Objective: Chock the Rebellion

Drox was still holding the blockade and his Dominion Troopers were cleaning up what was left of the Clans influence on the planet. He was holding the perimeter of Fortress as he knew that attacking them would lead to a long and bloody battle. This was not needed as Drox was now in control of the planet and all its major cities and landing points. The resistance that Ronan tried to put up was tough, he lost a lot of conscripts and peacekeepers just to deal with small pockets. However, the Dominion had Planets of Resources and Manpower, and thus though they put up a good fight, without the help of their allies of Concord Dawn and Mandalore, the thousands of Troopers overpowered them by sheer numbers. Also keeping their leader and most veteran Clan Members within the Fortress, the moral of the common warriors could not overpower the numbers.

He planned on keeping the pressure on the.... what was it the Mandos called them... A'more? It was when he heard the voice of the close friend and mentor, that he remembered what they were called. A'lor... The Vocal Modifier that the fearsome man used, though sounds like any other Modifier, his voice was tough and gravelly that could cement fear in even the veteran Mandalorians.

a Dominion Trooper walked up to the Commander, "Lord, Marshal Jaster has informed us that he has entered the system and are on stand-by in orbit."

Just like the old man, Jaster was a man of military might. When Drox had asked the man to join them, he knew that the clan name of Awaud would have massive pull. The Awaud Clan were never named Dar'Mando, even had a seat on the Old A'lor Council before the fall into the Mandalorian Clans. They were a strong support for the Dominion now that they had some legitimacy. "Inform the Marshal that he can take command of the Space Forces and enforce the Blockade." The Lord then turned his attention back to the Fortress and the stubborn old man who stood before the might of the Dominion.

Actions:
Dominion Forces continue to fight small skirmishes with the dwindling Warriors of Clan Vizsla with both their superior air support and endless military numbers.

Aedan Miles was in his domain in this fight when he saw a large man throw a flag behind his ranks seeing the enemies reactions he smirked and charged forward igniting the silver blade of his lightsaber as he leapt over it and landed before it his lightsaber pike flashing out three times and piercing the helmets of three men watching their bodies fall he cracked his neck holding up his right hand he started to focus. Drawing upon the force he started to create a small ball of flame within his palm holding it up he absently tossed it behind him glancing back to see the ball of flame land on the flag and almost instantly catch the fabric on fire. Laughing manically he reached out seeing the man go to crush one of his men's head he yanked the soldier back to his side and darted forward swinging his lightsaber pike at the man's sword suddenly. "LOOK AT YOUR FLAG BURN YOU COWARDS THAT IS WHAT I THINK OF YOU AND YOUR LOT NOW GET OFF MY PEOPLE'S HOME PLANET!" His voice rang out suddenly amplified by the force as he drew it into himself starting to activate a pair of force powers his blows came faster and heavier by the passing second as he started to alternate from pushing forward to backing up Force Body and Force speed amplifying his whole form.

Objective: Air support

Aleksander sighed as he dropped into the command throne watching the enemy fleets retreat and one allied fleet pull back shrugging he started his ships forward to secure the space around Mandalore reports from his scouts coming in about a blockade over Wayland and enemy ships near Concord Dawn. Leaning his chin into his hand he watched as the holo display showed his gunships and bombers swarming down into the planets atmosphere and towards where his father fought they would proceed with bombing runs and other air support tasks while he turned his attention towards the conflict at Wayland. Weighing his choices he finally shrugged and dispatched a small portion of his force to go and assist those there. He watched as the choosen ships left the main portion of the fleet and oriented themselves towards Wayland for a brief hyperspace jump to reach it faster.

Objective: Protect the Mandalorian People

Jaster had received orders from his young Student. He was to hold a Blockade of Wayland and keep the planet in order. Once that traitor and naive A'lor was captured he would face a trial for betraying his people and selling them to the ideals of the mad men that were the leaders of Death Watch. He stood at the bridge of the Liberty Star Cruiser, looking out at the emptiness of space. He knew this sector, and he also knew that the fanatics of the Vizsla Clan wouldn't let Wayland be kept for long. Someone would come of them as soon as the opportunity presented itself.

