Most planets within Sith Space have at least one coffeehouse that primarily serves the beverages created by Korribean Caf.

Rationale: Korribean Brand Caf started as an enterprise formed by the infamous Sith Lord Circe Savan for unknown reasons, but the assumption can be made that placing it under a secret identity Korribean was a fall-back option if her main sources of money were ever compromised.

Most of this information is unknown to the wider public. After negotiating with the last owner, Vitor Imperieuse, Cerita acquired the sole ownership of Korribean Brand Caf to do with as she pleases.

Description:
History: The forming origins of the Korribean Caf Company are nebulous as most things Sith touch are. It served primarily as a shell company and possible fall-back solution to the illustrious Sith Lord, Circe Savan, in the event that her other holdings would be compromised by her many enemies. This seemed to have never formally happened, which led to a fairly low-key company presence across the Galaxy.

Only two regions are currently being actively stocked by the company and as such the profit margins are… modest, to put it nicely.

After being approached by Vitor Imperieuse for an employment opportunity Cerita Sarova was offered the sole ownership of the company. To which she agreed - with some stipulations here and there.

Now Sarova is researching the various means and ends to put Korribean on the map as one of the finest beverage creators in the Galaxy.

Operations: The Korribean Caf Company currently had modest operations located on the worlds of Dromund Kaas, Korriban and Ziost. Its production facilities on two of these worlds are secluded and fairly fortified to guard against possible intrusion attempts - especially after the assault of one [member="Matsu Xiangu"] and her zombie hordes on Dromund Kaas.

Rationale: Chandrila DataTech was founded by the Drey family in 811 ABY, following their move to Chandrila from Eriadu. A standard thirty six years later, Alicia Drey inherited the company from her late father after his sudden demise at the hands his daughter and the machinations of a Sith Lord.

Description: Chandrilla DataTech is a technological creator and developer company founded on Chandrila, in it's capital city: Hanna City. Founded by the Drey family, the company was started up following their move to Chandrila from Eriadu. Seeking to building on the Chandrilian lust for new technology, the Dreys set up shop in Hanna City and the company has been there ever since.

In 837 ABY, the company was inherited by Alicia Drey, the last surviving heir to the Drey name following the sudden demise all of it's members. In public records, the cause of death was due to a tragic car accident in Hanna City, during which all occupants of both vehicle were killed. In reality, the cause behind these deaths were the machinations of Darth Pandeima, a Sith Lord who sought to recruit Alicia as her Sith Apprentice. As a final act of turning Alicia to the dark side, Pandeima coerced her into committing an act of emancipation, so that she would be all hers.

Under Pandeima's guidance, the company suffering a massive loss a year later. Falling in debt to the InterGalactic Banking Clan, Alicia was forced to liquidate her assets in DataTech, with Taeli Rae becoming the majority shareholder of the corporation until 844 ABY, when it was bought back. With Alicia becoming the majority shareholder of the company once again, with Taeli retaining a significant stake, Chandrila DataTech is set to fulfill the potential that Alicia's late father initially saw.

Rationale: Gael bar Ammon knew that the military would not fund him well early on, so he saved his credits earned and put them away. He lived paycheck to paycheck by choice, eventually accumulating enough money to invest in Mandal Hypernautics, his home planet's largest company. As the company grew, so did Gael's wealth. He sold his assets in the company and started his own company, bar Ammon Holdings, to continue the practice on a larger scale.

Developing Jedi force artifacts and techno force items, research into exotic technology and design of advanced technologies for different divisions. Over time is has evolved getting more things within its sphere of influence and more funding while focusing on delivering quality for affordable prices to keep customers coming back.

Rationale: Matsu's love of research and developing small bits and bobs for use by her fellow jedi led her to seek out Baktoid owner Alli Wren and with her help and donations. Sasori was able to for a tax write off as a charitable organization that demands no money for their products was setup. As it has grown and expanded the inner working have built up so that the company is large but it still values many of its customers. Charging what the people could pay instead of a solid price that is inflexible, as they have some of the work into the advanced, exotic, force technologies they have expanded into a galactic wide company playing under the radar of many because they don't go after them.

Description:
A small company created to equipment jedi with useful equipment needed in the field for battle, negotiations and exploration. Utilizing the Explorer's corp a group of padawan's who have failed to find a master and the other researchers in the order. Together they worked on making safer and more durable equipment the jedi could use and that Republic soldiers could benefit from if they wish it. Then some good fortune struck for the group when the message from the ancient Je'daii world led them to the ancient structure built to mirror the ancient Prism.

