    The Project: Mark II Refit Program

    After the would-be Rebellion of [SIZE=10pt]Kaeshana[/SIZE], Fiolette Yvarro took over for Valessia Brentioch as CEO of Primo Victorian. She then spearheaded the Mark II Refit Project or the Montague Programme. This involved a complete refit of every ship that Primo Victoria had produced and included the creation of new ships, new stations to better outfit the First Order Navy in preparation for what would be a long and enduring conflict against the Galactic Alliance.



This Mark II Refit program marked the heralding of the First Order’s naval might. Not only [SIZE=10pt]was[/SIZE] the old Mark I’s revised, but new and more specialized naval vessels were created. This in effect created a larger and more versatile First Order Navy. These ships have since seen action in every major conflict that the First Order has taken part of, and no doubt thanks to the work of the former Grand Admiral Fiolette Yvarro and her Primo Victorian Shipwright company. The Project also included the expansion of First Order space stations including science, medical and repair stations that increased the Imperial nation’s efficiency.

The funding received from those fees has had a significant impact on Primo Victorian operations enabling the company to invest without worry.

    Arrival on Thyferra after having been held captive by the Galactic [SIZE=10pt]Alliance[/SIZE] promised more than just the headache. A sponsorship, the Alliance leaned on independent contractors to help rebuild the planet after it had been decimated by Sith-Imperial forces. Bringing in an older Kleve-station to be modified so that it could monitor the geothermal activities as well as aid in terraforming.

    On the ground, another camp that would evolve into a facility to coincide with the goal of turning Thyferra back to what it had once been. From there the Supreme Commander granted sponsorship giving Primo Victorian the funding necessary to grow and expand.

  • Centered near Nuvoryth, Primo Victoria has established a new production yard for starfighters and surface craft making it easier to transport to Outer Rim/Wild Space contacts. Shipments from Kal'Shebbol typically have a higher cost due to tariffs/customs. Recently, Primo Victoria has added several warehouses for storage to aid the movement of goods and parts between locations.

Iziz: Resupply Zone, Shipyards & Maintenance Yard

  • An [SIZE=11pt]in-ground shipyard that once belonged to House Verd Hangar and Armory has now been refurbished and will begin production [/SIZE]of free-market vessels under 100 meters. A maintenance yard sits beside it working to repair any ship of this size or smaller. More recently Primo Victoria has added a Resupply Zone to help refuel and service not only the corporate fleet but other ships, convoys, and fleets within the area.

Dxun: Information Outpost, Acquisitions & Storage

  • Inhospitable jungles surround the outpost where Primo Victoria has since gone through and reworked older House Verd buildings into storage and an acquisitions office for acquiring new technology.

Gall: Production Yard, Resupply Zone & Administration.

  • Taking advantage of ancient Galactic Empire roots, Primo Victoria took over the old Regional Naval Supply Area. Retrofitting it to support not only the Primo Victorian corporate fleet but other passing ships, convoys, [SIZE=11pt]and[/SIZE] fleets within the area. The old Fleet Imperial Enclave now serves as an administration office while a production yard has been constructed over parts of the old Smuggler’s Trench.

Contruum Six: Development Lab & Bunker.

  • After securing a contract with the Mandalorian Empire, Primo Victoria laid claim to several pieces of the small icy world. The first of which [SIZE=11pt]was[/SIZE] the location of its development laboratory and the second for an underground bunker to aid in research and development of starship designs. Although rumors swirled that the bunker serves as a manufacturing point for starfighters.


RATIONALE:

Having obtained contracts from the Mandalorian Empire and the Silver Jedi Order as well as a sponsorship from the Galactic Alliance of all nations. Primo Victoria made a change in operations, collapsing any development of handheld weapons. In its stead, Primo Victoria has now made defense systems its own branch of development and eventually product as it looks back at the archives to revise some of the older and formerly exclusive First Order technologies to not only improve on those defense systems but rebrand and sell to current and future customers.

