Objective: Beat the Sith down, keep them off the air. Command NPC forces wherever her's are still alive.

It most certainly didn't keep bombs going off, but they could be shot out of the air. Of course there was no reason to risk doing that when the soldiers could very well slide through cover away from the detonator that had been quite easily seen in their confined combat. The Rendili Squads weren't going to back down, the Sith had already caused enough problems aboard their ship and they were going to be active about putting a stop to it rather than sit around to wait and see if they could be rescued or let themselves rot to be consumed by the darkness swallowing everything. The stormies may be elites, but when it came to fighting like this neither side was going to win quickly or easily. At the very least, the Rendili Squads would fulfill their objective of keeping the Sith's troopers from causing a nuisance for the Jedi.

While elsewhere the RAET dropships that had been flying about earlier so proud in their defeat of the leviathon and hydra, now hover as best they could trying to give support to the soldiers on the ground since the craug had no longer remained the only major enemy. However, Camellia soon had them diverted, they would make their strike on the dragon outside the communications center. Hopefully if they arrived soon enough to have their beam turrets burn the creature to a crisp, and maybe hit it with missiles if it took to the air, then perhaps some support could really be given to the Jedi fighting the Sith monster inside.

And speaking of monsters, the arrival of them back at the spaceport once more after things had finally calmed down and been secured disorganized the defense force there at first as some were brought down. The confusion was quickly followed by orders of separation, as grenades fell into the mass mob of shambling horrors as the troopers fell back to better distances to engage, some even being directed to remaining structure's rooftops for sniper positions.

while laying down on the roof looking down the sniper scope he got someone talking to the coms saying that i was to contact kian karr, a jedi that was somewhere in the palace. he changed his coms to the jedis frekvens. then he said into the radio "master karr, this is CC-3368 "reaper" whats your location over? im at the palace roof and i need to know if i should stay put or come to your location?" he waited for an answer back and meanwhile he started shooting at the stormtroopers bellow "worthless soldiers, cant aim for poodoo, just civilian in armor that cant handel a weapon" when the order 66 was issued reaper had his coms of and did not hear it, was on a scouting mission and was not supposed to have his coms on until he came back to base. he kept on shooting killing atleast 15-20 soldiers, he didnt count but he knew he was almost out of ammo.

Corvus took advantage of two things. Firstly [member="Tugoro Taidarious"] arrived at a most opportune moment and engaged the boy. This meant one less problem to deal with. Tugoro's extensive experience with the blade would leave him in a commanding position.

The second was that, in being released from dealing with the young boy, Kana did what Corvus was about to do. She closed the distance on Balaya, negating the benefit of reach. Sure she had a longer than average lightsaber - but physics would come into play here. The longer the saber, the more kinetic energy could be generated - but the slower it could be swung. It was the sort of stuff they taught Younglings at the Academy.

And as Kana advanced, Balaya gave the Jedi Knight her full attention. Which allowed Corvus to step up too. No fancy jumping or acrobatics. Just a pure and simple walk forward until she was positioned in a complementary position to Kana, flanking Balaya and not allowing her to give her entire focus to them as a single unit. It was called teamwork - something else you were taught at the Jedi Academy.

That was a big sword, but the problem with big swords was their reach. The tip was the dangerous part where the momentum and force would be at it’s greatest. As long as Kana could stay at least half-way within the blade’s range she would be safe from the worst of the force her opponent applied. That wasn’t the case for this swing though.

Kana found herself just within the bad part of her opponent’s range and were forced toward her attacker. A talon would be extended but she managed to dodge it, only if barely. A small scrape as she certainly felt the talon graze her. Her attention went back to Balaya. Kana had to back off or she’d be dead, no doubt.

The sith lord tried to taunt her as she backed off. The mention of two masters went by her and she couldn’t help feeling just a little bit confused.

“I never had any master.” Except for Knight McKeller. “I’m afraid I have no idea who you’re talking about.”

She launched a counter-attack with a few quick jabs at Balaya’s legs while trying to circle her opponent somewhat to throw her off-guard.

“You must be referring to someone I don’t know.”

