The Aftermath of one night on Zeltros (Leori gets married)(Vulpesen gets sold)

Harkness looked at Leori as she gave it to the people and he had to agree but then he had once gotten drunk and ended up pole dancing for six months becuase he was bored so he wasn't going to complain to much. With his luck they had been just dancing and got slipped a roofie... Whoever wanted them to be dancing might call it romance as he kept walking towards the speeder rental and got out his credit chits. "Well we'll see what happened and get tot he bottom of this. I mean come on the journey to the truth is sometimes more fun then the destination."

Leori narrowed her eyes at him. "This is fun for you?" Her tone was accusing. And not at all amused. "Do you know how frustrating and uncomfortable this is for me? I have a disciplined mind, and at the moment, it's just a ball of mush in my skull. It's like I'm drunk and without the Force. I've trained since before I could walk. I think fun time is over. Clearly there was too much fun for nearly a week."

She was presently being irrational and obviously over reacting. It was a control issue for her. And right now she didn't have any.

He didn't get close just offered a look of concern and understanding but also spoke. "Master Sheltrak I know it has been something else and much has happened but I think you are not seeing this from the correct angle. You have spent years not many as your only a woman of nineteen right? Your so young and you act like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. The world won't spin off its axis if you let go of that control. We had fun... we're going to learn more things then we can might have wanted to know as this adventure goes on. I embrace my flaw of being a party man who wakes up in some strange places. Is it a great way? Sometimes but it allows for not letting the stress give you an ulcer."

Leori raised an eyebrow. "Nineteen? I'm nearly fourty years old." Though she must have seemed as though she'd been that young this past week. "I've never been in a position like this. I didn't do this in my teenage years either. I think there were serious drugs involved. Doesn't that trouble you?"

Forty.... she was forty? He couldn't believe it and gave another Peter Pan pose while he looked at her sincerely. "You can't be forty master jedi, you look far to young for that. If you spend all of your time focusing on what has happened your going to miss out on what could be happening in front of you."

Leori narrowed her eyes. "I assure you, I am." Then, she tilted her head at him. "I don't follow." What was it that she was missing? Surely he didn't think she would be engaging in sexual activities in public. It was more than possible that that had already occurred, and she wasn't eager to repeat it. "Surely you aren't suggesting inappropriate behaviour in public, Chancellor."

High strung was a highly appropriate description of her demeanor at the moment. She was very uncomfortable now that they'd left the confines of the hotel room. Now, she felt as if she were dirty, and promiscious. It wasn't a good feeling for the Jedi Master.

"No no no well yes but no, nothing that makes you feel uncomfortable. This is zeltros where men and women streak in the streets during parties. I learned a long time ago that some thoughts, some proclivities you can still have while still enjoying your time." He turned around and backed up a little. "You don't have to be walking with your birthday suit on but never ever feel bad about it."

Leori narrowed her eyes. "I am not ashamed of my body, and it has nothing to do with nudity. I was referring to acts that belong behind closed doors. Or drugs that I should not be doing. When I leave this planet, I am a Jedi Master. I'd rather not be seen as an out of control being that can't restrain herself when influenced by pheromones and substances that no being needs."

She stopped in her tracks. "You know what? I don't think I want to know where we've been anymore."

"We can stop looking if you want. I didn't mean to offend master jedi but it is just a thing here. You get used to it or you move away." He offered an arm though and looked at the port. "We can always walk away, go back to one of the temples and not speak too much about it. I though would love to treat you to a real good night without passing out."

Leori understood all too well the kinds of things that went on here on Zeltros. But, that didn't mean that she approved of all of it. She took his offered arm and even smiled a little. "Well, that sounds much better than a blurry memory of the trip here. I can make up something to fill the gaps later." Of course she'd get glimpses in time, and with mediation more than likely, but that was a concern that would come later, and would remain only in her mind.

The Jedi Master gestured for him to lead the way. "Also, we're moving to a new hotel."

That was a given as he started walking off to enjoy the sights, to soberly enjoy the sights with a little skip to his step. He rather enjoyed this scene and brought his free hand out every so often to point out tea houses and cafe's. There were theaters for large hologram shows and grav ball parks while he finished getting to a nice garden area with imported tree's from Atrisia. Cherry blossom style while he walked the paths. "See fill the gaps with nice memories like this, a little trick we learned at the academy after shore leave."

