Rationale: A dancer by profession during her most of her life, Joza Perl was trained on Zeltros, the galaxy's party capital. Even though she left her home for more galactic pursuits, Joza continued to occasionally take to the stage in order to both alleviate homesickness and make a few credits. No longer satisfied with giving simple performances, Joza opened a small studio in the urban center of Lianna in order to pass on her skills and make headway into the entertainment industry by hiring out performers. her name in the entertainment industry.

Heartbeat House has expanded steadily over the years and has successfully penetrated the entertainment industry, purchasing and building clubs, brothels, spas and resorts. The company is also heavily involved in providing humanitarian aid to the galaxy, focusing on the enslaved and civilians on war-ravaged worlds. This is marked by the production of numerous clinics, medical ships and aid teams sent to hot zones in order to extract and treat innocents caught in the crossfire of war and other deadly events.

Description:


Heartbeat House has several instructors that teach various forms of exotic dance and entertainment. The company has a steadily growing cache of trained dancers who are available to be hired out for various events, subject to approval from Joza.

Though not known to the public, the basement level of Heartbeat House serves as a safe haven for runaway and escaped slaves. The idea occurred to Joza after she aided in the rescue of a young Twi’lek dancer who was to be sold as a slave, Amirah. Joza offered Amirah a paid position as a Heartbeat House dancer, but upon learning that the Twi’lek had nowhere else to go, allowed her to stay in the studio until she got back onto her feet. Now that she has more space and a place to fit the wayward souls, Joza works privately with her own contacts to shelter ex-slaves with nowhere else to go. In exchange, they work as dancers, housekeepers and security for her until they reunite with their families or earn enough to establish themselves elsewhere, should they wish to. Heartbeat has several safe houses on different planets for this purpose.

Heartbeat’s expansion is marked by the debut of several pheromone infused cosmetics which inspired the opening of a boutique next door to the studio that sells body care products, clothing and accessories. Special ordered textiles as well as covert weaponry and armor can be purchased over the holonet or in private business deals. Heartbeat is a huge proponent of abolition and often shelters refugees from slavery, war and other conflicts while providing psychiatric and medical aid. Several medical and refugee stations have been built to reflect this and expand the care that Heartbeat can offer to the galaxy. In addition, Heartbeat has built several clinics on various worlds in order to help bring more accessible health care to those who need it.

Aside from aid, Heartbeat’s other main focus is in the entertainment industry. The company owns several clubs of varying class on Zeltros and Coruscant, and has its own line of dancers for hire.

Rationale: Using the proceeds of a moneylaundering scheme involving a sizeable number of nova crystals, Dunames purchased a fleet of ships, mostly light freighters. And she then proceeded to hire pilots and make a schedule of routes for interplanetary travel. At the beginning, she also used Star Tours to smuggle and implement her own moneylaundering scheme, involving security deposits. But, in order to operate in First Order space, she had to modify the way she conducts smuggling to appear legitimate. In the end, these efforts paid off and the space line is operational.

Description: Star Tours operates space flights from their original six bases, Spaceport THX1138, Tomorrowland Spaceport, Nar Shaddaa, Hosnian Prime, Lanteeb and Ringo Vinda using a fleet made up of over one hundred ships, which they use for regular passenger services as well as for vacation packages. They also offer two levels of cargo services: some clients are content with using Star Tours as they would any other space shipping company, while others would desire, at a premium, which includes a security deposit, to have their cargo delivered safe from prying eyes and paying another layer of extra as security deposit if they need to schedule a stop due to the cargo necessitating a rush delivery. For this reason, some have been known to use Star Tours as a means of smuggling cargo and/or laundering money.