((OOC: Guess I'll proceed.))

Marcello didn't actually catch [member="Kiskla Grayson"]'s expression. His comment had nothing to do with her and the child but with the setting and ridiculous dramatic flair the playwright in this production was attempting to put on. The Jedi Master held no more concern for the child in Kiskla's arms than he did for all of the other children that had died, were dying, or would die this day on Zeltros. Life was life, and he preferred to do what he could to safeguard those that were not beyond his help.

While none of the other two present were aware, Marcello had suffered at the hands of intrinsic mental manipulation personally on Byss years ago. His recovery had been nothing short of a miracle and certainly not without a considerable amount of help from several others that had the time to devote their entire attention to the project. Still...regardless of whatever empathy he had for the present situation, he had been taught to always choose the path that benefited the most.

Funny story...if he'd done that he wouldn't be standing in a strip club, eyes locked on the object of his affection cradling a child. Marcello would have ignored the pull that her very presence seemed to give to the core of his being and gone to assist others that he could still feel strugging valiantly in the face of continuous opposition. The Naboo native's presence only represented the supremacy of choice in all things.

It was the sound of the stranger's voice that eventually pulled Marcello from his internal musings. Briefly, he tracked his gaze in [member="Christian Slade"]'s direction. "Barely a speed bump." Accurate beyond all conceptual understandings of fact. Shifting his gaze back to Kiskla, Marcello depressed a button on his communicator to notify R9 to bring the ship to his position before pushing off the wall and approaching Kiskla. Extending his arms, he softly intoned, "Give me the child. Then go handle your business." Marcello did not have time to argue with Kiskla or engage in laying some trap for one Sith that wasn't even approaching the level of being a serious threat on the planet at the moment.

He would see to it the child was safely taken back to the fleet for evaluation and treatment by whatever healers had journeyed with them. Futile or not. Marcello was neither a coroner nor a reaper, so he would not write the child off as hopeless.

Even if he knew...it and this entire dance in the strip club between [member="Darth Vornskr"] and Kiskla were.

Balaya looked, a graze of a poison coated blade was enough, sith poison was dangerous it was deadly in another way while the warlord looked at them going for her bare thighs and thigh high boots. She was grinning now sensing and tracking Corvus while the one jedi moved around her and the talons came around to try and slash her as well, her blade and saber going with the metal boot. It wasn't something standard it was turadium alchemically hardened o further resist lightsabers and her muscled leg remained stiff. This close they had her blade being ineffective but she was also able to grab you, able to strike with the sword/knife to try and get another slash upon them. She let the one strik hit her thigh as the crystasteel armor shimmered alng the lengh of her leg where the starship grade materials protected her in full armor.

The blade that had grazed Kana reached out for Corvus and she couldn’t help feeling something sparking up inside of her. A rage-inducing little prick that seemed to be growing. She took a look at her arm and the scrape. A thick liquid seemed to have pooled around it and she could feel it’s burn as it entered her system.

Balaya’s talons reached out for Corvus and something inside of Kana just snapped. The anger and frustration in her just spiraled and she had no idea why. Her mind was looking for reasons why and then it struck her. What were the chances she had been poisoned? There were poisons that could cause people to enter a state of frenzy, wasn’t there? This could be that.

“You will not touch her!” An exclamation she couldn’t hold back. “You will not hurt her again!”

Eyes widened in horror she looked at Balaya as she struggled to remain in control of her own mind and body. She was becoming a hotspot of emotion. Panicked fear, anger and hate. What was going on?

“What did you do?!” Spoken through barred teeth in a growl as she hunched down and breathed heavily. “What did you infect me with!”

Her mind was hard at work to resist the temptation to lash out at her opponent. That was not the right way, the jedi way. Her eyes teared up and a massive pit of despair watched over her. She did not want this, this wasn’t how she wanted to go. She was resisting it as much as she could but it proved itself quite the strain on her energy. Kana managed to break free, even for just a short moment.

“Corvus she’s done something, I can’t think clearly. Avoid those blades with all that you can!” She would have used telepathy but the chances of a hurtful entry was greater than ever. Her mind blanked out she closed her eyes. The poison kicked in and she looked up with nothing but contempt. “I will end her. She will not hurt anyone else when this day is over.”

