[member="Jeff Solaris"] - apologies for this taking so, but after reading the submission the idea of replicating the growing process of crystals would open the market to mass produce crystals. The idea behind a lightsaber is to imbue the crystal with the force allowing it to become the lightsaber. Without the force, the crystals are just well crystals. The creation of a lightsaber is something that is deeply personal and required for a force user to fully prove his control over the force.

Because of the significance with the lore of the creation of a lightsaber and its crystal. I will have to deny your request for a second chance.

I can understand the reasons for wanting to deny those two, but before you finalize that decision I'd like to point out a quick note on the two.

For the EMP warhead, the following is a canon weapon system already approved and in use on... one or two ship subs. I'd have to do some digging to find the second one. But here's the canon weapon system.

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Magnetic_pulse

The difference between the two is that my variany is a proximity detonation instead of a contact detonation. I was in the process of asking for an acceptable range of effect from the judge, plus whatever nerfs would be required when it was previously denied.

As for the mine.

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Space_mine

It's just a low-tech sleeper mine.

I understand the hesitancy about the mine... But... There is nothing I can do with it that can't be done with the canon weapon system. I simply like the sub as it provides better details than the wiki page.

That's all I can ask. Thanks for being willing to take a second look.

No rush. Take all the time you need. I have no immediate plans for either of these. I just... Wanna take a second shot at getting them 'acceptable'.

[member="Olivia Dem'adas"] - After sitting on this for almost a week I've decided that they will remain denied. Apologize for the wait I wanted to really be able to think on them. Good luck with the one that was approved for Second Chance.

No problem. Thanks for giving it a second look though.

I was told no mecha, and I was unaware such a rule existed, and blame only myself for my unruly actions, BUT I come back with Canon Star Wars research and found this.

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Seripas

His suit is PILOTED, not WORN. You can not pilot a suit. Iron Man does not pilot it when he is walking. He is wearing it. This little guy is certainly piloting every motion it makes through yokes. So if I must down size it, removed 'Assault Mecha' or whatever else. Then I shall, but I believe with a factory Judge team looking into this 'Suit' and looking into my 'Suit' that compensation can be made. I would also like to make it clear my PMS stands for Personal Mechanized Suit is only missing the little guys name from it without the Personal added, and they are pretty much the exact samething, different scaling.

Please reconsider the deny and look into this.

[member="Romeo Sin"] - That's not Mecha, its an Armored Suit like a power suit. Your second chance is denied.

What you linked is Seripas armor, yes its a suit that is mechanical, his short stature (.74m) required it for him to "look big and scary". The suit he wore stood at 2.06m, which is only 6'6". Your "mecha" is 4.5m which is 15ft tall and it weighs 1500lbs. His was a power suit/armor yours is a mechanized war machine.

Please bring out Hyperion Consulting for further edits and review. I asked you to Please Standby because I was going to solve the problem and limit the company to Business and Infrastructure, Financial Council and Management, and Property and Land Leasing.

Also, I did make the requested edits as far as reducing the number of locations and completely removed the list of specializations that you had asked me to reduce.

[member="Captain Larraq"] Looking into this.
In order to resolve the issue, I split off about half of the Legal Company into two separate company submissions.

Danger said that it would be more accurate for Mandal Hypernautics to have the one primary Legal Company that it worked with, and then have several secondary companies that it gets referred to. So I went ahead and made that a reality. Hyperion Consulting is still the primary legal office that Mandal Hypernautics goes though, I can knock it down to just Muunilist and Adumar for locations, and Mandal Hypernautics can still get all of its legal needs handled. Also, it provides me with future roleplay potential as I'll now need to do enough Legal and Lawsuit threads to get Hyperion Consulting up to Tier III so that it can subsidize and absorbe the two smaller NPC Legal Firms that I've created.

I also broke up the named NPC submission that I had created into three separate submissions, as appropriate for what's going on with the actual Companies.