Cargo services have since expanded to include interplanetary travel of bulk freight, as well as of luxury cruises, with the advent of the Maersk-class bulk freighter in Star Tours service. As with its main supplier of starships, Star Tours swears to operate only using ships capable of landing on planets. In addition, Star Tours has been voted Most Improved Spaceline in 845 ABY by Hyperspace Traveler thanks to all seats being outfitted with holotrays for in-flight entertainment, meals designed from traditional cuisine at the endpoints of each flight, as well as a wide selection of in-flight duty-free shops. Its weekly in-flight magazine, Taking Off on a Star Tour, also covers the implication of the main galactic events on either their own activities or tourism at large, in addition to covering highlights of select destinations. Due to its involvement in the First Order's bread-and-circuses, Star Tours is nowadays more closely associated to the First Order especially since it systematically sponsors podraces in First Order space, and even deployed a ski resort on Mount Ison. Most importantly, it is one of the many sponsors of the Galactic Games.

In recent years, it is most notable for being the preeminent First Order shipping company. It has greatly expanded its network and entertainment offerings, both within and outside First Order space and, in recent years, it also operated a variety of entertainment facilities and spaceports, such as an amusement park on Jiroch-Reslia, a cinema complex on Druckenwell and a podrace track on Mindabaal. Finally, it started contributing to reconstruction efforts on Endor, Mindabaal and Rakata Beta, as well as completing its major project of rebuilding all the spaceports destroyed by the Primeval in what formerly was Primeval space.

Rationale: Galven used the vast amount of wealth he had from working with his family to start this company. He also used the profit he had made from the selling of an investment program that was more accurate in predicting future stocks for 40 million credits to a stock trader and receives 5% of the profits from it. This allowed him to easily set up a tier 2 company. He hoped to create a company in The Kathol Outback to support the relatively small Major Faction build its fleet.
With profits quickly coming in Hansol bought more land on Pergitor and bought a small trade outpost in the merchant district on the capital of Arcadia-N-30. This has been going well, and now hopes to get investors from larger corporations to grow to one of the largest mineral suppliers in the southern region of the galaxy.

Description: Hansol Mining Corporation was created to become a major mining exporter to the galaxy, but specifically The Kathol Outback. Galven Honsol admires the factions ability to give refuge to people and allow people to do whatever business they want to do; Hansol hopes to become a major mineral supplier to the faction and companies loyal to it. He started by placing the H.Q at the Capital of The Kathol Outback to establish good relations with them, then setting up a mining operation on the mineral rich Pergitor planet. With minerals quickly coming in Hansol set up a trade outpost on the busy trade world of Arcadia-N-30, and now has started to attempt to gain investors. Hansol is not afraid to be a monster, and due to Pergitor's unappealing landscape, he is not afraid to absolutely destroy the landscape, although if his public reputation becomes tarnished, he will make changes to increase it again, but will still be hard in the areas people don't see, such as business transactions between smaller enterprises, will always focus on his own personal gain.
Originally Hansol Mining Corporation begun by only mining, but as they grew closer to one faction or another, their focus began to change to a more military focus. The biggest advantage HMC has is that most of their materials are mined by themselves, allowing for their products to be cheaper than most others on the market. The largest advantage gained was the discovery of kyber in an asteroid field near Demonsgate, allowing for the creation of Resonance station, and development of kyber infused weapons.

Description: Owned by the Desilijic kajidic for centuries, it is one of the symbols of the clan's past. Jabba the Hutt's likeness was used in its logo since the company's inception in 3 ABY, it used to have been a major galactic fast-food chain by 420 ABY, but the Gulag marked a long decline in popularity for the chain as locations were forced to close, constraining it to remain in Hutt space for the four centuries to follow. In a bid by the Ringovindian government to root out criminal activities, it encouraged Ringo Vinda residents to purchase as many criminal-owned businesses as possible, and Pizza Hutt was targeted to serve as a counter to McYoda's, Mandalorian-owned MandalBurger and to First Order-owned TKFC. It only serves cheese made from biological nerf milk farming. Due to Hutt business mergers and acquisition practices, the price of buying the company was the same as its equity.

Like their forefathers, the Hutts Gorba, Kazbog, and their cousin Nor'baal Durga seek to return Kor Bareesh to habitability; but Kazbog is more concerned with recovering the lost riches and artifacts of the Hutt world than with terraforming it.