The Centenarian Battlecruiser was fitted with a Gravity Well Generator, to hold the blockade they would need to keep this ship protected. Jaster had fought hundreds of Pirates and even a skirmish with the One Sith to know that the Generator was almost always the center of attention for attackers. The Fleet composition put them in a great situation, so he placed the Battlecruiser in the center of the fleet, flanked on the right by his ship and the left by the Destroyer. Then a Wedge formation was placed in front of them by a mixture of Spearheads and Spewer. The first line was in a Line Formation, where an interval of Hammerheads and Crusaders had intersecting lines of fire.

This was not needed as Drox was now in control of the planet and all its major cities and landing points.
There were cities on Wayland?

There were not cities on Wayland, just Fort Monroe and a hellish jungle filled with monsters of bygone eras and beasts horrific to behold. Literally Fuga was being contested at one of only two major points of interest and had not made any moves towards the other as Ronan, Alor of House Vizsla and cousin of Rach Vizla lead the defense of the planet. New Nystao had been destroyed by the Yuuzhan Vong many years before, and Mount Tantiss was more crater than mountain at this point from Clan Dem'adas drilling for Phrik and the Primeval excavating the ruins. Most of the population were tribal Myneyrshi in the jungles not aligned with anyone.

"Reversion in three." Rach's plan had been to drop into the system as close as possible to the planet and immediately begin cutting off the Dominion ground troops from their space support with superior flak weaponry and literally fill the sky above the dominion ground troops with massive explosive shells. However, he would be disappointed. "One." Their trajectory dropped them from hyperspace past the front line of frigates and what not, above the plane of the second group of Dominion starships. Fairly outsized on his own Rach was now positioned roughly above the grouping of enemy vessels closest to the planet with his own inverted so that both fleet's dorsal lines were exposed to one another.

"Open fire. All guns, fire at will!" The voice of the Old Fang rang across the bridge as the tactical relays exploded with enemy contacts all over the screen. Surrounded and in relatively poor position in regards to unleashing his full fire and focusing his weapons, it was more beneficial at the moment to simply put firepower in the void. Twenty three vulcan flak cannons began spewing out massive explosive flak shells in a myriad of directions, missiles dumb-fired in the appropriate general direction, mass driver weapons pointed at the array of Dominion vessels and began churning out death as quickly as the gun crews could react to the sudden reversion and order.

"Missile Disruption active NOW!"

"Order's relayed Likar'kalyr."

"Forward, take us into their heart. Drop fighters and tell em best of luck, stay out of our fields of fire." The grizzled veteran grimaced, and so it began. Deep in the bowels of the ship Sklor and his followers prepared to make their way to Fort Monroe to reinforce the beleaguered clan.

"Access has been denied, Goldenmane.... They are turning around."

Thengil growled. So, the Ascendancy was leaving too.

"We will not leave empty pawed. What of nearby systems?"

"Heavy activity, Goldenmane," replied Rakhad Redclaw, a glint in his eyes. "Shall I chart a new course?"

"Yes."

Moments later, all three transports and the unmarked frigate made a jump to Wayland.

Once they arrived, they started to move in the direction of a particularly large Xo'Xaan. Warships slugged it out at close quarters and flak and point-defense lasers shredded the space all around.

Objective: Steal The Battleship
15 squads :
10 x Cyclops Battle Droid per squad (random assortment of given weapons)
2 x Scorpion Drones per squad

WD-334 had readied itself inside a boarding pod attached to the Sovereignty, Ultimatum's ship. With the war droid was a squad of ten Cyclops droids, from the open market as well as two Scorpion Drones made for the Metal Lords. The firepower of the drones was something WD admired, while the Cyclops, well WD could have gone for better. But for now, it had no mind for creating droid designs of it's own. It was learning, slowly designing something for itself. For now, the Cyclops droids would do.

There were shuttles waiting on standy, each with a squad of the same quantity. A communication from Ultimatum sounded, and War Droid 334 replied in binary, "This unit is indeed ready." It's speech was improving, stretching boundaries. "Launch all boarding parties when ready, Ultimatum." WD held it's shield at the ready toward the door, waiting for the opportune time while standing as upright as it could. It had thick wires holding the war droid in place so it was not to fall over upon impact, wires it would detach from once inside. Two Cyclops droids waited near the door, ready to cut through the hull to make an entry way. The first objective was to clear a hanger for the shuttles to board. Then it would be to take the needed areas to take hold of the ship and get it out of the battle.

