During the period when the Techno Union controlled the Naboo system, its leaders sought for stable and profitable leadership. The Mandalorian Clan Rekali reached out to Techno Union Foreman Draco Vereen with an offer to helm Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps. Alec Rekali, the Clan Father's granddaughter, was asked to take the reins of the small shipwright as part of her ongoing education, in preparation for the day when she might fill the same function for the Clan as a whole. She paid for a controlling interest in Theed Palace out of her own pocket, using the proceeds of a notorious heist on Nar Shaddaa some years ago. Her goal was to preserve and uphold copyrights entrenched in Naboo law, and to improve the venerable shipwright's profile on the galactic scene.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]After a period of substantial growth, however, Clan Rekali's other interests came to the fore. Using Theed Hangar's Coreward expansion as a pretext, Clan Rekali stole a major Republic shipyard. In the ensuing public relations backlash, the executives of Theed Hangar banded together to secure new investment and stage a hostile takeover of their own company. They bought out Alec Rekali's share entirely.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Further growth saw Theed Hangar swell far beyond its original mandate. Around the time when King Marcello Matteo’s term ended and Queen Jamie Pyne took the throne of Naboo, Theed Hangar and the Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps were spun off to their original function and scale. I was under the impression that unique items were just that, and could be utilized. Never saw the unique were treated the same as the comission threads.

I was believing that the unique items were different from comissions, given that it even shows them as separate. My thinking was if they had to correlate, then there would consistently be an equal number, no?

They were provided to the Galactic Alliance for member of the month rewards. I can try and track them down but needless to say, they belong to other PC's.

edit: Loske Maston received the Ring of Konshi and Nubica Felidae received the Ring of Kiidk'yas. In the future, are we going to be required to hunt down who received what items, considering that these can land in the semi-unique territory and be semi prolific?

While the unique to semi unique items are the submissions crafted for others. I will edit that to ensure clarity in the rules.

Formed after the liquidation of most of his assets within the Gordian Reach Fa Holdings is Tai Fa’s newest venture.

At its core it is a corporation that scouts out possible opportunities within the Galaxy, swooping in and funneling money for their own goals. It might be a badly-managed stygium facility owned by a sentient buried under debt, or a monorail fallen into despair after a terrorist attack and a galaxy-wide plague.

Money is poured in, properties or assets or operations are bought, and then made profitable once again.

Rationale: Draco and Benji used their combined wealth to create the Company from the Ground Up. It has since undergone numerous changes in upper management, the only constant being the ever watchful presence of Draco Vereen. Certainly no business tycoon, it could be said the success of ArmaTech comes from the sheer force of will, rather than actual business acumen.

DESCRIPTION
The Founders, CEO Draco Vereen and COO Benji Idiro, combined their wealth to purchase equipment to outfit a small warehouse into a facility capable of manufacturing small amounts of equipment, forge rare materials, and design advanced systems. The company was created with the intention of producing high grade weapons and armor for individuals, the company is basically just and R&D department for unique and limited quantity equipment that requires significant funds to maintain. With only a small amount of manufacturing space it takes time to fabricate a single system or set of components. It serves as a source of credits for the two of them, and doubles as a gratifying hobby for Benji and a way to gain new equipment for Draco. Utilizing an experienced designer, a capable enforcer, and an acquisitions team, they were able to gain access to rare materials to produce advanced systems.

After moving to Mandalorian Space, making deals within the Techno Union, and branching into One Sith Space, ArmaTech re-branded into ArmaTech Industries, creating branches to handle the day to day operations of the vastly different operations the company had come to maintain. Moving the headquarters to the mid rim planet of Bothawui, using the Bothans steady infrastructure and the relative safety of the sector, to build a foundation upon. Expanding the large corporate cities to include operations on Hypori, and Roxuli, the company continued to focus on manufacturing on a grand scale, capable and willing to fulfill a major government's every need. As Foreman of the Techno Union, Draco used the position to expand the company's influence, taking over the military and driving the Union's military into his own agenda of expansion and profits. While it was only partially important to the company, it did offer it a number of secrets it otherwise would not have come by. After several green initiatives, a large portion of ArmaTech's manufacturing power is maintained by numerous Argent-class Manufacturing Dreadnoughts, Lwhekk-class Manufactoring Ships, and various other ships set up in uninhabited systems.

Recently CEO Draco Vereen stepped down from his position going into a well deserved retirement. He maintains sole ownership of the company but has entrusted its day to day operations to former Director Of Operations Markus Rach. Markus Rach is most notably a Republic Citizen and former Businessman from Taanab, and is one of the founding members of the company.
