- Streamlining alongside Starships to account for the no dev thread requirements by:
Updating all templates. - Updating cookie cutter templates
- Removing Dev thread requirements and streamlining Flagship rules.

- Removing development thread requirements from general company rules.
- Streamlining and revamping Tier Up templates by removing "Misc threads and Major projects development requirements," and instead replace with an "Company Expansion system" that provides similar missions much like those found in Restricted Materials. ( this includes OR clauses)

Third Week of March
- Review with Factory Judges and Codex Judges pertaining to the "No Dev Thread" process of reviewing submissions for balance and fairplay.
Question and Answer session with the Factory and Codex Staff in a Voice Call? - Discuss the possibility of increased denials. Methods of providing options for members for balance. The use of the Second Chance system.
- Discuss the Pros, the Cons, how the Factory and Codex will look like in the coming months.