As [SIZE=11pt]Fiolette[/SIZE] continues to the path with Primo Victoria to growth and independence she sought locations to bring not only new developments. But older ones as well, marking out a location within Silver Jedi Order territory to replace the Tokmia office and a location within the Confederacy of Independent Systems to replace its Bespin office. The rationale here is to bring the assets closer together and with the expansion of the company, allows the shipwright to now manufacturer larger vessels at a more efficient pace.

DESCRIPTION
The Ta'jar Blood Gang initially built the boutique hotel as part of a moneylaundering scheme, from the very beginning, where the crime ring was routinely overbilled to get the hotel to completion, and even after it opened its doors, the hotel was staffed with slaves the gangsters took. Due to the mistreatments suffered under the hands of the Ta'jars, turnover was high; nevertheless, the hotel remained profitable thanks to a draconian cancellation policy whereby one night was forfeited if the cancellation took place at least 30 days before the booking date and the entire stay would be charged for no-shows and for cancellations that took place less than 30 days before the booking date. In addition, the hotel was laundering money via another route, with the crime ring running the hotel's outdoor 25m swimming pool like a hippodrome, holding swimming race nights several times a week and laundering money by means of gambling, with the races themselves being held fair and square.

When the Silver Jedi order seized the hotel from the Ta'jar Blood Gang, the hotel comprised 20 luxury rooms and 9 executive suites, today appointed using the amenity standards in use in 5-star hotels, and also a five-star restaurant, Bumba's Eatery, with other amenities, such as a concierge/valet service, a business center with conference room, a fitness center in the basement, and a boutique area for fine shopping. The Crown Nebula is currently the only five-star hotel on Trandosha. With the next round of upgrades made, the hotel comprises 40 luxury rooms, 11 executive suites and the Imperial Suite, for a total of 52 rooms that can be rented out.

RATIONALE
Initially, Varindar was a receptionist at the hotel, as well as a one of the hotel's swimmers attached to the hotel's pool. When the Ta'jar Blood Gang's moneylaundering scheme was uncovered, the Silver Jedi Order seized the hotel from the crime ring. Afterwards, it scrambled to find someone that could act as the general manager of the Crown Nebula by combing the staff in the hotel's payroll at the time and Varindar was reluctantly placed in that position. Once she assumed the position, the Order gave her a virtual carte blanche to run the hotel according to her wishes, and so she tried her hardest to make sure the hotel would actually meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. She then swore to run it as a refuge of integrity and transparency in a jungle of scum and villainy.

Rationale: APEX under Brae's guidance (after she founded it from parts of the Ascendancy's military industrial complex) continues to grow. The fast, efficient, and incredibly innovative company has already invented a new material that is far superior to their competitors, and will hopefully help elevate them to the top of the weapons and armor manufacturing. Recent developments with being tasked with building space-craft weaponry and starting out on an expedition to gain old imperial knowledge have given them the insight to start building spacecraft as well.

Description: APEX Technologies is an innovative military technology corporation found primarily throughout Chiss space. The company is relatively new although the assets, personnel, and products have been in production for quite a while. Once apart of the Chiss military-industrial complex, the factories, laboratories, and offices were legitimized and partially privatized by Crahsystor Brae'owiawo'theyiri. The aim of the company is to ultimately serve Brae'owiawo'theyiri's needs. However, the company also seeks to improve the prestige and power of the Chiss species.

The company itself prioritizes armor and weapon manufacturing, seeing little need for droids or other frivolities of civilian life. The profits from selling off-world ultimately are used to increase the corporation's capability to innovate and produce and ultimately be able to produce better equipment for the Chiss military and to a much greater extent than the state-owned companies that pre-existed APEX.

However, with the recent atrocities against Chiss and the devastation of the Chiss Worlds, this economic might is mainly being funneled into rebuilding what was destroyed by the previous overlords of the Chiss people. This has lead to continued expansion of the chiss homeworld of Csilla and the major Chiss world Csaus to give Chiss citizens jobs.

