window, spying the familiar sprawling building of the Dilbana Convention Center on the horizon. He patted his buddy Dilbert on the back. "It's good to be King, eh Dilbs?"

Location: Cantina
Objective: ?
Allies: Ravens
Enemies: None, currently....(epic foreshadowing)

Jarven didn't know who the meet-and-greeter was, but everything became ironed out soon enough...somehow. Honestly, Jarven had figured that the arrival of a largely unknown armored man would have been enough to stir up something. Maybe this was simply the way of things? Oh well. Looking around the cantina, he soon spotted someone he definitely knew, [member="Keira Ticon"]. She was next to two men near a booth. He walked over with a large smile on his face...and realized she wouldn't be able to see it through his helmet.

"This is some party, but it seems to have bounced elsewhere. What's up? I've been kind of out of the loop since..."

His voice trailed off as he was forced to remember the experience he had to go through.
