An Inn, In, An In.

@La'kuus Quelin

While she waited in the room, she would find a little droid with a protein bar waiting for her. Given that she may or may not eat it, she heard the buzzer and would need to return to the pit.

This time as she came onto the plateau she would see across from her was a Togruta, horns lavishly adorned and sporting just as fancy clothing. Gold and red seemed to be her colors, and not just the natural hue of her skin and horns. In her hands was an unusual weapon, it was like a whip, but mostly made of chain-with some hooks along certain parts of its length. The handle looked to be fashioned out of some sort of durasteel, and had a large spike protruding from the end.

Woops of joy and catcalls were aplenty as the announcer started up once again. "Here we are again friends, for round two, One Punch has been doing well so far having beat Bosht...but can she beat the lovely and deadly Lady Fang!? Get yourselves ready, fighters and spectators!"

It seems La has gotten a few more loving spectators on her side, as she could hear them shouting encouragement from one side. Meanwhile there was a lot of catcalls being thrown at Lady Fang. She was more than happy to take a low bow to the crowds on all sides. But when coming to face La, refused to show the same kindness.

La could hear the announcer once again beginning his countdown...

A whip, tail spiked. Horns can be used as grips for a backflip, if need be. La'kuus studied the woman behind her helmet, watching her moves, her favored hand. A whip is hard to avoid getting hit by, unless... You had a giant axe that could be used as a latch for it. If she could just get ahold of it and somehow get the whip out of the way, she could land a chance.

Another vision came to mind. What if it got stuck in the loose wall? It would be silly to try to use the move twice in the same battles, but it seemed appropriate as she couldn't risk getting stung by the spiked ends, despite her armor providing loose protection against it.

As the countdown finished, La'kuus took her position. An emptying stomach made her focuses draw more on the battle. The reward was food, something she ate too much of, and resulted in her inhuman strength with the details of immense exercise. Raising both hands in the air, and planting both feet to equalize the ground, she waited for the girl to give her first attack.

@La'kuus Quelin

The Togruta doesn't bother with attacking immediately, she just calmly saunters over, idly the handle of the whip and a long piece of the chain. She waited until she was about four armlengths away before doing anything than that was even remotely related to a fight, which was to snap out the chain end at her legs. It somewhat curled partially through the attack, almost like it had a life of its own, wanting to capture its prey.

All the time she spent doing this, La was able to observe her quite well. She seemed to have been sporting an injury on her right leg as she favored that side a bit. She almost seemed too calm to try and trick into a blind rage like Bosht was, but she did come off as very prideful. Arrogant. Maybe there was some way to exploit that. Another thing she would notice, is the Togruta was quite frail. She was quite dimniuitive and overall lacking a lot of muscle.

It took a moment more than it should have to snap. Suddenly perking up, La'kuus ran to the wall and began to punch it. One punch, two punch, three punch. Steady, firm punches landing at the weak material as it began to break up in it's worst places. Now she had rocks. Flicking her eyes back behind her, she watched her opponent as she struggled to get some of the wall out of it's area.

That weapon was still pretty heavy. She could use that too, but she'd need to close some distance first, and avoid getting whipped.

@La'kuus Quelin

La would find that the whip just missed her as she ran out of reach of the sweep, a spiraling brow raised from the Togruta as she watched the woman begin punching the wall. Making what she assumed ammunition. Running quickly after her, Lady Fang did what she could-strike out again! She had to try and stop La from putting her plan into action-even though she had a good distance the cover, she only had to get so close to whip the barbed end of the chain at La, and hopefully throw her off.

Spinning the chain with her free hand to build momentum along with her run, she swept the chain over her head in a wide sort of windmill-esque arc at La. A wild look on her face.

Above, the crowd continued to cheer louder and louder, but a few insults were being thrown around at the fighters for not really fighting-even thought this was just the start of the match. It was probably a unusual, jarring and fun sight to see. Hundreds of faces looking down at you in rapture, waiting on the edge to see what happens next.

"Sorry for the delay folks! Had to go and deal with some unmentionable things. Your host is back and ready to give you a play-by-play of all the action..."

A new voice echoed out of the vox high above, obviously a commentator.

"It appears the newblood in the ring is tempting a unusual gambit...punching a wall? Is she frustrated? Maybe we should send down some ice to cool her off. How about it folks?" The sound of glasses being thrown into the pit full of what was once drinks of useless ice began to rain down on the fighters.

"I didn't mean that in a literal sense!" Laughing ensued at that point. It felt like it was pre-recorded though.

La'kuus felt the whip just breath past her the first time. She gripped two handfuls of the crumbled wall into tight, meaty balls, and ran to the woman in question. She couldn't make actual stones out of what she managed to get, but now she had a better disposable guard. It was a game of catching, overrunning, or getting some people terribly off balance in a small amount of time. Her legs nearly fluttered the ground as she closed the distance, raising a fist up high to deliver a punch while the other stood guard to catch the whip at her left side.

