Corporation Name: Holowan Laboratories

Headquarters: Halowan

Locations: Halowan, Alabash, Doneer'so

Operations:
- Weapons manufacturing
- Droid developing & manufacturing
- Starship developing & manufacturing

Rationale:
After procuring a small fortune of credits thanks to his days as an Acolyte, the Sith Knight Ballen-Ist set out to secure a foundation of power for his own. Having heard rumors provided by his old business partner Kelan the Hutt, the Sith ventured from Hok to Halowan in an effort to seek out the trans-system data storage library. With the vast wealth of information it possessed, Ballen-Ist quickly learned about the planet and its past, and other locations in the surrounding Fakir sector. He took a particular interest in the Clone Wars era history of Halowan, due to the infamous IG-series droids which were infamous for their assassination capabilities. Throughout the centuries, Holowan Laboratories had gone under many times, first due to rogue droids and then later the Gulag Plague.

Acting swiftly, the Sith took his case to the higher ups of the planet and was able to purchase rights to the company and all related products. Then was the hiring process, wherein Ballen-Ist placed loyal subordinates at the top and locals as labor. Though he had exhausted a majority of his credits, Ballen-Ist would finally have a reliable source of income, and protection to top it off. With his ties to the Hutts, Ballen-Ist arranged shipping deals through third-parties that would bring the materials necessary for construction and production to Alabash in exchange for discounted services and special products on behalf of the company. Knowing that he would need to expand further to keep the business stable, the Sith set out to seek those capable of furthering his progress.

Tier: 3

Description:
Based within the Fakir system, Holowan Laboratories is an independent weapons and droids manufacturing company, which was well known for its production of the IG-series and the Electrostaff during the Clone Wars. Though currently unaligned with any of the war efforts, Holowan Laboratories specialized in products capable of combating force users, establishing a general target audience that would want to purchase the services of the company. Though it isn't exactly a front, Holowan Laboratories had labeled their products as security droids, in order to bypass certain laws at the time and disassociate themselves with the infamous Confederacy of Independent Systems. Continuing that standard to this very day, Holowan Laboratories aims to provide to those of status in need of protection, and is even willing to work out private manufacturing deals if the price is right.

While there is no nefarious ulterior motive to the company, most are well aware of how their products are put to use, and will not do a thing about it. Having always been a shady organization, Holowan Laboratories continues that legacy on to this day, simply more underground this time around. The main headquarters are based on Halowan within the corporate sector of the planet, while the production of products transpires on the remote volcanic planet of Alabash, where there is little to hinder the process excluding the deadly environment. The droid and weapons production facility is of moderate size, requiring only a small amount of shielding from the harsh surrounding of the planet.

Once revived, Holowan Laboratories went straight to work, developing new products while also attempting to recover those of old. The IG-SP was their first majorly produced item, distributed all throughout the Fakir sector to announce the company's emergence. Centuries ago, Holowan Laboratories was focused solely on the manufacturing of droids and weaponry, however this too has changed with their expansion to the planet Doneer'so. With the support and protection Holowan had provided the surrounding planets with, it wasn't long before the city Tokks'vik agreed to their terms, starting up their shipyard once more in return for further protection, and local employment to boost their economy. While specialty items such as the HH-01 and IG-800 are still made and available for order, Holowan Laboratories has diverted a large amount of their attention to maintaining the shipyard of Tokks'vik, where their fleet undergoes repairs, along with the development of new vessels to be used by themselves and the general public.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION
 • Workshop Name: Utai Magic Circle
 • Location: Utapau Alchemy Castle, Fourth Moon of Utapau
 • Specialty: Alchemy
 • Tier: 3
DESCRIPTION
Utai Magic Circle is located in the New Barkesh neighborhood of the planetary capital of the Fourth Moon of Utapau, Kessil. On the first floor of the central turret, is a countertop that serves as the storefront where the catalog of all available alchemical enhancements for sale will be found, alongside a venipuncture station for all the blood requirements, where sterile implements are used to this end, using standard medical protocol for venipuncture. Due to the requirement of having samples of the client's blood in the alchemical process, the client is required to come to Janick in person to get orders made and processed. Utai Magic Circle is a workshop that manufactures made-to-order alchemical items with the client's needs in mind, with a preference for items that will be used by the client on a regular basis. Usually Utai Magic Circle will prefer that the client will come with the item they wish to alchemize before processing an order. Sometimes Utai Magic Circle will perform a background check on the more suspicious cases but special or more complex commissions often are prioritized over more mundane ones, despite their more time-consuming nature. Nevertheless, Utai Magic Circle will often encourage non-Force-users to place orders for alchemized items as good-luck charms, for those more supertitious, if honest, clients.