And so they have, APEX has grown and provided thousands of Chiss with jobs and a way of life that the Iron Empire and their predecessors had taken away from this proud people. Great factories and state of the art Labs have given this corporation an edge that none other on the Chiss worlds can compete with other than the Ascendancy itself.

Description:
Before Merger:
The Umbrella Interest Company, originally was a Healer Guild project in search for a molecular cure all, Project Cleansing. Admiral Jaster Awuad lead the project as lead project manager to the Guilds Counsel. He followed a lead and legend of a talisman that could create a Sith spawn that is resistant to all physical illnesses, the Sith Spawn Artifacts. Though after a year of searching he found a lead and requested further funding. Funding a Sith object would have placed a bad position for the Guild being a neutral political organization. In secrecy though the guild leader, set Jaster on a slush fund balance to fund the project. In return through Jasters company was to be a cover pharmaceutical provider for the guild, providing medical equipment and factory's. Jaster agreed to these terms and was given secrete permission to continue research as a private organization on the planet Monastery. Factory's turning out manufacturing medical pharmaceutical, and Medical Equipment. The Biological Engineering labs create genetically combinations for different results.There were all created at a 75% discount to the Healers Guild as they continued to fund the research projects that Umbrella use to create more medical supplies.

After Merger:
After several years as an independent company, it became a leading partner of the United Trade Conglomerate where Jaster became Viceroy. He neglected the company for a couple of years after that to explore the Unknown Region for new Resources as well as Trade Routes. Little to no real large projects were coming out of the company. After the conglomerate base worlds was taken over by the First Order, Jaster made a drastic change. He killed the board members and took the Conglomerate for himself merging his own company with the larger conglomerate. Merged, his company and the larger conglomerate into one unit and him as the leader, the company changed its name to the United Trading Conglomerate and became transport of Raw Metals and Agriculture Good along the Galactic South, as well as the Core and Hutt Territories. They continued to explore and find new routes through the Unknown Region to finally connect the Core Worlds to the Galactic East and West. It is also their main goal to find and secure planets trade rights to the rest of the galaxy before another organization is able to do so.

DESCRIPTION
Koensayr Manufacturing was once a well known company that produced most of the starship components used onboard the many starships throughout the galaxy. It was once known that 1/5th of all the starships in the galaxy had Koensayr equipment onboard ehile also creating imperssive star ships such as the BTL-A4 Y-wing assault starfighter/bomber and BTL-S8 K-wing assault starfighter. The sale of starship parts was 72% of the profits Koensayr Manufacturing acquired.

RATIONALE

Near the end of the previous owner's run as head of Koensayr Manufacturing, Zahori had recieved insider info, informing her that the purchase of the majority of the shares would greatly benefit her in short time. And so it did, the previous owner forfeited the remaining shares not longer after Zahori made her stake in the company and, considering she had the most of the owned shares, she became owner of the company and purchased the shares in limbo.

This is a canon company.

DESCRIPTION

Arceneau Trade Company began its true expansion with the Southern Systems Business Bazaar. As the interest and attendee counts within the expositions and auctions increased every year, the decision was made to realign the Southern Systems Business Bazaar into its own entity within Arceneau Trade Company.

The Southern Systems Business Bazaar originated on Tatooine, based off several stations orbiting the world.It has now spread through Arceneau Trade Company beyond Tatooine to Corellia, Breentaal IV, Sullust, Terminus, Etti IV, Endor, Ryloth, Linana, and Telos, typically on stations where multiple hyperlanes connect.

RATIONALE

The creation and success of the South Systems Syndicate Business Bazaar Minor Faction was the inspiration to our current Chaos Marketplace. The Bazaar provides an IC an OOC venue for PC characters to roleplay in a marketplace, with Danger providing Holonet updates and spotlights. It’s annual Expos and Auctions typically span two weeks and provide businesses opportunities for sponsorships, contracts, and successful profits for all businesses involved.