Since then the group has churned out new equipment as needed for battles with enemies of freedom and the lightside. Providing information as needed and creating a new Expeditionary suit for jedi to use in exploring and fights if needed. The rare and hard to find Murr earrings that while fashionable aren't easily made. When the silver jedi order formed Matsu was contacted to make items discreetly and worked to create the synthetic silver crystals they could use for their sabers. Then slowly worked on custom robes to provide them a distinct image.

The expeditionary suits useful in providing until a proper robe can be fashioned protection for them. Several more products created for the members of the order and others upon request. The researcher teams moving around and working setting up varies labs and areas to work on research and development. First on Zygerria and Voss, then moving to Malchor, Mayferria and setting up a main station on Shri-Tal. Matsu's work and thoughts to get to worlds like Almania, Toola, Vaynai and Raxus gave her hope for what it could become in the end.

Then slowly as time went on, the jedi knight Bellalika looking to change up and focus on her studies worked with Matsu, to put her company to use with the jedi as it brought its research divisions and some of its locations to her. Combining the two companies working to make things for the jedi and force orders as it came to be expanded. With hard work and a dedication to providing honest practices to its people. Matsu was glad to see that they might be able to work and create a brighter future. The future of Sasori Reseach and Development was looking brighter as they began looking at mining operations.

The company itself slowly expanding but not aggressively, they weren't something that needed to be seen or felt in the galaxy. If people wanted their things then they would see the people got it and building ways to access it across the galaxy became important. Small storefronts and warehouses slowly started springing up in makeshift areas offering to take scrap and junk from both people and the companies. The companies direction of recycle becoming a mantra as they could make millions of products but companies came and went while junk and garbage collectors stayed eternal.

As more and more of its storefronts and work expanded the jedi helping gave way to actual employees that could be taken care of and treated properly. THey were just building a company that spanned the galaxy and gave products it was a group that offered wishes and support for the sick and needy. Housing projects and soup kitchens for the poor, jobs to those that needed it and found the places where they could give raises and incentives to their employees. Matsu worked with them to make everything as hospitable as possibly and build up more of a reputation for Sasori.

As they grew and became bigger with some of the things and learned more for operations the company flourished while it was getting a lot of its work. Building new ships through Phenex and creating a worthwhile enjoyable time and story. Matsu's family helping out as they built up the hard work of it all creating a headquarters on the Botany for exploring and working on things. The massive garden ship could be used for have creatures and plants from across the galaxy. Matsu continued to build up Sasori expanding casually across the galaxy providing serves where she went to be more accepted by the people.

As more and more work went into their company the Ike family was able to hire on more people and invest heavily in companies. Signing contracts with everyone who wanted an investor and pushing for better conditions with its own workers. Using what gains it had from early investors and companies it had invested in like a driveyard and datatech company. With more investments in places to upgrade their storefronts or purchase old things like sold off stock to others. Regaining as much of the full company as possible while expanding and growing the rest.

With more help as it poured in they were able to revisit some of their original products and designs upgrading them and changing them over simply making new things. Allowing for a mark up in value but not price as sticking to the carging what they can afford was more important. The work on expanding properties within some of the things while companies like Satochi or Shion. Opening new locations at a quicker rate and thanks to their molecular converters construction became a snap able to process and creates materials as needed saving time and credits.

With continued work as they have expanded across the galaxy finding through projects that can work on many of the things. Mining operations and some work on exotic technologies for self constructing and maintaining equipment. All of the bigger and harder works in their ships that after she started to be welcomed back into some of the Jedi order, even the Republic members seemed to accept her allowing time to heal wounds despite the ones who try to tear her down as they need to.

The bigger projects that got more grand as time went on and the increased funding as they were able to improve upon the technology while increasing their profits through better use of it. In manufacturing technology that would let them construct what many groups and factions pay more credits for. Instead able to pay them for it cheaper with material of superior or equal quality thanks to their work. Matsu sought expansion efforts and funding from some of the larger for the additional projects she had working on limited production line colonization ships and stations.

Rationale: As a state-run company, Ringovinda StarYards was formerly insolvent. Poor management of company funds, bribery scandals, high salary bonuses to upper management, all of which forced the Ringo Vinda government to hold an emergency meeting regarding the company. It would be decided that the corporation be auctioned off.