At this point, its alchemical reputation is more centered on food and liquor, with support for alcoholism victims being a cause readily embraced by Utai Magic Circle, although big projects are in the works for the future of Utai Magic Circle, which involve starship components.

RATIONALE

When Janick first learned alchemy, she first wanted alchemized items for herself. She began alchemizing items as a business when it became obvious that even people who were unable to use the Force could still benefit from talismanic uses of alchemized items. While at the beginning, Janick was only able to alchemize rather simple items and to give the items rather straightforward effects to the wearer, the owner aims big and desires to one day be able to alchemize starship components. Hopefully she will achieve her hopes and make her dream come true and hence leave her mark on the alchemical history.

Company: Eidolon Supplies & Transport

Modification Made: Switching from a Tier 1 Company to a Tier 1 Workshop

Rationale: The workshop format suits Eidolon better because it's not meant to produce items en masse. It's mainly an avenue for me to make alchemised items, artefacts and so on. Realistically, mass production of such devices is near-impossible and probably undesirable. They tend to be unique or semi-unique. Moreover, the practical gains of company expansion such as the ability to field fleets and build warships are less important for Eidolon. Or Sumoko, for that matter. So I feel that it would fit better in the Workshop format.

John Ash

Only by Fire do we become Ash.
Company: Ashhearth Industries

Modification Made: Upgrade from tier 2 to 3; Add location to Pii system with a factory and headquarters moved there (can/will make a thread of moving headquarters if need be)
Rationale: To reflect the growth of the company as it expands

Pertinent Development Threads:
New Submission:
Corporation Name: Ashhearth Industries

Headquarters: Nar Shaddaa

Locations:
-Pii System: HQ, factory
-Nar Shaddaa: Salvage yard/research workshop
-Lannik: Salvage yard
-Dressel: Product factory

Operations: Salvage and production of vehicles and starships.

Rationale: John came into some credits after completing a high profile bounty and decided to create Ashhearth Industries. He did this to try and generate more credits since he had a large pool of expendable credits for the first time in his life. He decided upon salvage, exporting of raw materials, and production of vehicles and starships since they were industries he was more familiar with already having lived on both Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa. So he went looking for some established locations around Nar Shaddaa and the Mara Corridor. He eventually acquired some properties, not all by legal means, and hired workers known for their skill in the trades, such as jawas. With everything in place, John started up Ashhearth Industries and set things up so he didn't have to run it directly.

Tier: 3

Description: Ashhearth Industries is a company that focuses on multiple operations that work together to make a profit. Salvage operations based out of the headquarters on Nar Shaddaa head out to salvage ships that have crashed or become derelict. The salvage operations off of the resource rich planet Lannik send re-purposed materials all over the galaxy thanks to the Mara Corridor hyperlane. And then there is the production of vehicle and starships operations based off of Dressel based off of designs created at the salvage yard/research workshop on Nar Shaddaa. The salvage operations work to supply the production operations with everything they need to manufacture products.