A loud yell later and she unleashed a barrage of attacks at her opponent. She had to die, she had to suffer in strides even if that meant Kana had to make sure of it. She was a jedi after all, it was their duty to end the sith threat. To start with Balaya would be an honor, for Balaya.

Objective: Beat down the Sith

I wonder how fast we're falling? Gravity on standard worlds would give us an acceleration of 4.9 meters per second. But the bothan's calcuations were interrupted by a light jab on his right arm from another fellow soldier in his drop pod.

“How ya feeling, sarge?”

Sergeant Besk Sez flexed his cybernetic left hand around his VLR-5 rifle, “Well, I suppose.”

The human stood silently, “You never break your cool, sarge, how do you do that?”

Underneath his Warden-class Armor, the bothan's fur rippled, “There's nothing to break Todd. This is a day as any other.”

“One we might easily die in. The Maker knows what the Sith brought.”

“The Maker knows how many of us are coming down to break what the Sith brought, Todd. Never forget this, this is our world, and there's bound to be far more of us than whatever they could sneak across customs-”

The pod abruptly braked before a thud reverberated throughout the pod. Automatically, the pod's door fell down to the ground to reveal the palace roof. Todd rushed out with his PLEX already over his shoulder, with the bothan sergeant advancing behind him with readied rifle. A quartet of Liberty-class Interceptors roared by, harassing a large group of nearby leviathanwith precise bursts of laser fire. The large beast was becoming increasing agitated by the starships, backed by a pair of gunships in the background, as their laser bolts began to tear past the creature's scales and into its flesh. Even among the starfighter's acrobatics, more pods continued to rain down, bringing with them troops and weaponry. Sez glanced through his rifle's scopes into the nearby streets, found the back of a Graug, and fired. A crimson bolt surged out of his weapon and smashed into the alien warrior's head; causing a smoking crater in it before he crumbled to the ground. But other red blaster fire began to descend from the rooftops around them as the various snipers of the Valkyries began to pick out opportunistic targets on the streets. He turned his attention back to the palace roof, where Todd had already peaked over one of the holes caused by the fighting, draw his blaster pistol, and fired a flurry of shots which ended with the piercing howl of a dying Starweird.

But as the leviathan neared them, abruptly Todd dropped to a knee, aimed his launcher, and fired. A proton torpedo surged out and smashed into the creature's underbelly and exploded, spraying guts and goo everywhere. But the two troopers had become so close to the creature that the impact of the blast knocked them both to the ground. The creature roared out in pain, still beset by the harassing starfighters. Sergeant Sez guessed that the leviathan wouldn't be able to continue taking all of the punishment being dished on by the starfighters and the arriving Republic shock drop troopers. He scrambled onto his feet and sprinted away from the grieviously injured beast.

He spotted what appeared to be a clone trooper on the roof, and motioned for the man to join his group, though he didn't see if the clone trooper had joined him.

The two troopers joined with more squad members and hustled down a set of stairs into the palace itself with weapons at their shoulder. They heard shrieking howls in front of them, and moved deeper into the complex, only to find themselves behind enemy lines. A pair of starweirds had their backs turned to the squad, focused on battering down a security barrier they had just raised. Without thinking, Bez motioned for his group to fan out and fire on the beasts. The group spread out and on the bothan's signal, began to fire onto the backs of the starweirds with a variety of small arms fire.

Objective: Beat down the Sith

Gir watched the drop pods continue to rain down on Zeltros. Just as the major had said, the majority had landed at a nearby park, but already, those Valkyries of Phoenix Corps had begun to form up and push their way through the streets towards the nearby palace. While there were undead and other sith underlings to oppose them, the sheer numbers and freshness of the troops revitalized the nearby defenders; they hadn't been fighting for minutes or even hours, as some of the other combatants had been, nor had they expended any of their munitions. From the rooftops, the spotting and observing teams had begun their work, spotting enemy movements from above and directing their fellow troops to move tactically advantageous positions, providing real time enemy movements where the average Sith footsoldier was blind. The snipers had taken their perch at the heights of some of these buildings and contented to picking off targets of opportunity, taking care to single out and destroy the more intelligent Graug, thereby degrading the performance of those that were of lesser intelligence. The walking dead were a pitying sight, more than one of terror. One knew where their true loyalties had lie at one point, and given their already degraded state, whether from previous injuries that had led to their death, or their expended supplies from already fighting, were less of a threat than they were when alive. They may have been animated by the darkside, but it could only corrupt, never truly create or recreate their abilities to those beings fullest potential had been autonomous and truly alive.

