DESCRIPTION
The Drahr'gam, or Dragon Skin, was made specifically for the experienced warriors joining Clan Vereen. While the lowest ranking soldiers would wear other sets of armor produced by ArmaTech, the Mandalorian Elite would wear traditional Beskar'gam. The warriors don't necessarily take part in the forging themselves, but many do customize their set upon receiving it. The armor is designed and fabricated by ArmaTech, meaning it retains many traits ArmaTech sets have come to have, including numerous subsystems and support systems.

The basic Drahr’gam is intended to be incredibly modular, designed to be adaptable and adjustable for each warriors desires, using their choice of weapons and equipment options, even altering the configuration or amount of plates and the coverage of the plates. The Beskar plates are crafted in folded layers, alternating the direction of the grain of the metal for each fold. The plates are segmented, scalloped, and articulated to allow for freedom of movement for the warrior wearing the armor. Each plate is coated in a thin rubber to prevent it from making noise as they move. There are layered over an duraplast threaded armorweave bodysuit or jumpsuit, that uses eukgar threads on the chest to provide additional protection to the warriors vital organs.

Each suit contains a number systems, offering them a level of adaptability. Each suit is hermetically sealed containing a small hour long oxygen supply, a thermal regulator to allow the warrior to remain comfortable in desert or arctic temperatures. It has limitations on its abilities, unable to protect against fire and cryoban weapons, but can stave off minor burns or frostbite and allow the warrior to survive in the vacuum of space for a limited time. Other than the inside of joints, the armor contains a layer of thermal gel to add resistance to blaster weapons, in addition to the power armor liner protecting the torso and waist, reducing the kinetic force of blasts. While it may not keep the warrior conscious the intention is to reduce fatalities. It has a camouflage coating, capable of adjusting its colors to match its surroundings, like from foresthttp://creativecan.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/simulated-finland-forest-camo-.jpg to desert or solid Mandalorian colors and symbols. Additionally, so long as the warrior is not in combat, flight, or using systems that put out energy signatures or signals, it provides a form of sensor negation, making it difficult for them to be picked up on sensor scans.

The boots of the armor may be used as either grav boots, assisting in flight maneuvering while within a planet's gravity well, or allowing the warrior to hover slightly above the ground on its on. The soles of the boots are magno-grip, allowing the wearer to lock themselves onto metallic surfaces, which can be incredibly useful in the right situation. The gauntlets contain a pair of modular weapon slots that can be easily exchanged between combats and it can either be equipped with crushgaunts or a retractable vibroblade from the the knuckleplate. These gauntlets have been shielded with agrinium and quartz crystalline mesh, making them EMP/Ion resistant. The armor has an attachment on the back plate for a jump pack, an armored ysalamiri nutrient harness, an equipment back pack such as sensor equipment, demolitions gear and the like. Additionally, the armor can be combined with a shielding system similar to the Hyperion Combat Armors. It projects a small ray shield over the chest, back, shoulders, and upper arms that can survive one or two lightsaber strikes. It should be noted this cannot be combined with any other energy shield.

Finally the helmet is fairly standard, very similar to the Arbiter Combat Helmethttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/54608-arbiter-combat-helmet/ or Hyperion Combat Helmet, with a sensor range of about one hundred meters. The visor is photoabsorbant allowing solar energy that hits the visor to recharge the internal batteries, allowing the helmet to be used almost indefinitely without having to replace the battery. The Helmet has an agrinium faraday cage to protect the delicate internal systems it houses. The aesthetics of the helmet are easily changed and altered to the wearer's desires.

The armor contains a Hyperion Combat Power Pack to supply power to its auxiliary and support system nearly indefinitely, as well as power to its Strength and Speed enhancing servos for Twelve Hours of continuous use. These servos allow the wearer to press roughly three times their body weight, before they can no longer support the additional weight or stress to their bones and joints becomes a serious factor. This allows the warrior to strike harder in close combat, run faster, though not superhumanly so, and survive falls from higher points. The armor has places for shoulder mounted flashlights and helmet mounted lights for dark environments. Finally the armor has a tactical combat harness with a variety of tools and equipment options, as well as pouches and holsters for weapons.

DESCRIPTION
Designed, Modified, and constructed by ArmaTech Combat Systems Taak’Shukur, meaning Bone Breaker, is Draco Vereen’s personal close combat weapon. Having been in combat with several Sith, Jedi, and other Force Users now, along with numerous battles fought during his time as a Mercenary contracted with the One Sith, the warrior realized he required more of a weapon than his fists and decided on a unique take on a Beskad.

The weapon is made to maximize the level of Blunt Force Trauma suffered by the wielder. Draco is already considerably strong, and is used to a brutish form of close combat. Based on that information Taak’Shukur was forged. Made from Beskar it is nearly indestructible, able to survive even prolonged contact with a lightsaber. It features several phalanges that incorporate a repulsor field, and a shockwave generator rest amidst these phalanges. This drastically increases the force of each strike, allowing the weapon to be capable of smashing through duracrete, splintering bones, and causing fractures even against heavy armor. It also increases the amount of internal trauma caused by the weapon, with the possibility of rupturing organs and causing severe internal bleeding increased. The weapon has a spiked tip and buttspike for piercing armor, crafted using lessons learned from Force Pikes. The spikes are crafted in the exact same way as a Force Pike, only made from beskar, able to deal a very painful electric shock, able to incapacitate a full grown wookiee on its maximum setting. On its lowest setting it acts much like a stun baton, delivering painful shocks, while on higher settings it can cause paralysis and even death in some cases. Because it acts much like a very high powered vibroblade the spikes can also penetrate thin plates of durasteel if delivered with enough force.

Finally the weapon has been alchemically enhanced to absorb Force Lightning when struck and release its energy upon impact. This is both a defensive measure, providing protection from Force Lightning, and an offensive boost, allowing the weapon to strike with the electrical force of the bolts occasionally.

DESCRIPTION
The Dragon's Teeth are a pair of Phrik Handled, Plas-Bonded Ostrine Axes that Draco and Ijaat crafted personally for his own use. Normally he only carries one or two into combat. The Axe heads are crafted from Plas-Bonded Ostrine and have been alchemized with the intention of making them lightsaber resistant, nearly indestructible, and to increase the effects of the Ostrine's flash freezing qualities. The is capable of flash freezing objects is strikes, with its effects increasing proportionally with the amount of force but into the strike. Normally the weapons can freeze several centimeters from the contact area in all directions. The more it contacts the same area, the more profound its effects are, even causing armor to become brittle or freezing a limb solid with enough power and strong enough blows, eventually shattering the focus of its wrath. This is ineffective against anything beyond personal armor, as it would take hundreds of strikes to freeze even a standard starship door to the point of shattering.

The axe heads themselves are intricately inscribed with symbols and artwork, a testament to the craftsmanship of the maker. The handles are bound in terentatek leather. The are held in a specially made sheath to protect the wielder from their effects and made easy to with draw and replace during combat.

2. If i am giving a unique canon item to another writer who has free allotments for canon items, do they still have to do a development thread?

Yes, as per the rules to claim a unique canon item.
Per the Regulation of Unique Canon Items, a canon item being given to another writer needs to have development accompany it in order for ownership to be exchanged. Whether it is a thread wherein you hand the item over to the other writer, or some other method, there needs to be at least 10 posts in which the items are exchanged.