Ashhearth Industries operates off of the principle of credit is king. They will sell to nearly anyone who provides them with enough credits to pay. They will stick to mostly legal and legitimate jobs, but will take on the less so ones if the pay out is good enough. This includes salvaging ships that do not belong to them and they do not have the rights to salvage, smuggling materials onto planets and into systems they are banned/restricted on, and using other companies parts in their products. The company does care about its employees. They do what they can to take care of their employees, so long as they do their job and work hard.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION

 • Location: Denon
 • Specialty: Creation of alchemical items, occult research.
 • Tier: Tier 1.
DESCRIPTION

Even Dark Masters need to make money somehow. With the disbandment of the Inquisition and the implosion of the Atrisian Empire, Sumiko was freed from her leash, but also cut off from Imperial funds. She spent some time as a private contractor, selling her skill as a fighter, spy and Sith sorceress to the highest bidder. As her ambition grew, she entered into a partnership with Darth Shadow, who offered to pass on his knowledge of Sith alchemy and sorcery to her in return for assistance. Denon was chosen as a headquarters because the planet is covered by a megacity, which means there's a lot of customers and plenty of anonymity.

Naturally both had their own motivations, but for the time being the arrangement suited both. After Shadow's apparent death at the hands of Siobhan Kerrigan, Sumiko took charge. Since most of the Sith's minions were droids and Illyria fell in line, the takeover was quite smooth. Officially, Eidolon & Supplies Transport sells antiques and valuable art, operating under a rather mundane cover. Its real purpose is to create and sell items constructed with Sith alchemy to those who desire them. Of course, this means that discretion is very important, especially since Sith have a rather poor reputation in the current political climate.

Sumiko vets all customers herself and makes most items herself. The business is small, but has potential for growth. Since it's a business run by a rather amoral lady whose main concern is profit, it does not turn away customers for violating moral standards or otherwise discriminate. Commissions are handled discreetly and professionally. The workshop is not publicly associated with Sumiko Tanaka, who runs it under an alias and employs techniques such as Force Clouding and Force Concealment to obscure her true alignment. The Dark Eldorai Illyria acts as as troubleshooter, 'acquisition specialists' and assistant in the alchemical creation process. The items created by the workshop tend to be of a rather dark nature, which means that darksiders are the likeliest customers.

RATIONALE

In a Galaxy of innumerable worlds, there is a power far mightier than the Force or fleets of battlecruisers: The Almighty Credit. Even Dark Masters require a source of income, even if that is generated via pillaging. In order to achieve this, Sumiko Tanaka agreed to become Darth Shadow's partner when he invested his funds into the creation of a private workshop that would sell artefacts and alchemised devices, which tallied with her own interests.

Unfortunately, their partnership was cut short when Shadow was seemingly killed in his duel with the Dark Jedi Siobhan Kerrigan, leaving Sumiko the sole owner. After coopting Shadow's apprentice Illyria, Sumiko has taken the reins. Sumiko has a passion for arcana and studied the teachings of Sorzus Syn since acquiring her holocron during a quest. Through her time with the Witchmasters, Sumiko gained a basic understanding of the creation process for Dathomiri amulets and talismans.

Company: Firemane Industries & Technology
Modification Made: Change HQ from Mon Calamari to Alderaan, remove Gallos and Etti IV from locations, add Corellia. Adding minor fluff to description.
Rationale: Change of HQ location reflects IC developments. Firemane was based on Mon Calamari during a time when it had a very close relationship with the Silver Sanctum Coalition/Silver Jedi Order/Levantine Sanctum. While SJO is still a faction it would do business with, both groups have gone their separate ways. Likewise, Firemane seeks to work more closely with the Free Worlds Coalition.

Pertinent Development Threads:
 • The Times They Are A Changing: Firemane troops aid the Corellian League in reclaiming their planet and set up a base.
 • The Sun Rises again: Firemane and the future Queen of Alderaan cooperate regarding the reconstruction of Atrisia, laying the groundwork for future relations.
 • To Dine On Mountains High: Firemane operatives Taryc Ap'Irae and Elpsis Elaris socialise at a ball on Alderaan. Firemane support is promised to the Alderaanian royal family, should they require it.
 • Aftermath: General thread for the future development of Firemane, including plans for expansion.

