Lightsabers deflect Lightning. Alchemized stuff can absorb it sometime. I use both regularly. And when this is done Imma meet some Sith to talk if possible.

But you all forget I don't have the ability to use the Force. I can't bring something over to me, and I can't redirect Janus' lightning. There was nothing between me and him but my energy sword (which is not a lightsaber, though it can stop a lightsaber blade). I literally had no defense against it.

Next time, however, I will.