Still, there were casualties even on the Republic side, causing Gir silently thank the Maker that he was a navy man, not a dirt-hugging ground-pounder. If he were to die in the line of action, it would more likely be in space, and more likely than not, he would never even feel it; such was the power of turbolasers and explosives that dominated that battlefield. It almost made him feel like a coward for wanting to avoid such a pain, as practical and understandable of his distaste of suffering was. Yet even several kilometers up in the air, Gir felt more nervous than usual, watching the battle unfold with its ebbs and tides.

“More incoming,” noted his pilot, “and look at them come in.”

Gir glanced up towards the pilot's voice, watching as more starfighters descended from the clouds to reinforce the CAP that Gir's Liberty Squadron had established over the city. With almost uncontested control over the air would allow even more troops to land shortly, which Gir guessed would be from Titan Corps, given their ubiquity and preeminence as the army's defenders of the Republic. Yet this is not so much of a defense as it is a counterattack. We are moving more and more people onto the planet, almost as if we were invading the world rather than defending it. Gir began to ponder if he could formulate some sort of orbital defense strategy based on shipboard soldiers, but quickly dismissed those thoughts as more pressing issues came to mind upon his recognition of several transports coming in after the wave of starfighters.

That's us,” mused Gir, “let's move.”

The Moonlight zipped over high above the battlefields to fall into a quartet of other CXC Conveyor-class shuttles from the fleet. They were relatively well protected by screening elements of Narra-class Interceptors some hundreds of meters away from the core of the shuttles themselves. The flight abruptly turned from the battlefield and circled around to travel through several relatively unscathed areas of the metropolis before reappearing at the rear of the palace. Gir guessed that the counterattack by the elements of the Phoenix Corps in the palace itself would be giving the sith there some troubles, if only because they were now fighting against two fronts, through such a crossfire could also prove to be problematic for the Republic defenders if it wasn't executed properly.

Corvus was aware that Kana too had been cut – but they’d seen worse and would no doubt experience a lot more pain before this was over.

Corvus was also aware of the talons and kept just far enough out of reach to avoid them – but all of this dancing wasn’t going to win any prizes. But they were a team and so Corvus waited to react to what Kana did. This was always the way of it. Kana led and Corvus reacted – the Knight she’d first shown how to use a saber now outshone her when it came to offensive tactics.

But she was taken aback by Kana’s outburst. She liked to talk in these situations – but this was new. The ferocity in her voice shocked Corvus. And then she heard the fateful words - “What did you do?! What did you infect me with!”

The rest of Kana’s words were a blur. Despite all of the Jedi training. Despite her frequent discussions with Younglings and Padawans about the Code – about not forming attachments that might impact your duties as a Jedi – in flagrant disregards for all of this, all she could think of was that her friend needed her.

And so the turmoil began.

Allowing Kana to fight Balaya in this state was risky. At worst she died due to her lack of control. At best she killed Balaya but the act would strengthen the Dark side; even though the act was justified. And who’s to say what’s in the poison? Corvus had first hand experience of Balaya’s Sith sorcery – and her own brush with the Dark side on Corellia. But this time the Jedi in question wouldn’t be alone – Corvus would be there to bring her back to the Light.

Eschewing her preferred form of Soresu, Corvus opeted for Djem So. Balaya liked to attack – so Corvus would use that against her. And the similarities in Form – plus Corvus’ predilection for using the third Form, should give her the advantage of surprise. In fact it was this Form that she and Kana had most recently been practicing together.