New Submission:

Corporation Name: Firemane Industries and Technology (FIT)

Headquarters: Alderaan

Locations: Tygara, Seltos, Arkas, Nubia, Mandalore, Tabaqui, Corellia, Laekia, Sullust, Dahomey, Gromas.

Operations:
 • Design and manufacturing of military technology (armour, weapons, planetary defences, vehicles, starships)
 • Mining
 • Exploration
 • Military contracting
 • Construction
Rationale: After stepping down as Lady Protector of the Omega Protectorate, Tegaea Alcori was given permission to form a company encompassing part of Star Corp’s Omega Industries. The idea was that Firemane would eventually expand outside the Protectorate. The Eldorai Queen gave them permission to use Kaeshana as a starting base.

Tier: 6. Firemane is now a truly galactic enterprise.

Restricted Material Specialty: Phrik

Description:
When Tegaea Alcori was nearly killed by the Sith Assassin Kaelin Isandros she was unable to continue her work as Lady Protector of the Omega Protectorate. Forced to resign, and with Siobhan soon following the couple withdrew to the planet of Kaeshana and Tegaea recovered there under the protection of the Queen.

Through almost entirely legitimate means, her and Siobhan Kerrigan had managed to acquire a substantial fortune through her time with Omega Pyre and the Protectorate. Due to clauses in her contract and later agreements she had acquired a percentage of all profits made on Dahomey and Vandelhelm, and even owned stakes in the planets personally. This made it easier to set down roots on Kaeshana and look to the future.

After realising that a life of leisured retirement was not for her just yet, Tegaea created the aptly named Firemane Industries and Technology. With backing from the Eldorai Matriarchy, the company set up a research and military technology division in Santaissa. This was to help the Eldorai catch up to the galactic tech level, but also to provide useful technology to sell to others. The goal of this company was to expand operations on Dahomey and Vandelhelm to other planets and becoming a mining and shipping concern in the Protectorate.

In all, this company had the potential for significant profits and great expansion. Tegaea Alcori became CEO, Siobhan Vice President. Crown Princess Anya Venari served as executive PA and head of operations until she became Queen herself following her sister's assassination.

After Anya Venari took the throne under the regnal name Tirathana VII, Firemane received the full backing of the Eldorai monarchy. It received a mandate to modernise the Eldorai army, expanded its operations into mining, and beyond, forming a profitable business relationship with Salacia Consolidated and the Abregado-Rae Guild of Hammers. Vice President Siobhan Kerrigan's exceptional combat skills earned her considerable profit and new clients. Over time, the firm expanded beyond the Protectorate and added exploration of worlds cut off from the Galaxy by the Dark Ages to its portfolio.

TIER V:
The impending doom of Kaeshana forced Firemane to diversify and expand its operations considerably. Now able to produce giant warships for the Silver Sanctum Coalition, move vast populations, conduct trade deals with Mandalorian and Republic alike, the company had come a long way since its humble beginnings.

Tier VI:

Kaeshana has been destroyed, but thanks to Firemane many Eldorai were saved from the cataclysm. Firemane has solidifed its alliance with the Silver Coalition and put down roots on Tygara. It has forged alliances with local rulers and has dedicated itself to developing the largely pre-industrial planet and ending slavery, though this goes hand in hand with Firemane expanding its own power base like a state entity would. The corporation provides private security, performs mining operations and develops military technology for sale on the market. Rather than trying to develop an intergalactic reach, the company has focused its activities in Coalition and Mandalorian space, though it maintains tertiary operations in what used to be Omega Protectorate territory.