Understandably, even though the more conservative fringes of the population would rather let the corporation be purchased by off-worlders (candidates included several "major shipyards") than be incompetently managed at home, a grassroots movement allowed Ringovinda StarYards to remain Ringo Vinda property. It was decided that a lottery would be held and the winner would run the company.

Description: Ringovinda StarYards is a company that mostly accepts orders for starships from private corporations, although sometimes governments may place orders for their products and also individuals that need more security than normal transport ships can provide for. It also seems to be a pioneer in the use of disabled personnel, making it a point of employing at least 7% of its staff with disabilities. As such, Ringovinda StarYards provides appropriate training for disabled people and the roles they can fill, and often when their disabilities would be used to their advantage. For instance, deaf people can work in the noisiest of environments, smell-impaired people can do sanitation...

Clients must go through background checks prior to their orders being confirmed. For this reason, there is one known client on their blacklist: the One Sith, and other dark-sided factions will find it difficult to deal with Ringovinda StarYards.

Description: After liquidating her assets in Chandrila DataTech, Alicia Drey invests her capital into a new project. Seeking to build into one of Chandrila's main exports (agriculture and foodstuffs), she ventures deep into the farm lands surrounding the cities of Emita and Nayli to acquire ownership of them from the local farmers. Through negotiations and her enforcer, she acquires ownership of the lands surrounding these two cities, so that they can be used by her new company.

Meeting with a contact, she also arranges the use of the local hangar bays and spacesports for the transporation and supply of the products her company will manufacture and produce, in return for investment into the redevelopment or construction following the Netherworld event, which plunged Chandrila- as it did many other worlds- into a state of crisis. Using the Netherworld event and the chaos that sprung from it, Chandrila Group was formed out of an opportunist with apparent good intentions.

In 844 ABY, Chandrila Group began to grow. Following the signing of a contract with the Trade Conglomerate at Tier 1, the corporation released the Acavus Sprinkler System, Acavus Harvester and the Morpho Burger Dulux. After it's progression to Tier 2, the company expanded it's services by expanding to Antecedent, where it began supplying carvanium, lommite, carbon, meleenium, neutronium, zersium, and Durasteel through Alicia Drey's associate, James Justicehttp://starwarsrp.net/user/9552-james-justice/http://starwarsrp.net/user/9552-james-justice/. After releasing a new range of meat based produce- Endorian Chicken [Foodstuffs], Roba Chops and Nerf Steaks- Chandrila Group signed new contracts with Salliche Agricultural Corporation and the Paladin Consortium so as to continue it's growth and progress to Tier 3. Chandrila Group would also begin supplying Cortosis ore to it's customers, after Alicia reached a settlement with Ri'ess-Emeritus Industries and gaining ownership of Drey's Cortosis Mine.

Rationale: Ceredir Industries was formed by Audren Sykes. There have been times when he found himself in need or want of certain types of equipment not found in the general market. Typically the situations came down to special ordering, which both attracted attention and ended up costing extra. Creating a company capable of meeting many of those needs and wants was an obvious solution, one which would allow him to produce what he needed and sell those products he thought might be useful. Additionally, the company would allow him a method of income, making him less dependent on the Sanctum.

Description: The company is a slow-going, easy-paced one given the small size and that the owner's focus is often elsewhere. New products are typically developed and produced with the help of locals knowledgeable in the field. A fair percentage of the profit is passed along to the experts involved in the particular product, which serves to keep all parties happy. As a safeguard, the experts are contractually obligated not to take the products they've helped develop and sell them (or derivatives) in competition with Ceredir. Ideas for the new products can come from any direction: special orders, the experts, or Audren himself. While the ultimate goal of the company is profit, it is also a hobby for the owner, someplace to stretch his imagination and focus on skills other than combat or Force-related ones.

Fortuitous sales made it possible, necessary for the company to expand. The Galactic Alliance's annexation of Naboo and the systems around it, those affected by the collapse of the Techno Union, allowed the Sephi to purchase a small factory with offices. This would allow production to ramp up and start meeting the numbers requested by the contract with the Sanctum and the purchases by various mercenary groups.

Though the owner of Ceredir Industries is a Jedi and a member of the Silver Sanctum Coalition, the company itself is independent.
