We Meet Again

Ashe Senari

"Oh... I don't have anywhere I call home anymore. I left Eshan and while I'm sure I could return, I really don't want too," Ashe told him. She glanced up at the sky. Apparently they had been there for awhile because the sun was starting to set. Just as Ashe was about to comment of this fact the medical team Yusan called for arrived. They checked her eyes to make sure she didn't have a concussion. Once they saw that her pupils were still dilating properly they bandaged the wound on her head and left. Ashe scratched at the bandage, it was itchy and uncomfortable. [member="Memorial"]

"Stop scratching dingbat, you are going to start bleeding again, and then turn into a red head and im pretty sure we both like you better with the Silver hair." His hand pat her shoulder before he did something all too familiar but he did not realize he had done such, and nor would he as all he saw at the time before him was his friend. "You could come live with me if you want, or live in one home and i live in the other, not like i need both."

"I'd like to stay with you if that's okay. I don't like being alone. Once I find a job I promise I'll pay rent!" She replied with a smile. Living with Yusan didn't sound like a bad idea. Hopefully any neighbors they had wouldn't be annoyed by the sound of the two Echani sparring. It'd be bad if someone heard and thought Yusan was some kind of abuser. She laughed at the thought. The warrior couldn't think of a single situation in which Yusan would ever harm an innocent person. He'd kill anyone who harmed innocents, that's just the kind of man he was. [member="Memorial"]

"Dont worry about it, i have more than enough money as it was and i am quite curious as to see how things would go by without be coming too much of a problem. After all, if we keep fighting like this people will start talking about how we are trying to kill eachother." He smiled and nudged her lightly and smiled wide at her, kind and soft but wide.

"I suppose trying to explain Echani ways to them won't be a good enough explanation for them?" She giggled as she saw him smile at her. She didn't know why, but she loved seeing him smile. She couldn't resist the urge to comment on this fact either. "You have a very nice smile," she blushed a bit as she spoke. She wasn't sure how Yusan would respond to the information. The socially awkward girl had a feeling living with the Senator would be a strange experience, and probably result in alot of friendly teasing. [member="Memorial"]

He blinked and smiled a bit wider as she said there, leaning against her and speaking as he did. "So do you miss Senari, and your eyes are quite a bit better." He didn't mean anything from it, a good joke among friends, thinking it was a joke atleast. He could indeed tease her without even a second thought to the repercussions, after all, what were friends for.

Ashe blushed, not expecting the compliment. She looked away, hiding behind her hair to avoid Yusan seeing it. "I'm only used to people complimenting my combat skills," she mumbled, avoiding his gaze. She reached up to run her fingers through hair and was met with a tangled, slightly wet knot of red tinted locks. She whined a bit, not enjoying the fact that there was still blood in her hair. "Is... There somewhere I can maybe wash the blood out of my hair?" she asked, her blush was still there and she continued to hide her face as she asked the question. [member="Memorial"]

"No, why would there be showers in a place like this, its not a palace after all..." He rolled his eyes and helped her up, walking with her back to what ever room that had been given to her to stay in, knowing there would be one there if anywhere at all. He wouldn't stop smiling though, trying to be a bit of a comforting sight for her, but he wasn't sure if it was working or not.

Ashe continued blushing as she was walked back to her room. When they got there she noticed that she really needed to do some laundry. All of her casual clothes were dirty, she only had her "formal" clothes left. She grabbed a random outfit that didn't make her look like too much of a spoiled rich girl and walked away to go shower and rinse the blood out of her hair. "You can stay here til I'm done. I promise I don't take long," she called over her shoulder. She re-entered the room 15 minutes later. Her hair was still slightly wet but at least the blood had been washed out. She was wearing a knee-length forest green dress. The neckline was a bit low, once again showing a decent amount of cleavage which made her blush. The thin straps were trying to slide down her shoulders, but thankfully the dress was tight enough to stay on her small form without the help of the straps. The dress made her large bust much more apparent, a fact she tried not to think about. She had a dark brown cloth sash tied around her waist that matched the green of her outfit very well and a matching brown headband holding her hair out of her face. She still wore the same brown gloves she had been wearing during their sparring match, but they didn't look out of place due to the other dark brown accessories the young Echani had on. He was silent for about a whole few moments, a dead silence that for the moment made it seem like she had something wrong before he grinned again. "I must say miss Senari, if you weren't so against being what you are, you would certainly make one pretty noble and warrior, though i guess you dont like that life so.." He smiled and turned, but did not move until she came up beside him, to which he would then start walking.