So as Kana attacked, Corvus stepped up, keeping her movements initially short and energy efficient – the signs of a Soresu user – and she waited for a blow to come her way so she could parry it and counter-strike.

Kian lead the group through the tunnels and when they reached the outside, the area was mostly clear.

"Fan out, protect the royal family!" Shouted the chief of security and guards fanned out around them, targetting Sithspawn. Very quickly the area was full of the sound of blaster fire and Kian leapt forward cutting down several attackers. He never wondered too far from the royal family though, he needed to ensure their safety. Even if the palace fell, getting them out of harms way was a necessity.

Pulling his comm, Kian signaled for Republic reinforcements. "This is Jedi Karr, I need evac immediately." Kian said uploading his coordinates, "We're evacuating the royal family from the place, I need a pickup!" Kian said and twisted to the side, avoiding an attack from an enraged Sithspawn. Bring his blade up in an arc, Kian lobbed the creatures head clean off and kept moving.

Kian, having been tied up in the defense of the palace, wasn't even sure if there was a Republic ship that could aid him, but he knew that the longer they were out in the open, the greater risk there was to the royal family.

These two were interesting... to say the least, Balaya's movements were more energy efficient using her size and armor to the fullest providing cover while letting the blades graze off the alchemically hardened armor. They would need something sustained and solid to hold and she was using this inexperience they showed. Kana showing her inner rage while the warlord kept her senses on her pushing as she chanted a small spell... She wanted Kana to give in but wasn't planning on it just yet, sith poison took time and a graze would take long, all she needed to do was buy th time for it to pump through her body and that meant get her blood pumping.

She focused on Kana now and her lack of mask or a shield around them, they weren't using what the wise masters taught, even Kaine taught her how to purify the air while Balaya released her own control letting an outpouring of pheromones coat the area with the scent of jasmine in the rain. She quickly moved to use the advantage of their closeness to each other and her while only one was attacking and slid the blade into a sheath while drawing her hand to her hip and gunbelt. The small flick not enough but her makashi style to work on Corvuses blade work and counter soresu was clear. She could outfight these two, she had the strength to break them.

She had the drive as well while plotting and planning, she didn't need the force to tell her she needed years upon years of combat experience with Kaine who was a skilled duelest and tricky fighter. He relied upon dun moch with his mental games, while complementing with a saber and.... The slithering hydrastaff she hand went to her wrist wrapping around like another whip as it straightened and hissed. The five heads opening their mouths as they spewed venom at Corvus who might be a bastion of defense but soresu relied on conserving energy to out fight, djem so relied on being stationary to counter attack. The heads were spewing the vong venom towards her face and body.

While Balya was using her blade work to try and occupy her weapon, to leave her open to the face, mouth and throat full of it. Her tongue sliding and the biot ready to strike should she make that jump to try and use a counter in the one place Balaya was exposed and not covered in armor. Her head but that would put Corvus within closer distance and range of her weapon, Corvus was also there and could more then likely be inhaling the pheromones that could cause a distraction. Balaya prepared her body to the attack as she let cybernetic eyes track the girls and her empathy to feel the emotions coming off Kana in waves almost.

There was that wash of heat that felt like scolding water but it wasn't burning her just there. It made her few body hairs stand on end, there was the lack of her enraging and blindly attacking that was just as good. A pause in the combat momentum gave it time to shift in someone elses favor and against a warlord, against a battlelord that wasn't wise while she mule kicked, her boot and heel coming up with the sharp barbed heel waiting for the right moment before it ejected and it was made to punch through ferrocrete a material used to build high grade bunkers. Balaya's kick coming from below on a distracted Kana and hoping to impact with her gut.

"It appears your teamwork... needs more work my dears. A truly powerful duo should always be in sync and instead you have not been working to coordinate or lead this little dance. Perhaps you are not yet ready for such a task."

Corvus was blissfully unaware of the pheromones – her own emotions under tight lock and key as she had learned to keep them since she was a Youngling – one of the drawbacks of being naturally empathetic was she was unable to receive or give emotion in normal doses. She had been working with Veino Garn to resolve this – but at these times, the shutters were well and truly up.

