Cathul Thuku
Admiral, Therapy Command
OOC: This post, and Cathul's arc at large, happens before the Sith Order splintered IC.
Objective: Retribution
Location: Tython system (Kalimahr)
Allies: GA and friends
Enemies: Rogue One Sith
Post: 10/38
The most troubling part was that, even though the Sith Order scavenged the Rogue One Sith navy of its most valuable marines, the Graug still held fast, despite the first wave of 500 marines being, with the aid of battle meditation, more than just a match for an equal number of Graug marines. The GA marines were being outnumbered almost 5-to-1, but the only thing that made the Rogue One Sith able to keep up the pace was that there were actual Sith onboard. These were formidable opponents for marines. Cathul could feel the Force-signature of each marine fading away in the Force, alongside the fading dark signatures of dead Graug marines. By now Cathul would need to be mindful of where these marines are with respect to the enemy CIC, and not just because battle meditation relied on it. And whether reinforcements are called for, in which case Cathul will join with them, especially since her level of power as a light-sider is pretty significant and, if the AARs from Midvinter are correct, then it ought to reduce the number of casualties taken from the Graug, making them fight that much less effectively. She received a disturbing report in the comms:
"Admiral, we're having trouble in sector 12, requesting backup" a marine team leader reported.
"Reinforcements are on the way"
Cathul thus takes another 500 marines with her (meaning that there is a final 500 marines left behind onboard) while being mindful of which areas are secured and which ones aren't. Also, the slicing team of special operations is with her for this second round of boarding: boarding such a capital ship isn't going to be easy. Plus she suspects that the location of the request for backup is close to where the Sith is.