Leori smiled a little. "I hope it will be as simple as that." It was a lovely planet, with or without the overwhelming amount of pheromones in the atmosphere. She especially liked the garden area. On Ossus, she had often meditated in the gardens, but those days were long gone now. But, a reminder of home every now and again wasn't entirely unwelcome. "This place reminds me of the gardens that used to be on Ossus. I used to meditate there frequently."

Ossus as he remembered from the reports had been a strange place. Once the emperor brought down the temple the jedi had went nearly all out fighting strong sith soldiers and warriors. Now the jedi had rebuilt their home on the planet and he could imagine the gardens looked lovely. "Well if you ever feel homsick I do own a house here it just wasn't made for groups but there is a spare bedroom and large garden. It s in the works near the glaciers so a little colder... a little quieter and less pheromones in the air."

Leori turned her head to look at him. "I'd like that." It would be nice to go home. She hadn't been there in years. It would not be as she remembered it of course, since the temple had been destroyed, it could never be the same for Leori. Still, she loved the world.

"And a clearer head is always a good thing. The pheromones do quite the number to my senses and thoughts. It makes it much more difficult to manipulate the Force because it takes more effort to focus. It's pretty much intoxication without injesting anything."

The Jedi Master continued to follow him around the city. "Do you go to your house often?"

"I go whenever I can, it isn't always easy to get out here as much as I like. I enjoyed and jumped at the chance to come with all of you. Relax and refresh while hoping some of that jedi mojo rubs off on me." He kept walking and the garden ended with the district leading into a new one that was quiet. "And this is one of the parade grounds, for large shows and grav ball games."

Leori laughed. "The Robes are surprisingly comfortable. However, they are not always practical. They are a walking advertisement. I don't wear them very often, only around the temple."

She continued to follow him as he showed her around. "And do you enjoy watching those types of shows?" It was very rare that she had time to enjoy shows live. Normally, it was holo shows when she travelled or between shifts.

"I don't think I'd even understand how the games work...." Leori admitted.

"Not really I mean they are fun time sinks, watch it and socialize with friends but really they can get boring. It is nothing compared to the opera's on Coruscant or theater show." He helpt going across the grounds towards another district. "This district is more suited to fun and excitement but without the heavy drnking and partying... more social circles and families here. My place is on the other side."

Leori nodded. It all depended on how much time was to be invested in an event. The Jedi Master couldn't invest a great deal of time into anything but work. Though she hoped to change that in the future. There was no reason that she couldn't live and have a good time, considering how much good she'd done the galaxy in her life time.

"Sounds much more Jedi like." She smiled and continued to follow him toward his place.

That he would take her word on, he was excited when it came to what they could do while walking. He entered the district and it was more social with a large square filled with people and trinket stalls. Kites and figurines, a holoimager showing the latest news and he looked at it. "Well it is nice to know not everything has been bad looks like Zeltros has been having a fine time." He kept walking and this was nice. "So now that we have some quiet, what do jedi do later in life? Do you retire and live out your life?"

 

[Vulpesen]

Vulpesen let out a small growl as his eyes blinked open, a strange sense filling his mind but unknown due to the pain in his head. "What the hell?" As his blinking finally cleared away the fog, Vulpesen was faced with a rather odd situation. "Am I... handcuffed?" He looked up to see his hands were attached to what he could only describe as a street lamp. "What the he-" He heard a yip of content and turned his head. Oh, thats what that feeling was... it was Ace, curled up and just now waking up. Between several Zeltron women... dressed in nearly nothing. Of course,a quick examination quickly showed that the jedi was currently in nothing but a pair of boxers. "Ace! Ace, get over here." The wolf turned and yipped to Vulpesen. After a quick exchange, Vulpesen encouraged the wolf to help him out. After a few more moments of collaboration, the two managed to get the cuffs off. "Alright, now lets figure out wahts goin on here, though I must say, I've been in stranger." With that, the duo left to find out what was going on.