HK-36

The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
Meanwhile,
Aboard Rift, Dominions' Venator cruiser,

There was sound of chocking and breath being cut short as a portly well dressed and uniformed men was thrashing around in the air in front of HK, clawing at the metal hands of a droid who was holding him up by his throat, slowly strangling in. The man was the commander of the Venator, or previous commander at least, as HK was finishing his work in wrestling the control of the ship away from the Dominion.

"Just give into it."

HK commanded as the captain's body finally went limp and the man lost his will to fight.

"Good man."

The droid commended, releasing his grip to let the commander's body fall hard to the ground, he was alive, most of Dominion's crew aboard the Rift were, HK just wanted to make them pay for Causstik interrupting his hunt on Chiloon, but he wasn't that much of a war criminal. Stepping over the unconscious commander HK sent out transmission to his Greycloak team,

"Check in, what is your status?"

"Reactor under our control."

"Engines under our control."

"Gun decks are under our control."

"Good."

HK nodded as he leaned over the coordinate console, plugging in coordinates for rendezvous with other droids, sending out a transmission to Death Watch and Mandalorian command in the area, [member="Jaig Vizsla"],

"This is the Iron Lord Protector."

The machine introduced himself by the title given to him by the Protectorate way back in the day,

"I have once fought alongside your kind as a Mandalorian droid under the command of fabled Mandalore the Ultimate, I have not forgotten of my beginnings, and I have not forgotten how the Dominion dishonored and betrayed me by interrupting my hunt for the Sith and firing on me when I came to them as an ally on Chiloon Rift. I come here to do my duty towards Mandalore and draw vengeance upon the Dominion."

HK explained to whoever was listening,

"My droids have boarded and taken command of the Dominion Venator, do not fire on us, we will be heading to Wayland shortly where another Droid Lord came to Mandalore's aid and is trying to break their blockade. I have received reports of more Dominion ships amassing there, seeing how they are retreating from Mandalore I suggest you divert some ships to Wayland and help us cut them off."

The droid finally offered, without waiting for the Death Watch reply HK pushed in coordinate conformation and engaged the hyperdrive sequence.

Out in space the Rift has finally shaken and stirred to life once more, its engines sparking up in their magnificent life as the large cruiser rolled and angled out towards the darkness of space, away from other ships and the Mandalore. And then- flash!- as the Venator elongated itself and disappeared somewhere within the void of space, jumping into hyperspace.

The 'Lean and Hungry Look,' an old Tiure-class yacht, sniffed around the edges of the fight. Fleets and raiding parties - Mandalorian, Dominion, unidentifiable - clashed in a dizzying, unpredictable web of metal and fire. Each cruiser was a weaver’s shuttle, trailing a thread of exhaust and debris. Each wove between cords of hard light to add to a tapestry full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Meaningless tapestries could sell for up to sixty peggats a cubic foot. The metaphor stretched but didn't quite snap.

“Sensors,” Jorga growled, plopping a young nuna into his mouth. “Report.”

The Gran turned two of his eyes away from the sensor display. “No outliers or good salvage yet, Your Bloatedness.”

The nuna kicked with unusual furor. Jorga spat it out and heard it scuttle away into the bowels of his ship. “Give it time. The hoo-mons always make a profitable mess.”

Hardly able to remain still despite the relatively confined space, Cairyn was a jittery mess of nerves and excitement. Fiddling with his thumbs, switching settings of his blaster, he was ready to go. "So, you're saying this is like a quick ride and then play time?" he asked, dismissing instruction in favor of cutting to the chase. "Who exactly are we playing with, anyway?" Any briefings had been lost on the Teevan, his mind scarcely capable of paying attention to anyone for too terribly long.

Waiting for the drop itself, his attention shifted all over the place, finally focusing on the poor trooper seated beside him. "What do you think?" he asked conversationally. "Who do you think we're gonna fight? Are we gonna win? Are you gonna die?"

The compound roared with activity as the Kyr'tsad men and women moved to their positions. Activating the shield generator certainly brought attention upon them, now Death Watch awaited those that would seek their deaths here.

Jaig observed the different scanners and sensors the Mandalorians operated currently. Nothing yet.