Rationale:

Gorba Bareesh Laglan, aka Gorba the Hutt, is a member of the Bareesh Hutt Kajidic. His father, Lorca, sought to expand Bareesh holdings and restore the kajidic to its former glory. However, Lorca lost a turf war against the younger Vermilic Kajidic and was assassinated. Fortunately, Gorba has managed to prevent Bareesh from becoming absorbed into Vermilic. He has taken over the family business as Kajidic Lorda. However, he is a young Hutt, likely to be ignored by the Hutt Council, and he faces many threats from the rival kajidii. Consequently, he is unlikely to govern from a central location, like most of the more venerable Hutt kajidii, but will instead take a more active role in the kajidic’s day-to-day business. [member="Nor'baal Durga Bareesh"] is his right hand man and is in charge of their web of infochants.

You are only permitted to use threads for one or the other. If you use Codex submissions as passive gains, I can't therefore use them for location additions. Because you are transitioning from T3 to T4 you may freely add a single location however.

That being said, if you wish to use your Codex submissions instead for location additions, you will need to choose a single "HQ" for those location submissions, as adding nearly eight submissions from a single Codex submission is skirting the guidelines of the process.

Rationale: Howlingfjord was created in November 2016, prior to the addition of Workshops to the Factory. As a singular artist and craftman, Kiriko produces object d'art that are Unique or Semi-Unique. It was never the intention of the writer that any minor or mass produced items be made, as the goal was always to create masterpieces in small number. At the time I accepted that growing in Tier would never be an option, nor would it provide any incentive to what Kiriko was doing with the company. A Tier 1 Company aptly described what Kiriko was doing with Howlingfjord under the old rule set. For the same reason, operating Howlingfjord as a Workshop makes sense for what the Workshop rule set seems to anticipate, and allows me to take advantage of the Tier Up process to further Kiriko's character development as a craftsman.

DESCRIPTION
Howlingfjord is the name by which the works of Kiriko Howlingfjord are put up at crafts fairs and bazaars. Under most circumstances, the items are intended for a single owner and, as such, are presented as gifts rather than sold as merchandise. When items are sold, it is usually for a specific effort to raise awareness so that a charitable donation of the earnings can be made. As his materials are either provided to him by the Jedi Order, Sasori Research, or obtained by him directly (such as through crystal cave expeditions) there are no manufacturing costs to him other than the investment of time and effort. As Kiriko is a student of [member="Matsu Ike"], some materials are passed down through Sasori's crafting subsidiary, Wey'lan Dyu'tani.

RATIONALE
Kiriko is a traditional Jedi Artisan, producing utilitarian items and object d'art alike as he studies and practices his craft. This sub serves as establishing an entity for use as a reference when submitting factory or codex submissions derived from his training and development as a blacksmith and artisan. The products will be Unique, Semi-Unique or Limited in scope, as befitting the nature of the activity. As a student of the Silver Jedi, Voss is the center of where his learning takes place; however, Rhen Var is the location of the smithy and forge he ordinarily uses, comprising the locations for the submission. Also, as a student of [member="Matsu Ike"], there is a de facto relationship with Sasori Research which manifests itself in that Kiriko's studies are often resourced with materials made available through its subsidiaries.

Rationale: House thul had to find a new home, and found one and resettled Elysian. After rebuilding her settlements, and her people. She set about rebuilding her company, and expanding her range of weapons, and her military forces. To help supplement the income of the planet, to help build up the facilities on the planet.

Description: House thul Estates, is a military order. As such all developments are designed to improve, and increase the size of personal forces. As such anything to do with armament, she tends to specializes in. As it keep her House Thul Troops with best equipment she can build, and buy selling the arms and armour to galaxy. She can protect her new home world better, from any attacks or unwanted outside influence. Also by having a Private Military Contractor role, she can see the help protect her people interest abroad.

Mining she set up mines, on her new home world and abroad to give her best materials she can find to work with. She believes in giving her troops, and those that fight alongside her the best she can. So Mines for material, training for troops, and factories for weapons, factories are staffed by ex service personnel, so if their injured and can still work they know they have job. Doing what ever they can do to help the people of Elysian and House Thul. Clothes coming from the company are of good quality, and can be tailor made.
