You're ignoring the 370 meter long walker parked over the Larraq Homestead, projecting an anti-environmental (particle/Ray) shield over a 38 acre area. The shield can withstand volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other environmental disasters for an extended period of time. It can even hold up to orbital bombardments. There are also around a dozen or so buildings within that area, and a population of around 20-30 Mando'ade.