Vevut still fought with the damages upon the array in an attempt to get a remote control over the space station in orbit. Reports were coming in that Dominion fleets were moving out, retreating. Yet, those that remained ground side remained in a fierce deadlock with the Mandalorian opposition.

A blip and the Vizsla's head turned to the scanners. Instinctively, he raised his gun before uttering an order through the communications channel.

Very soon the sky and the ground would be lit in fire as two sides would clash to defend their cause.

Kledebe. The Mecca of Mandalorian culture. It stood in tattered ruins, with what remained of buildings being tattered, horribly marred buildings. It was a ghost of a city, or what was left of her. Had his cold, mechanical side not taken over, he would have felt something, possibly remorse or longing. Deep down, in that suppressed side of him that really felt something. Something of pain, hurt, and lost chances. He knew these streets, he knew of them, even if he had only been here once. Women, children, fathers, shop owners, artisans, and craftsmen had walked these streets for decades--now only irradiated winds swept their surface. For a fraction of a second his dark eyes wavered in pain.

Aedan Miles said:
"Vod can you and your men hold the Eastern edge of the city alone? If not I can send some men to reinforce it."
"Can, and will," he said with a calculating turn. Virgil arrived just as the transmission came in. The warrior switched to his force's channel to keep from cluttering the total bandwidth with orders. <<AT-LRA, begin hitting the enemy as soon as possible, move to a secure location and begin bombardment. Pound them to dust. Hellstorms, that should thin their numbers and slow them enough for you to begin laying a minefield. Focus on the main streets. Calvary units, lay in wait for a counter ambush until I give the orders. Alpha, Vode, and Godkiller units, begin setting hardpoints--I want full coverage by snipers along all roads and bottle necks into sabatauge and full coverage for repetative kill zones.>>

The sound of screaming artillery filled the air, peppering around his words. The general stepped aboard his Behemoth command tank, giving Virgil a nod as the loading ramp closed behind him. The armored heroine nodded back, clad in full beskar. He stepped towards the holographic table in the middle of his command tank, looking over the area, he could see the IFF and enemy transponders moving with precision, thanks to the fleet in orbit and his own force's advanced sensors.

<<I want AITs concentrated along the roads, these will give us clear kill zones as their forces--if nothing else it will force them to fight building to building against our forces--in that case we will have the advantage of the home ground.>> he tapped another building, a parking garage for speeders that was still mostly in tact, <<Move the Icarus units here, so they can provide cover with their flack guns. The elevation will give them some good range and coverage. Move the AT-LRA here as the enemy gets closer.>>

After several minutes, the Hellstorms had completed their minelaying. Ardgal gave a satisfied nod, <<Disburse and prepare to begin bombardment on the enemy as well, the moment they come in range.>>

As the enemy would come closer-- the enemy barrage would only get more and more intense, and soon they would face small arms as well, a minefield that was waiting for them and a dense urban warfare based on nothing but a redundant set of ambushes and counter ambushes.

Air ripped past him as he accelerated out of the cargo hold, their altered speeder bikes offering them an almost immediate deployment. The ground came close by the second, but The Slave took care to watching the surrounding area for any movement, amplified by his ability to nearly slow time in the reactionary sense. With him, numerous others descended onto the battlefield with fire in their heart, met only by the ground as each of them surged towards the shield generator.

You know what to do.”, his words rang out through the closed network communications.

And so they did. Each of the groups split, taking the angular approach towards the base; each armed with a power lance and the Primeval IWS. Combat would begin when they were in range, and it would rage in an inferno of blaster and slugs; each littering the air with an abhorrent energy. They revelled in it, both sides the sort to bring everything they had to the combat and more.

While the ground forces moved to surround, encompass, and decimate, the forces above moved to begin their strafing runs. As skyward forces called out positions of movement and served as close combat support, they were a well defined group of combatants that sought victory. Something any of the veteran Mandalorians would notice quickly, either through their movements and tactics, or through the ferocity at which they fought.

However, The Slave took a different route. With the force holding the dust to the ground as he passed, and his distortion field in full effect; he moved with a lightning like speed towards the enemy encampment. He cared not about the losses they’d receive, but the faster he could get to the enemy leadership the better for them all.