It maintains a firm partnership with the Eldorai and their Queen, though the alliance was put to the test by recent events on Kaeshana. The corporation merges the culture and principles of the old Omega Pyre and the Eldorai. As a result, it it has a rather distinct martial culture and heterogenous Force traditions amongst its employees. Its leaders are fully integrated into Eldorai nobility as peers and run what can be described as their own fiefdom. Owing to the military background of its directors and many senior employees, military ranks are ubiquitous in the company.

Firemane can be described as a hybrid of corporation, Dark Jedi paramilitary force and matriarchal feudal dynasty. Its management operates per the principles of 'maternalist, benevolent despotism'. The company is loyal to its employees', takes care of their needs, welfare and provides educational opportunities for their children, but is rather autocratic. In addition, power is concentrated in the Kerrigan-Alcori clan and their inner circle, whose members are considered a sort of extended family. It maintains a nondenominated Forcer programme and has attracted a variety of magi from various Force traditions. Many have ample cause to oppose or hate Sith. Firemane's Force-using arm is called the Order of Fire, which is personally run by Siobhan Kerrigan. Most of its members are Grey Force-users or Dark Jedi.

While its conventional forces are comparatively small, they are well-trained, disciplined, loyal and equipped with a potent arsenal of anti-Forcer weapons, which goes back to the Omegan background of the corporation's leaders. Moreover, Firemane recruits native sepoys on worlds such as Tygara and Arkas to supplement the regular corporate troops. Many of these native recruits are freed slaves, which makes them particularly motivated and loyal to their corporate mistresses. On the flip side, though Firemane has strict rules of engagement, it has been accused of using methods that could be described as overkill during its military engagements and having a very militarist culture, as well as acting as a law unto itself.

For a long time, Firemane Industries had a very close relationship with the Silver Sanctum Coalition. For a while, Lady Kerrigan was a member of the Sanctum Assembly before stepping down. Firemane constructed their war fleet and assisted them in their expansionary ventures and in fortifying their worlds. However, relations have soured since the the Battle of Ruusan. Although Firemane still does business with the Coalition and is based in their territory, they are now a client among many instead of an ally. Firemane is aiming to expand its operations to areas in the Galaxy beyond the boundaries of Silver Sanctum space. To this end, it sought closer ties with both the Galactic Alliance and the Mandalorian Clans. To this end, it provided aid to the former for the reconstruction of Coruscant after its liberation.

Recently, Firemane was an active participant in the First Order-Galactic Alliance War, a conflict that was sparked by a clash between both powers on the desolate wasteland of Kaeshana. Having spearheaded a humanitarian mission to aid the Eldorai who'd been left behind on the planet, Firemane was very invested in combating the First Order.

In present times, Firemane is looking towards new horizons. In particular, its exploration division is being strengthened, as the company intends to explore new worlds on the galactic fringe. Tegaea Alcori recently stepped down from the Board of Control, though she retains an honorary position. This leaves Siobhan Kerrigan as Executive CEO. Galina Kerrigan-Alcori, the couple's adopted daughter, is the heiress to the corporate empire.

He had specially built droids from the locals bought in order to collect the metal that his droids could not. He had a small outpost built with the capability to produce nothing larger than a small anti-personal tank, due to constraints placed on him monetarily and time wise.

Description: Ultimatum founded the company mostly for the production of robotic bodies for his own use. Specifically he intends on the bodies to be made specialized for singular goals rather than generic capabilities. He also intended it to be a producer of relatively small tech that could be used in case of danger. He made certain that the company would be relatively hidden from the majority of the galaxy. He sees each planet as important resources, not to be drained frivolously, as such he prefers to make any material collection within a sustainable rate. In the cases that sustainable resources are not possible, metals and other such, he tries to avoid collecting large quantities and then not using it. He prefers to keep the company under the radar, however if people find out about it he would be willing to create small pieces of technology. All droids who work there are under the command of Ultimatum via the Ultimatum Replacement Program making their loyalty solely to him.