So Corvus continued to parry, not press an attack, there was no value in wasting energy at this stage. Fourteen years of saber training wasn’t wasted on her.

Their team-work was, as ever, impeccable. Their moves a feint to suggest they were two individuals fighting independently until the moment that their adversary gave one of them too much focus. You could never tell which one it was, so they were both always ready. This time it was Kana that was drawing most attention and curiously Balaya had gifted Corvus a weapon to use without putting the Jedi at risk.

As the venom arced towards Corvus she assessed the situation. Her Teräs Käsi training gave her more time than most to decide what to do. In these situations, simple was always best. A quick Force Push sent the venom straight back at Balaya – and it was directed at the one place the Sith was exposed and not covered in armour.

And still Corvus remained tight-lipped – she remembered that aggravated her opponent the last time they’d met.

A dodge and a slash at the leg that had been brought at her. Kana’s mind continued it’s race as she struggled to just remain herself. All this anger, all this pent up hate would be her undoing if she could only just let it go. She gave it a shot again to calm herself but it was as if something inside of her just ate away at her. For all it was worth she managed to regain some form of control. Marginal control but it was there.

“Shut up.” It would seem she still had no control of speech though. “You speak as if you think we care. As if we’re supposed to be intimidated by an overgrown ‘dancer’, get over yourself.”

She backed off for a bit and tried to rethink. The poison seemed to push her emotions into overdrive but she could find calm if she really pushed for it. A part of her wanted to vomit but her stomach withheld the notion. She could feel her mind pushing her to just let loose again but she went against it. Carefully, slowly she approached her opponent as she kept herself under strained control.

Kana was going on the defensive, it was for the best. Balaya had already outsmarted her like this once. Her mind was good to go for it, somewhat.

“Hit me with your best shot.”

Well at the very least there was a communication at last that could be responded to. Stuck in the communication hub, Camellia had been waiting a rather long time for someone to call something in that she could actually direct support to. The Jedi Master putting out the call on Republic frequencies for a evacuation of the royal family was something she could actually help with. After all, there were still RAETs in the air flying about having little direction with which to act upon since the chaos had ensued with the Sith's raising of the dead. "We're relaying your coordinates now Master Karr. RAETs will be inbound shortly, we can have them breach if there's any obstructions in between you."

The craft would move at their fastest once the order was given, the two ships racing to reach the palace and perform the evacuation there. It left Camellia wondering if that was it then. If the Palace had fallen and the shipyards were half standing, then was it time to consider abandoning the communications hub as well? She would wait to see how the dropships did with their task of rescuing Master Karr and the Royal Family first.

Gir toggled the controls of the laser cannon and opened fire; twin streams of ruby red laser bolts tore through some of the nearby Sithspawn, and combined with the laser fire of his other ships, drove off the nearby Sithspawn out of the immediate area. Just after that, the interceptors fanned outwards to keep any nearby enemies at bay while the shuttles came in to land. Gir's transport came down to land with a dull thud that reverberated throughout the cockpit. All around him, identical transports set down to pick up other personnel. The door to the Moonlight swung open, allowing the nearby Republic personnel entrance to the ship, and hopefully safety. But Gir kept his focus on his surroundings, pulling security just as the outer ring of interceptors did.

She was getting there, under the skin and Balaya moved her head, problem being this close... Corvus had to move a hand to push means her blade hand defending would lose strength to hold her saber back while she let her body move with it using the hydra staff and grinning to herself letting it coil and hiss. Balaya disengaged turning her own momentum and with Kana not attacking it would mean she had all the time in the world to stay and make distance. The sith master laughing to herself while she looked at the two woman again with her purple colored cybernetic eyes before she tilted her head.

"Careful careful jedi, you're sounding angry.... wouldn't want to slip." She kept her voice low and was focused, letting the saber remain in her hand while the talons gleamed. "One talks more and one refuses to talk, so intriguing... so much more fun. There are two problems with this plan though and what kind of master would I be if I didn't tell you how you are already lost children. The first mistake was you didn't coordinate your attacks, striking blindly and letting attacks be focused upon you. A pair should compliment each other in combat instead you have acted chaotically and allowed for me to revitalize."