"Hey! That doesn't mean I don't like being pretty!" She pouted as she came to walk next to him after she put on a pair of short brown boots with a slight heel that made her about 3 inches taller, though Yusan still towered over her. She walked rather gracefully in heels, which was surprising to most people who had only ever seen her warrior side. She looked over at Yusan and glared playfully as they walked. "Where are we going anyway?" the Echani warrior asked as she continued to walk beside him. [member="Memorial"]

"Not sure." He smiled and looked at the ceiling as her walked, foot steps echoing down the hall as he was looking at the walls, his neck rolled to the side and his eyes focusing on her. "By the way, stop pouting, you look like you are actually a real person and not someone that can kick my ass without having any trouble."

"Oh so I can't be a real person if I'm capable of kicking your ass?" She teased as they walked. Her pout was replaced with a smile as they talked. She genuinely enjoyed Yusan's company and was looking forward to living with him. "So when will we be going to your house?" She asked cheerfully. She wondered what it would be like. Being a noble, her childhood home had been quite large. Ashe hoped Yusan wouldn't live in that extravagant of a house. She preferred smaller, simpler homes. [member="Memorial"]

"Now now missy, patience is a virtue after all." He smiled and took her arm in his, smiling wide as a mad man as he nudged into her and made for the home that was his own. While not a palace, he still had to have a rep of some kind, which included the use of parties and otherwise to end things rather well. Or used to in the first place, now he simply used the large home as a place for him to stick around in and relax.

"Damn... I was expecting a cave," She joked as the house came into view. While not as large as her childhood home, it was still a decent size. She wondered how many times she'd get lost before she learned her way around. She glanced over at Yusan to see his reaction to her friendly teasing when she thought of something. "My things are all still back in my room at the palace," She commented. She turned around to walk back and retrieve them but paused as she realized she had no idea how to get back. "Ill have someone fetch them in the morning, not like you need them to sleep after all and its not like we are all that far from the palace either. And hint, its the really big impressive building with stone walls around it my dear." He smiled and took advantage of her being in heels to get a bit farther away from her, incase she got a bit fired up at his joke.

Ashe growled and moved after him, surprisingly fast for a girl in heels. She kicking him in the shin and smirked. "Never be mean to a girl in heels Yusan, for they are sharp and good for stabbing," she told him with a smirk. She didn't mean it of course, she'd never try to harm him that badly. She looked back to the house and smiled. "I'm stealing clothes from you for bed. I'm not sleeping in this dress," she informed him as she followed him inside. [member="Memorial"]

He waved his hand and shrugged. "Ok, but nothing that i like please, id like to not have to burn the shirts i like." He smiled and started to distance himself before grinning wide, the joke meant to cause her to laugh or worse kick him. But hey, what are friends for if not to cause a bit of annoyance and pain to each other, the best of friends after all are those that can kick each others ass.

"I'll make sure to throw all your clothes on the floor and roll across them then," she shot back with a laugh. She wondered why her and Yusan hadn't talked more before now. They seemed to get along quite well, their personalities were a good match for each others. Ashe briefly wondered if Yusan and Carliah had gotten along this well, then shrugged the thought away when it started stirring up some unknown emotion inside her that threatened to put her in a bad mood. She looked over at Yusan waiting for a reaction. [member="Memorial"]

"You know, some times i hate you you silver hair dingbat." He rolled his eyes and kept walking very slowly, his eyes running over the streets and his arm holding hers. He yawned though as he walked and looked at the woman he was talking with, nudging into her. "By the wqay, you arent going to redecorate right? I like my stuff how it is missy."
