Only thing that concerns me about this movie is the technology that we see here, and supposedly Rogue One ends 10 minutes before ANH so either the planet that all these new walkers and special Stormtroopers are on gets blown up...or we have a problem IMO.

Word is that those Death Troopers we see and the new AT-AT's are a special unit on the planet where the Death Star plans are being kept secure by Krennic. Which I hope to be true because they're being made out to be his special forces, which would make sense to not see them again if he bites it.

My biggest hope is to get background on Snoke, not thinking that's too likely but fingers crossed lol. Maybe a cameo. Wanna find out who's in the bacta tank in the trailer.

Death troopers look badass. Wouldn't make sense if they didn't all die though, as that tech wouldn't fit into the timeline I don't believe.

[member="Vex Pendel"] I don't think they'll even touch on Snoke. That belongs to VII, VIII and IX. 'RO' will do little to confuse fans and just keep it under Vader/Palpatine without trying to jump to reference a film set 30+ years later.

Yeah, you're probably right. Hopefully we see something ​that isn't entirely self-contained to the film - canonization of some small legends thing, extra info about Vader or Palpatine, but it'd probably be something about Han which is fine. Can't imagine Palpatine to appear more than once, same for Vader, a scene or two at most. Just my two cents.

I still think we will see Tantive IV and/or Leia in some way. I think.