It was originally expanded through Arceneau Trade company, with trade stations via it's locations and headquarters providing a hub for the Southern Systems Business Bazaar. Description:
Before Merger:
The Umbrella Interest Company, originally was a Healer Guild project in search for a molecular cure all, Project Cleansing. Admiral Jaster Awuad lead the project as lead project manager to the Guilds Counsel. He followed a lead and legend of a talisman that could create a Sith spawn that is resistant to all physical illnesses, the Sith Spawn Artifacts. Though after a year of searching he found a lead and requested further funding. Funding a Sith object would have placed a bad position for the Guild being a neutral political organization. In secrecy though the guild leader, set Jaster on a slush fund balance to fund the project. In return through Jasters company was to be a cover pharmaceutical provider for the guild, providing medical equipment and factory's. Jaster agreed to these terms and was given secrete permission to continue research as a private organization on the planet Monastery. Factory's turning out manufacturing medical pharmaceutical, and Medical Equipment. The Biological Engineering labs create genetically combinations for different results.There were all created at a 75% discount to the Healers Guild as they continued to fund the research projects that Umbrella use to create more medical supplies.

After Merger:
After several years as an independent company, it became a leading partner of the United Trade Conglomerate where Jaster became Viceroy. He neglected the company for a couple of years after that to explore the Unknown Region for new Resources as well as Trade Routes. Little to no real large projects were coming out of the company. After the conglomerate base worlds was taken over by the First Order, Jaster made a drastic change. He killed the board members and took the Conglomerate for himself merging his own company with the larger conglomerate. Merged, his company and the larger conglomerate into one unit and him as the leader, the company changed its name to the United Trading Conglomerate and became transport of Raw Metals and Agriculture Good along the Galactic South, as well as the Core and Hutt Territories. They continued to explore and find new routes through the Unknown Region to finally connect the Core Worlds to the Galactic East and West. It is also their main goal to find and secure planets trade rights to the rest of the galaxy before another organization is able to do so.

DESCRIPTION
Utai Magic Circle is located in the New Barkesh neighborhood of the planetary capital of the Fourth Moon of Utapau, Kessil. On the first floor of the central turret, is a countertop that serves as the storefront where the catalog of all available alchemical enhancements for sale will be found, alongside a venipuncture station for all the blood requirements, where sterile implements are used to this end, using standard medical protocol for venipuncture. Due to the requirement of having samples of the client's blood in the alchemical process, the client is required to come to Janick in person to get orders made and processed. Utai Magic Circle is a workshop that manufactures made-to-order alchemical items with the client's needs in mind, with a preference for items that will be used by the client on a regular basis. Usually Utai Magic Circle will prefer that the client will come with the item they wish to alchemize before processing an order. Sometimes Utai Magic Circle will perform a background check on the more suspicious cases but special or more complex commissions often are prioritized over more mundane ones, despite their more time-consuming nature. Nevertheless, Utai Magic Circle will often encourage non-Force-users to place orders for alchemized items as good-luck charms, for those more superstitious, if honest, clients.

At this point, its alchemical reputation is more centered on food and liquor, with support for alcoholism victims being a cause readily embraced by Utai Magic Circle, and even started selling alchemical starship components. With the sale of alchemical starship components, the Circle started its own charitable foundation in order to help victims of alcoholic abuse, which only increased in scope with the addition of crystallography.

RATIONALE
When Janick first learned alchemy, she first wanted alchemized items for herself. She began alchemizing items as a business when it became obvious that even people who were unable to use the Force could still benefit from talismanic uses of alchemized items. While at the beginning, Janick was only able to alchemize rather simple items and to give the items rather straightforward effects to the wearer, the owner aims big and desires to one day be able to alchemize starship components. Hopefully she will achieve her hopes and make her dream come true and hence leave her mark on the alchemical history.