@La'kuus Quelin

"What is the One Punch Woman Doing!? Shes going headfirst at Lady Fang! This won't end well! Atleast for her-but for us, there will be blood! And that is always fun. The voice called out, cackling over the comm. Even the crowd was a bit confused as to what the commentator meant before just returning to their cheers. Shouting down at the fighters once again.

Lady Fang had misjudged the first sweep, but didn't on the second. Twisting her herself and then stepping through she-for lack of a better word-whipped the whip at La with increased speed velocity this time, aiming for her waist. Not seeming perturbed the weapon may be caught, as she had her stabbing spike in her other hand ready to strike if La got close. The punch wouldn't exactly connect when La got in close, it wasn't clean. Her knuckles just barely would clip the side of Lady Fangs cheek. Leaving a ragged patch of skin which had been scabbed open by the visceral speed and power of the attack.

As she was close enough now, the Togruta woman would stab with the spike on the back of the whips handle. Not seeming to aim for any general part-but just to cause some form of maiming. Very unusual.

La'kuus twisted her punching hand around for another swing as her left hand went right for the spikes, palm of rocks first. She planned to push the whip into the woman until she dropped it, then she could easily finish off from there, seeing as the whip was the woman's only defense. A good one too. She wasn't sure if she could even beat it now, feeling like she'd have to resort to her axe.

Gripping the rocks closely as the next punch swung around, another idea came to mind. What kind of fighter could aim, with eyes full of rocks? She had the pebbles where they were. At the last second she opened up her fist, slapping a handful of rocks straight in.

Her risk didn't go without pain. She got herself hit two times near the waist, though things happened and she didn't get very impacted.

Brain dead. Roleplayer.

@La'kuus Quelin

A wicked grin of what looked like triumph would have began to show on Fangs face, but it was quickly wiped off by a stony slap to the face!

"Oooooh, that's gotta hurt!"

It certainly did, as the second shot from La wasn't needed at that point. The woman just went to the floor unconscious. She wasn't obviously very strong on constitution it appeared, maybe she relied on the defense of her whip too much?

High above, the announcer began a countdown for the unconscious fighter. Rock Face would be a fitting name right now, since some of the pebbles appear to have lodged themselves into the woman's features.

La might to begin to feel a little light headed if her skin was broken and pierced by any of the barbs on the chain or the spike on the handle at this point. If not, she can see at this close distance that a substance that looked somewhat like oil would be coated on the weapon on certain spots.

[member="Olan Teff"]

La'kuus stared down at the woman as she had fallen. That was just pathetic. She leaned down and stole the whip from the woman's hand, as well as any gloves as she may be wearing. It's not like she could protest. Taking her prizes in hand, she eyed the oils on the whip curiously. One hit could have ended it all. She looked over herself quickly to see if she got hit. She didn't even know if it was lethal or not.

Still with an eye on the woman while the countdown went to finish, La'kuus wondered about her new opponent. Third battle, she had an axe, a whip, and another hand full of rocks to use against them. Tiny bursts of excitement ran up her back. She was finally getting an okay fight, after all this time of dragging drunks out of the bar. Yippee!

@La'kuus Quelin

A loud buzzer sounded as she commentator shouted at the top of his lungs: "And the Fang is out! Wow, for a first time fighter, our new One-Punch-Woman is doing quite good for herself! Everyone give her a round of applause as she goes onto-"

The sound of the commentors voice would be drowned out with the sound of cheers and what sounded like screams. A scuffle of some kind had began up top, a bloody one.

To La, she would find the whip-chain felt surprisingly light in her hands. And she would find that the woman had on thick bantha leather gloves to protect her hands from the whip itself, probably also to avoid poisoning herself easily. Without a word, a silver looking roller-droid came out and grabbed the unconscious Togrutas arm and began to drag her out towards the blue sides stairs. She could even hear the 'Thunk-thunk-thunk' of her head hitting each step down as the droid rolled down the stairs with her.

High above she could hear the fighting die down and a loud triumphant yell echo out of the crowd. Silencing all the others present. Above, the commentator began to speak again.

"Something unusual has happened today folks, our third round combatant got himself into a fight with a rather nasty looking Wookie and is now being carted off by a bunch of Cartel members! Looks like One-Punch wins by default in the next round, but will she challenge...THE STRANGER!? WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE SHOULD DO!?"

The crowd itself nearly exploded with shouts of 'Yes' in multiple languages, Chagarian, Thuslan, Common. They wanted her to fight the big guy, it was obvious.