The Grand Moff's form would tense up under the light of the holoprojector, if there was one thing that the man simply could not stand, it was unwarranted arrogance. Oh did Tanomas return the stare with interest, straightening his back so that he was no longer leaning against the holoprojector.

"Perhaps, if you've forgotten already, it would be apt to remind you that I control the military. Imperial Intelligence had a report on my desk of this series of battles before any of us even thought of assisting. What pitiful excuse for intel that you and the army receive is minuscule compared to that of mine." Graf growled.

"There is no question in my fleets ability to create an opening, as they are already numerous. No...I find it prudent to wonder if you have the tactical capacity to occupy the planet long enough for us to be able to hold the mandalorians hostage diplomatically, or maybe I went out of my way to appoint the wrong person to the lead the Imperial Army." The old man threatened, turning to receive a black-uniformed lieutenant who was patiently standing off to the side.

"Sir, we will be coming out of hyperspace shortly." He reported, earning a nod of acknowledgement from the Grand Moff, "Excellent, deploy the fleet so that nothing gets off the system, I want a blockade erected in fifteen minutes." He commanded.

Tanomas turned back to face the Field Marshal "I want an occupied planet, not excuses. You have three hours, Commander." He warned, ending the conversation by moving back to the viewports at the front of the bridge.

Objective: How to Steal a Battleship (And not die in the process)

Even as Ultimatum watched, more ships arrived to bolster the defense. It was going to be a pain in the backside to break through the blockade now. Considering the stealth technology would not help him slip through ships, the droid decided he would need to come at the fleet from an angle so as to simply float over the defenses while maintaining his stealth. Yet at the same time he needed to wait for his other ships to arrive, which would hopefully be soon.

The droid lord received word that WD was ready and waiting for battle. The artificial was impressed with his comrades continual growth. It was proof that droids advanced just like organics. He hoped that he would be able to get far closer to the Battleship before launching the boarding parties. The last thing he wanted was to lose his entire boarding force to the blasts of enemy ships. However, before he could even begin to make his way towards the vessel, Ultimatum wanted to have his other ships here to help.

That when multiple events occurred simultaneously. First two of his Tome'tayl arrived with two A'den in tow. Then there was a sudden spike of activity as another fleet entered into the system. Before Ultimatum could prepare a response to get his ships out the area, the arriving fleet began bombarding the blockade. Ultimatum's mind raced as it began calculating the correct route to head. First and foremost, he sent a message to the leading Tome'tayl of his fleet, "Where are the other ships?"

"Apologies sir, a solar flare threw off the nav-computers of the other ships. They decided to stay and re-calibrate. While they do so, they have sent a message back to Mustafar for more ships to come to us. It will take time."

"Very well." Ultimatum knew it would take time, time in which he only had two of each of his large ships and about half of his fighters. Which meant that he would need to be more conservative with his forces for the moment. But it seemed that fate was shining on him this day, for the attack was bound to give him the opening he needed to take the ship.

While Ultimatum could have easily said something akin to the old adage, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." The artificial believed it to be entirely too naive. The preposterous notion that just because two people share a common enemy makes them friends was ludicrous. It was more alike to the saying, "War makes for strange Bedfellows." Therefore he again sent a command to the Tome'tayl, "Find out the name of that capital ship and give me the name of its captain."

A few moments passed while the Sovereignty began slowly moving forward, using a small burst of engine power to give the ship some momentum. That burst would be barely noticeable to a fleet under siege and otherwise occupied by the fire of ships. At least it was incredibly unlikely that any attention would be paid to a small surge like that with so much other stimulation requiring direct attention. The information was given quickly to Ultimatum who then mused for a second, "The Old Fang hm."

He then sent a final order to the Tome'tayl, "Get a tight beam transmission to that ship and relay transmissions." He could have simply communicated directly with the ship, but if the blockade could intercept transmission they might have been able to locate the stealth ship. Now, they could follow the transmission back to the Tome'tayl, but little further.

He began with a greeting, "Old Fang of Concordia, this is Artificial Sovereign of the Metal Lords. We are willing to offer aid in the breaking of the blockade here. I would be most appreciative if you would leave the Battleship as intact as possible, we are here to take that ship."

Then while he waited for a response the droid sent another message to WD, "Very good, be prepared the pod will deploy as soon as we are within safe range."