Her smile just remained letting the mark of darkness appear, her chest through the crystasteel was covered in a tattoo that went to her neck as she worked on channeling and speaking. "You see Corvus my dear when you have an advantage you press it, you use your defense to make an offense otherwise you allow more wild magics to be used and the odds that were that should have been in your favor... to become even." Yes she could talk but she wasn't angry... anger wasn't needed yet while she chanted low and a whiff of smoke appeared. She had been focusing and working on it.

The smoke getting larger and crackling with red veins and tendrils of power that brought Balaya's blade up before she took another whip off her belt. "Much like my pets your troopers are becoming." She pointed to the soldiers from the ship, vongspawn virus and resurrection spell that had been bringing back the dead at the port, at the palace, in the streets and here on the ship. She pointed to their small horde shuffling while raising an eyebrow. "You were so busy thinking about besting me with your own pride, feeding your ego you failed to observe around you. How your men slain didn't stay on the ground"

Her smile widened as the smoke was more of a cloud focusing on Corvus with a piercing screech in the force with a smoke demon. The ritual bringing the fear demon that would be of her making. She could focus on Kana now with her full gaze moving to the side and tilting her head. "Now for you my dear, do you really want to know what it is that clenches at your heart, that makes your stomach want to release everything? Do you want to know what you are feeling? Or would you rather I keep it to myself and do this the old fashioned way?" Balaya knew a few things about turning jedi to the darkside and while it might not work on her....

She was getting aggravated easier now.... Just like how torture to the most devout jedi can bring them to their knees by forcing them to release that bottled up emotion and enjoy it... The thrill of it no longer being there, no longer being pent up. It could be intoxicating... in other jedi sith poison could do many things but bringing that feeling of aggression tot he surface was needed more and more while her empathy was working on overdrive. "I'll hit you until you stab me and release that aggressive while the darkside moves throughout your body until it reaches your hearts and twists it into a black corrupted thing in your chest."

Balaya took a defensive stance going to a ready and center of being move with her saber in the senter of her bdy able to block while she prepared and watched Kana.

Carn Dista

One beard to rule them all, and in the Jedi bind t
Location: Palace Outskirts
Objective: Continue walking.

Corpses littered the ground. Friend. Foe. Citizens unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire between the two opposing sides. Carn picked his way through them on his walk to the palace - somehow he had avoided conflict and confrontation with either side now that he had left the confines of the street side cantina. He continued his approach quite obviously - and although he did nothing in particular to advertise his location other than looking out of place with his slow, meandering pace through the battlefield, he equally did nothing to mask his presence.

After all, why would he hide? He had been taught to have no fear, to be proud of being a Jedi, and most of all, to never skulk about in the shadows. In truth this was likely as stealthy as Carn ever got - it was just remarkable that someone hadn't noticed him yet. Still, it suited him fine for now, especially while he continued his approach towards the Palace.

Flint Dexen

Wandering Lost Soul
Location: Zeltros Streets
Allies: Ben Watts?
Enemies: [member="Reverance"] [member="Darth Odium"]
Objective: Defend civilians

Flint blinked in surpise as a crimson blade came from sideways to intercept his first strike. Glancing sideways, he only had a moment to realize that another Sith Lord must have joined the combat, before he found himself flying backwards due to the Force Push that the Sith unleashed towards him. There was a loud thud as Flint hit the ground after having been flung backwards by several yards.

Knowing that he could not afford to give the Sith any extra time, Flint sprang back up from his spot on the ground. What was Watts up to? He wasn't so sure, but he decided he would just have to try his best to deal with the two Sith Lords infront of him. "Leave..." he said to the couple of onlookers who were foolish enough to not leave the scene yet.

Not wanting to give the Sith time to attack the civilians and cause any more damage, Flint charged forward once more, his cyan lightsaber swinging from side to side as he sprinted forward. As he neared his two enemies, he suspected that they would attack him. But this time, Flint would try and anticipate them before-hand. Even if outnumbered, he didn't plan on going down without a fight.