La'kuus slid on the gloves slowly, then gripped the whip nicely in her hand. She looked at all the screams and shouts, eyeing the people of their blind bloodlust excitement. Fourth round, somebody had to die, that's what she had managed to pick up. Walking to the axe, she picked that up as well, swinging it roughly in her hand before putting it down. It was still heavy, but it'll do. She suddenly raised a fist into the air.
"I challenge... THE STRANGER!" And that was how I met your mother. Probably the worst mistake ever.

@La'kuus Quelin

"I accept your challenge!" A voice rung out over everything. It was metallic, hollow yet full of anger and joy at the thought of taking another life...maybe it was a trick of the crowd noise, or the sealed helmet it wore. It was a proper name. As it stood taller than any normal man, and most alien. Eight feet, its head nearly smacking into the roof of the stairwell as it breeched the air, stepping with grace so unnatural that one would have thought the monstrosity was a acrobat.

Clutched in its ham-sized fists were a pair of silver-steel looking axes and it was the only weapon that it appeared to have. Other than that it was wrapped in the purest of black clothing, including a shawl-like cloak that covered the left arm and had been heavily drenched in a multitude of different blood, from many victims it appears.

Its face was...not a face. But a helmet of sorts, it could only be that with how it looked. It was outlined with this somewhat orange tinge to the edges that glowed from something within. And it appeared to have a mouth that was drawn on, a bestial face of unnatural proportions like its owner.

A single swipe of the axes in the air made a soft whistling crack in the air. For its bulk, the Stranger was fast. Scary fast.

For once, the ENTIRE crowd was silent. Even the commentator was silent as the buzzer started the countdown to the fight.

For a creature with that much blood smeared on it's bodily structure, there wasn't time to gawk at it's size or appearance. Two axes, fast speed. He'd probably have a hard time slowing down if he were to charge, meaning she would get him into the wall somehow. Angering him with the whip would be an ideal choice, the axe could be used as a last resort shield. If she could find an opening she did have one more knife in her boot.

Swinging the large axe in one hand to make a small "woosh"ing sound, La'kuus took her position, one hand full of whip, and the other with an axe. This would take a little bit of getting used to. Worst case, she would wound up nearly dead but forever seering in pain with no limbs, tied down to a hospital bed while her worst nightmares played over and over in her head. Worst case.

@La'kuus Quelin

For the high amount of speed the Stranger had, it certainly did not use it...right off the bat. Just calmly walking towards La to bridge the distance. Ominous one would say if watching from a safe vantage point. Like Death itself having taken form and began literally stalking its next target. There was no emotion, no nothing. It was looking at a living corpse for all she could tell.

It did tilt its head to the side as she prepared to fight with the Whip and Axe. What thoughts passed through its head were hidden by that helmet it wore. Than it did something completely unusual...

...it sheathed its weapons. And opened up its arms. "Hit me." Voice barely suppressing a mechanical chuckle through the helmet.

Either the being itself was extremely foolhardy or something was afoot.

[member="Olan Teff"]

A tiny single chuckle escaped the helmet of La'kuus', followed by a soft laughter, growing into a full on giggle. "You think I would touch your armor with my hands? I don't care if you are some mess of cybernetic material, I'm not going to lay a single finger on you until I have to." She put both her weapons down, and puffed her chest out. With her back nearly against the wall, she boasted. "Hit me!"

@La'kuus Quelin

No response came from the helmet as she saw that orange glow brighten near the mouth area as if the thing had enjoyed her own response to it. While she had been focused on its words, it had dug one foot into the sand of the pit and kicked it forward.

Not a kick to hit her, but to fling a lot of sand towards her upper body and face. It was a lot of sand. Almost making a small wall of it. Not even waiting until its leg was down, the larger being swung its fist in a wide hook-not directly at her, knowing that if he struck straight out it would hit the wall-but swept its arm around instead. Aiming the huge fist at her midriff.

Something she may or may not have expected, was the supernatural speed his arm moved at. Nothing living so far she has encountered has moved that fast. There was probably flesh and blood beings out there that could move that fast-but this was certainly not one...flesh and blood that is.

As soon as the sand wave came in, La'kuus could feel something was wrong. It was just like her fake knife throw earlier. She whipped her knees back, making a sideways L with her body before rolling out of the way, grabbing for the whip in her blindness of the roll. She didn't get her hands across to touch it. Instead her powerful long legs bounced themselves away from the attack, just a few meters.

Her heart quickened just a tad, then a little more. This is what she had been waiting for, during all the rounds. Disappointing. Using the same tricks she had. "Come on, I already know that one!" She shouted out, quickly reaching down to whip out her second knife, this time, placed firmly in her new gloves.

@La'kuus Quelin

When she came out of her roll she would notice that it was...gone. Vamoosed. Vanished.

What she could see was a spinning silver axe flying right at her!

Something was very wrong from what time she had before the axe would impact with her, it was like it was lazily chucked in this direction-rather than trying to really even hit her. She could hear a mechanical chuckle closeby, but...nothing was in sight for the moment. Unless she looked up...