Alarms started to go off as an Imperial fleet entered the system, the day just that much more difficult, there was no request for aid from the Dominion, that meant Jack would have to assume they were hostile, but not engage until proven so.

Jack spoke into the intercom as the groups loaded into their pods, "Attention all hands, enact emergency code Three-Two-Two-One-Six, I repeat Three-Two-Two-One-Six."

It was the code that indicated a hostile fleet had entered the system, and rather than following normal drop procedures all persons and cargo scheduled for drop would be dropped from the ship's position and aimed as close as possible to their target, after which the blockade runner would leave the system before recording safe landings from all pods. It was messy but with all the decoys and extra supplies mixed in there was very little chance of losing a squad before hitting the ground.

Jack jumped in his pod and said to the couple men and Cairyn, "This one's gonna be a bit rough so hang on."

Machines activated and before anyone could reply the pod was screaming towards the surface ready for whatever awaited them.

Jhiaga looked up as her helmet tried to analyze the situation, which was complicated, considering the amount of explosions, blaster fire and ships flying above. But it did warn her of something that immediatly made her point her hand up. "I guess it's too much to ask to shoot down these drop pods", she groaned in irritation. "Lock and load, they're going to try and get inside!"
She rushed to cover, placing her blaster pistols right back in place and taking her mandalorian assault blaster once more, looking up at the sky as she watched the transports approaching their location. Breathing deeply, she closed her eyes for a moment, remembering why she was there.
For the Death Watch. For Mandalore.
Reaching out for her helmet, she tried to find the right comm, wincing as she heard sporadic fire and screams in some of them. She let out a sigh of relief as she found the right one, and barked in the open commlink.
"Orbital insertion is imminent; they're heading straight to Concord Dawn! Group up, we're going to have to fend them off!"

To conquer Wayland was to conquer nature and creation itself.

Even Palpatine at the height of his power had never boasted full control over the world. It was a mess of hostile flora and fauna, because even the plants were trying to choke you, eat you, kill you and use your body as compost to grow even more. No, Ronan Vizsla never had claimed to own or even control Wayland. From the very beginning he had sought to cut out one piece of the world, where his family and him could strengthen themselves, but by learning to co-exist... or co-survive instead of to dominate.

As a result there weren't any cities on Wayland nor starports.

It was jungle, canyons and blood spread across the entire world.

No, Fuga was not fighting against Mandalorians, he was fighting against the very planet he was seeking to own. Whilst Ronan and his clan were safe and sound behind defenses stacked upon defenses, the lad's forces were attacked by bloodthirsty animals, mutants and otherwise... but also by the very jungle they were trying to burn down.

In response Clan Vizsla simply waited and picked their targets.

They did not need to fight Fuga head-on, they simply needed to conserve their strength while the planet fought for them. Supported by sneak attacks, by warriors who had lived here for years and knew exactly how to survive without getting themselves killed. This was how they stayed on Wayland and this is how it would always be.

<< Welcome home, cousin. >> Ronan's voice rumbled through the speakers of Rach's bridge. << Glad to have you here. >>

There would be no victory here for Fuga.

Only the rough caress of death.

Vengeance stood for a moment waiting. He waited for a good long time. He waited patiently as Colonel Atwall got antsy. After probably a good hour someone finally looked over at Vengeance and Colonel Atwall, blinked, and then walked off muttering.

Vengeance shook his head laughing turning to the Colonel.

"It would seem our presence is not wanted. Return to the ships and prep them for take off."

Vengeance turned and made their way back towards the drop ship as they walked the Colonel gave the hand single to load up. Vengeance turning that time got a single to the Scarlet Flame in orbit.

"Captain get the ship prepped for hyperspace jump. Set a random vector so we are not followed. I want to make the jump as soon as we are back on board."

Vengeance cut the line as he reached his own drop ship and got on board just as they were all lifting off. Vengeance turned to the Troopers on his ship.

"Well I don't know about you but I am both disappointed and relieved this turned out to be nothing more than a training exercise. You boys..............and girls did well."

Once they were back on the Scarlet Flame Vengeance made his way to the bridge speaking as he passed through the door.

"Captain you may jump when ready.........we are going home. It seems our brothers in the Death Watch want to fight this battle alone and we are going to respect that."

Vengeance stared out the view port as the ship jumped out of the system.
